We wish there was a higher level than super host! It takes a certain type of person to open up their home to strangers. Dani & David are gracious, welcoming, caring, knowledgeable, supportive and fun! We have never used Airbnb before and boy did we luck out!!! We decided to take an extended stay in Kona, living and working from there. We wanted to feel the comforts of our home while being away for so long. Dani & David have made the last 6 weeks so perfect and have exceeded all of our expectations and then some! The home is fully equipped with a wonderful kitchen, as a chef there wasn’t anything I was lacking to make meals during our extended stay. Beach equipment, snorkeling equipment, great restaurant, grocery shopping and sight seeing advice & tips. There hasn’t been anything lacking or missing for us! When Dani learned I had sensitivities to soaps & other products, she bought hypoallergenic laundry soap & cleaners! Mahalo Dani & David, we look forward to seeing you again

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo unit in the Big Island! We stayed for four nights, and every moment was perfect. The unit was immaculate, with everything beautifully set up for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better; it was close to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants, groceries, and still offered a peaceful escape from the more crowded spots. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped. The view of the golf course from the lani is beautiful. What really stood out was the attention to detail; from beach gear to extra towels and local guides, everything was thoughtfully provided. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located, and beautifully maintained rental on the Big Island.

Really great to stay at Joy and Brandon’s Jungle House on the Big Island. Lots of space and bedrooms for a big family gathering and lots to do in the area around Hilo, the volcano park and the black sand beach. We had a great Christmas adventure there and were even able to cook up a turkey and ham with all the fixings with the amenities provided! We had a few issues with supplies and laundry but Joy and Brandon took care of everything quickly and had good advice about what to do right away. I would definitely go back and grateful for the great time my family had together and Joy and Brandon’s hospitality.

Our family enjoyed the spacious house including the many outdoor patios, pool and viewing deck. Great location as base camp to much of the site seeing around the island! Beds were comfortable as well.

Amazing stay! Recommend this if its in your budget. There are lots to do around the area of Waikaloa and it’s fairly close to restaurants.

We loved this place! Amazing unit with thoughtful extras - coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear, water shoes, beach cart & chairs! Stocked with plenty of laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. It was really clean & modern. Kitchen had a nice selection of staples like some olive oil, ketchup, Ziploc bags, etc. Master bedroom mattress is soft & I normally need a firm mattress for my back but this one didn’t bother me! Second bedroom had a firmer queen bed. There is a gorgeous new power reclining huge sofa in living room not shown in current photos. The lanai is gorgeous with plenty of comfortable patio furniture. The birds singing in the morning are lovely. Views of the canal water feature, flowering bushes & palm trees were magnificent. Very private off the lanai we loved that. The complex itself was beautiful & quiet. Kids loved the pool & hot tub. A treat to use at night. Best part is how walkable the area is. A path down the road leads right to the ocean!

We had a great staycation here coming from Hilo. The location is hard to beat, the place had everything we needed and we liked the low-key modern clean decor. We contacted the host for a few things and he was really friendly, helpful, and got us all situated. Would recommend 👍

Great place, literally paces from a BEAUTIFUL lagoon and beach filled with turtles and fish. Nice quiet road dotted with 4 or 5 beaches/parks, and about a 3 mile drive to the shops/grocery stores to keep the kitchen stocked. Also had a French press so we could enjoy our fresh Kona coffee every day.

Beautiful views. Nice compact space. Kathy was very responsive when the air conditioner went out and had it fixed right away.

This was a perfect location. Loved sitting on the balcony and listen to the ocean. The unit was super clean and had everything that we needed for our stay including big and small coolers. We could snorkel directly behind the condo building. A tropical storm occurred during our stay and our host checked on us to make sure we were ok.

Amazing place! Clean and full of basic things like shampoo and conditioner and basic pantry items. Loves that it was right across from Magic Sands beach. The beach shack there is great for Açaí bowls and coffee in the morning as well as amazing fish or shrimp tacos!

Vista Waikoloa A301 was a beautiful condo to stay in. It was more stunning than was described. It is in a community that has everything. Hopefully I will return to the big island and Brendan’s beautiful condo will be available.
