We absolutely loved our stay at Jen’s unit for our family. The location of the complex was ideal and short walk to Waikoloa shops and quick drive to all of the great beaches! Her unit was bright, big and comfortable and very well stocked especially with all the great towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The location nearby the pool, gym and bbq was perfect. Kids loved being ground floor with easy access to the lanai and outdoor patio seating. Jen was so easy to get a hold of when we needed her, as we only had a minor issue with the front door lock, but she was on it immediately and very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this place for sure!!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful village resort with many wonderful amenities. It was nice we could store luggage at the front desk on our last day since we had an evening flight, go to the beach, and then use the showers at the fitness center before heading to the airport. Other favorite amenities were having our own washer and dryer, and having a full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

L’appartement était très bien situé, très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. La terrasse est super et avons profiter de la vue sur la mer. La piscine est tout à fait exceptionnel. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Where else in Hawaii can you get a 2bdr condo with a free parking spot, AC AND a washer and drier in the unit, what a deal! We really hope to stay here again but won’t be surprised if it’s booked solid a year in advance from repeat stays. Our 5yo loved the pool and so did we. We stayed almost all of February and the pool was always warm. The beaches near by are some of the most beautiful in the world. Highly recommend A-Bay if you have littles / want to see turtles. Eric and Stephanie did a beautiful remodel and we loved cooking meals with fresh farmers market produce in the kitchen. Checkin/out was private and easy. The neighbors and complex manager were friendly and knowledgeable in passing. We saw lots of wild Turkeys and goats walking around and one night my husband caught a frog. The space is ultra clean- I’m very thankful for the hairdryers and it was a peaceful relaxing stay. Not sure what more someone could ask for!!! Thank you!!!

The villa was as described. Allyson is very attentive and responsive. The pool was very nice and a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed going to the beach club as well which was just a short drive.

We really enjoyed our time at Leilani’s Palm Villa Home. It’s in a central location, which made our daily adventures easy to navigate. The onsite amenities and the access to the private Beach Club worked perfectly for our family of 6 adults. Also I have to mention that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to make any meal and their garage was organized with tons of beach gear. It was a great stay and we plan on returning.

Everything went smoothly our check in was really great excellent customer service ! Not only the place is clean but the host is very nice and an excellent communicate with him! Good location this place is really nice and very comfortable if anybody looking for a place to relax I recommend Jesse because not only an excellent communicator but very nice person and very helpful and excellent customer service very friendly! The location of the condo was super convenient to the pool. Loved that it was on the bottom floor and the back door was close to the bbq area, pool area, and playground. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall: would definitely stay again. Love how responsive host was. With that said, things guests need to consider ; - Away from most anything touristy. Need vehicle - Small bug problem in kitchen. Appears owner aware. Probably common in Hawaii but something to consider if this bothers you. - End unit with 2 parking spots. Great privacy and close to pool and other amenities but the main road thru Waikoloa Village just outside and surprisingly loud in morning. - upkeep likely expensive in Hawaii so understandable but could use new paint and carpet. Disappointing how guests do not respect keeping unit clean. - grateful there was a grocery store within walking distance. With new plaza expect a lot more conveniences in near future. Some ok quick food restaurants but no true sit down service restaurants. - I was personally disappointed in lack of network TV availability. Please understand the above is for guest consideration and without negative intent. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in the lovely Condo. Great location near shops and restaurants, short walk to the best beach around. lots of beach equipment, towels, chairs. umbrella, all very useful. Lovely balcony with modern furniture. The interior is very clean, tidy and very comfortable. a/c was a plus on the warm humid nights. All set in a very private/ secure complex. The pool is also lovely and warm for swimming with a separate hot tub and loungers, very nice. Would definitely stay again, thank you 😊

The condo was clean, had good air conditioning, pretty outlook & gardens, had all needed items.

We had a wonderful time at Cooks Landing! Our first impression was 'WOW'. At first we were skeptical about some of the photos seeming dark... but the pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home that is located in a beautiful private community. It was clean and well stocked with plenty of extras that you may need from either home use or the beach. We loved the location, which was located not far from a key highway intersection that could take you to your Hawaiian adventure. The Ocean Club (pool) pictures do not do it justice either! It had a great design that overlooked the ocean that was perfect for watching the sunset with a Mai Tai in hand! I would say that the pool is family friendly too. It had shallow depth & a spot that toddlers could play in. It had a bar, restaurant, and tasteful live local music. 12/10 would recommend this place. A very big MAHALO to Jim & Kristi for opening this beautiful home to people.

My b son and I really rnjoyed our stay. We daily shopped the Wueens mall gourmet market and enjoyed meals on the lanai with takeout. Dim lights on the near by street and beautiful tree canopy were in the foreground of our views of two volcanoes. The pool and hot tubs were great. It was close to the best beaches and totally stress free. Thank you Carol!

Allyson is efficient, provided us with great info on what activities, resturants, shopping, and as I briefly mentioned, was remarkably supportive and kind during a medical emergency we were facing. Thank you Allyson.

This place was awesome. A great place for families. We had 6 adults and one infant and we all had plenty of room. The condo is right across the street from the pool and gym. We rented golf carts to get around the resort and would highly recommend doing this. We did most breakfasts and lunches at the condo with supplies from the grocery store at the shops and also did dinners at the shops as well. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit you will not be disappointed !!!!!!

Everything exceeded our expectations! Booking, checking in and checking out was so easy and simple! The house is gorgeous, big, spacious and so cozy and prepped with all that you could need! A break from the hustle and bustle of O’ahu was exactly what we needed. My family sure enjoyed the house to the fullest! My kids used the party lights every night, the girls got to enjoy the backyard, everyone exercised in the gym, the neighborhood was perfect for a brisk family walk and the 6 of us had so much room to occupy! The big kitchen was wonderful for our lovely family meals and the kids even had lots of space to build a big, cute fort by the front door! The luxury bathroom was fantastic and being able to use the laundry room was just great! Mahalo nui loa again Tony! Stellar job with this airbnb and we hope to come back again soon!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for our crew- close to the grocery, walkable to coffee/juice bar and eateries and 5 min drive to the beach club. The beach club was a great perk in staying in this location. The condo was quiet and clean and had all the amenities needed including beach chairs and boogie boards. The host was responsive and proactive in communication including allowing us to check in early.

This property was heaven on earth, the grounds are more beautiful than most botanical gardens we’ve visited. We wished we had booked more nights, every person in our group loved the stay.

This was our third time back and Laura’s place is beginning to feel like our home away from home! It is cooler than downtown making it feel perfect outside and in. The view is lovely as well. There was plenty of room for my 4 adult sons to spread out and stay content. I would definitely come back!

James’ place is a worry-free 10/10 stay. 10 of us stayed comfortably for 3 nights before venturing to other parts of the island. It’s a great base for the W and NW island. About 30-50 minutes for Kona-related activities. Very clean, has everything you need in kitchen, bathrooms, grill etc. very comfortable. The back Lanai has a great dining table and grill but relatively small lawn. Has a small but protected, green lush view. We used the golf cart and highly recommend to get to the shops, Foodland, restaurants, private beach all nearby. Very convenient. The neighborhood rec area is resort-like. Very nice pool only 3 feet deep and huge was fun for kids. Lap pool and a nice gym, hot tub. So nice we got to use it and a large lawn to play games on. He also kindly provided a ton of beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, extra snorkel gear, cooler. There was a paddle board too but we didn’t get a chance to use it but you could at the private beach. Best of all, James is very kind and responsive

It was peaceful and wonderful stay in Ramona place. The house is awesome, with lot of space, well equipped. Although Ramona lives in a different timezone, she answered pretty fast. I definitely recommend the place for anybody who want to spend restful and peaceful time in Hawai. Hilo is not far and you can find their anything you need to eat and get grocery.
