...to plagiarize a comment I saw stated in another review: stop looking and book this place! This is the one! A+++ If you have found this option based on the criteria you think you need, there is likely no better place. The location is ideal. The view of the ocean & pool is incredible--the mesmerizing surf and scenery cannot be matched. A special note: This home provides three of the most comfortable beds that might exist within the Hawaiian Islands. Also--the front foyer is chock full of everything you need for beach fun... EVERYTHING...which was so helpful and reduced expense significantly. The efforts made by the host are very notable and appreciated. (I dig air conditioning--this place has it and it works wonderfully.) We hope to return to the Big Island and if we do this will be the first place we consider to stay again. This condo is close enough to anything and far enough away from everything--it will suit anyone...and really is a perfect vacation home. Mahalo!🤙😎

This was a beautiful condo in a fantastic location! Would love to come back soon. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Being across the street from a wonderful snorkel and surf spot was ideal. Close to town and many restaurants. Highly recommend!

This is our third time to the island and you can’t beat the beautiful views of this amazing location! The condo is exactly as pictured and very well kept. The beds are extremely comfortable and the constant sound of the waves was exactly the relaxation we needed! Chad responded quickly to the couple of electrical issues we had (fixed quickly and no big deal) and was very kind and helpful. The best taco truck in the world is located right next door so definitely check it out and try the Birria tacos. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Kona

The attention to detail in this updated condo is apparent. It is appointed with guests in mind--USB charging stations, water play equipment, well stocked kitchen, cooler, containers and ice for picnics... The waterfront location was great even though this isn't an ocean-facing unit, it is in a location that other occupants aren't walking by the front door, which is nice. Although we didn't use the pool, it was a nice little feature and appeared very well-maintained. We used the AC both for cooling the bedroom and to blur the traffic noise from the busy street below. It did the trick for both!

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. It was well stocked with supplies for the beach, clean, well organized and in a perfect location. It is a nice, quiet complex close to everything but far enough away from downtown Kona that you still have peace. Multiple coffee shops, markets, and attractions close by. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, beautiful place to stay in Kona.

This was our second stay at Andrea’s place, and I’m certain we’ll be back! The space is clean and has all basic amenities you need. We really appreciated her local guidebook and visited many of the restaurants recommended. This condo is in the best location and walkability is 10/10. Kona is a very special place, we cannot wait to visit, and stay in Andreas place again!

This was our 2nd stay here and we have already booked a return trip! The condo is clean, comfortable and so well stocked for inside and outside play! This location is fantastic! Snorkeling across the street is a treat! Fish counts and varieties were plentiful, and we saw turtles and octopus!! This trip we discovered Magic’s Beach Grill 1 mile away, enjoyed the walk to dinner and a view of the waves and turtles with a very good dinner!

Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Great location with many walkable restaurants. Close to ocean, but not really a swimmable beach but beautiful. Very quiet location.

Absolutely LOVED the unit! Will come back! AC was perfect & unit was very clean and big! We even got a late check out! Amazing place great host. Read this review if any one before mine may have discouraged you! BOOK IT

Wonderful place to call home on the Big Island!

Tim was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions. He even considered our group, which included a little one, so we could check in early and check out late. His place is conveniently located right next to Kona Inn Shopping Village, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. We had an amazing time during our overnight trip back from Hilo.

Beautiful space in walking distance of downtown.

Nico and Sarah’s place was great! You’re steps away from a small beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. Hearing the ocean views at night was really relaxing. The AC was powerful and kept it nice and cool inside. Very clean as well. The hosts were very accommodating with early check in and later check out for our 2 year old.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

I loved this place. Stayed here a week with my mom. The balcony is large and the view is amazing. Despite there being a pool from the apartment next door, noise was never an issue. It was a five minute drive to the downtown. The pool area was relaxing. Jason was very responsive and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent spot for our family trip to Hawaii. The unit was easy to find, easy to access, clean, and came with everything we needed. We loved how plentiful the beach towels and beach items were…chairs, snorkels, boogie board, cooler. Everything you want at the beach but don’t want to pack. We loved spending time in the spacious wrap around porch in the morning and evening. We made a few simple meals in the kitchen and liked that they had a few pantry staples…olive oil, spices, ziplock bags. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer were so helpful, and the air conditioning did a good job cooling the bedrooms. At check out I forgot a high value item in the unit. The cleaning crew contacted the management and I was able to make a plan to get it back before my flight. Very helpful and much appreciated. Excellent spot. Would stay again.

We had an incredible stay at Jeff and Suzanne's beautiful property on the Big Island! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the island. The view from the balcony was impressive, we loved spending time enjoying the sunset and the stars. Jeff and Suzanne were an amazing host - communicative, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided us with great recommendations for things to do and see on the island. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay on the Big Island.

We really enjoyed this property. We took a walk along the path most mornings and enjoyed the ocean front lanai. The unit was spacious and managers were responsive. My family would stay here again.

Great place to stay with access to private beach club as well as community pool and fitness center! Peaceful and well-equipped with a very responsive host. So many thoughtful details for things to do locally—we hope to stay here again!

This listing is a major find! You need to rent from these hard work ladies! The inside of the apartment is perfect for two people with a huge outdoor space with a table and lounging area. If you want to cook you will have everything you need and more. They even had soap pods for the great washer and dryer. Although there was not a view of the ocean it was so close to walk to it and everything else you may want. We still rented a car to see the rest of the island and I had plenty of free parking. The building also has an elevator and a pool! I know you’re in shock! The outside of the building is not perfect and the underground garage is under repair but I felt safe parking both there and in the parking lot.

Russ’s beautiful penthouse is amazing to say the least. You are literally right on the water and it certainly exceeded our expectations. The car was fantastic and very nice. It is a very clean ride and in top condition. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve all slept in. The AC was awesome. Honestly, everything was perfect. Russ laid out detailed and well organized instructions, we had no questions or problems accessing the unit. I’m a light sleeper and it was a very quiet stay, just the sounds of the waves. The pool and hot tub downstairs (elevator worked great and easy to access) were fun and relaxing to use. Nice tenants and guests around and easy access to many beaches and restaurants nearby. In addition, we experienced a last minute very unexpected tragedy~Russ went above and beyond and was compassionate and helpful which completely made the difference for us during this time. 🙏 We would rent this place again hands down. This place is amazing. Beautifully renovated and decorated - it's very clear the Rita takes pride in the presentation of her place. She noted some minor damages she discovered before our arrival (honestly - we could not tell anything was damaged!) The home was extremely well stocked with everything you think you will need and more! My husband and I loved having our morning coffee and breakfast on the lanai while watching the amazing view of the ocean. The little bar on the lanai with coffee machine was amazing! There are lots of rules if you book Rita's place - if you cannot follow rules, this is not the place for you - but if you can - this place is just perfect! (but honestly - if you just treat the place as your own, the rules are really not an issue) thank you Rita - we had the best time and hope to return in the future!

Allyson is efficient, provided us with great info on what activities, resturants, shopping, and as I briefly mentioned, was remarkably supportive and kind during a medical emergency we were facing. Thank you Allyson.
