Place was clean and peaceful. Gives you a sense of tranquility. It is very cozy. I would highly recommend a stay Jacob's place when visiting the Big Island.

Very peaceful, clean, and not far from volcanoes national park. It's very secluded and quiet, so we had a blast freaking out our teenagers .

Nice place, very clean and well maintained. We did see some cockroaches in the kitchen, but sometimes that is unavoidable in the jungle. The water pressure was mediocre in the shower but everything was nice overall and a very reasonable price! We would stay again.

I love how the place was decorated of the Star Wars theme. My boys are huge fans of the franchise. The kids had lots of fun seeing all the decor, playing with toys, and adults played the board games. The house was very spacious for a group of 11 of us. The house is cool because the lava burned down the house next door and there are steam vents now in front and all around the property making it look like a land from Star Wars. There was A/C in the home which was great because it can get warm and humid sometimes. There was still hair in the shower in the main bedroom but I think it’s because the hosts maybe live there and it was booked last minute. The host greeted us and showed us the place quickly and they made sure we had everything we needed. The house was pricey but super cool for one night and worth it to see my boys nerd-out for one night and just be in awe with all the cool decor.

Absolutely beautiful home with a stunning garden and ocean view! My boyfriend and I loved the location as it was close to many things while still being peaceful and private. Felt right at home here! Super clean and Vicky was super responsive making us feel super comfortable. Will definitely be staying here when we come back!

This is a very pleasant, comfortable house - nicely decorated and very functional. Hawi is a very charming and historic small town, off the beaten track and very peaceful, with a main street within walking distance from the house. We also liked the nicely laid out kitchen and the adjacent laundry room. With three grandkids, two at fifteen years and one at seven, we put everything to good use! Throughout our week in the house, Michael, Charlotte, and Maleigha were exceptionally responsive, friendly hosts. We'd love to visit again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb, and I can truly say it felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, providing helpful local tips and being incredibly responsive to any questions we had. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and unwind, with plenty of space to enjoy each other's company while also having enough privacy when needed. We had an unforgettable time here and are already looking forward to our next visit. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay. It truly felt like home, and we'd love to stay again in the future! PS: Kai the friendly Koi is definitely a bonus!

Overall, the booking with Joe and Cindy was phenomenal. Not only did they communicate quickly, but were also flexible to allow me and one guest to check in an hour early. The place itself was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable (some of the best nights of sleep iʻve had in a while.) The outdoor patio was also overlooking the pool with a hammock, one of the highlights of our stay. Definitely recommend booking a stay here if you like the experience of a hotel, minus the expensive costs. Was worth every penny.

Tim was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions. He even considered our group, which included a little one, so we could check in early and check out late. His place is conveniently located right next to Kona Inn Shopping Village, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. We had an amazing time during our overnight trip back from Hilo.

First I must say that Charlie and his wife are very kind. I was a bit hesitant when I found out they would be on the bottom floor. But you don’t feel their presence. They are not intrusive and make you feel very comfortable and at home. There are 2 rooms upstairs and at the bottom of the stairs is another room that my son stayed in and he enjoyed it. It was very cool at night but all the rooms have AC units. They’re very quiet. The home is older but well taken care of and currently they are getting ready to remodel and update which only will make it nicer, then it already is. Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the pool and the amazing sunsets every night and flowers in their gardens. They had a fruit bowl, fresh fruit from garden. There is a table on the balcony where you and your family can enjoy sunsets together or breakfast. A swing chair that my grandson and I loved 🥰. We will come again. Was such a neat experience for our family to end our Hawaii vacation! Magical views, so spacious. Such wonderful memories were made. Even just the scenic drive up the driveway we knew we were in a magical place. On a coffee farm, overlooking Kona + the ocean from the decks was breath taking! The host was wonderful! They gave us peace and our space, however, we had a question at check-in and they provided 5 star assistance. The gentleman that answered our call was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He answered our question and welcomed any other assistance during our stay, which luckily wasn’t needed since the place offered everything we needed and more! 10/10 experience.

My family and I loved our experience at Elyas’s home for our first trip to Hawaii! The home was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Elyas and Lucas were very responsive and thoughtful hosts. We had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would definitely rebook with them if we ever come back to Waikoloa Village.

This is an amazing home. Best described as a quiet and peaceful setting with some of the best ocean and sunset views anywhere. A short drive from great beaches and national parks. Both the host and the local property contact are knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Kiki's place was incredible! So serene and peaceful. And they were so helpful in helping us with recommendations and finding things to do. Kiki and Bernie were also so quick to help and extremely friendly. I would certainly recommend visiting any of their listings and locations at any time. They do a phenomenal job at hosting and make the stay very pleasant!

Walter has a beautiful place with awesome views of the sunsets. It is remote, so you definitely need to get a car. Great recommendations for food. Walter was very friendly and super responsive for anything we needed. One thing to note for future renters, the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms are slatted for increased airflow. This does make sound travel, so privacy within your group may be limited.

Jim und Ted’s Unterkunft war einer der schönsten auf unserer bisherigen 8 monatigen Reise. Die Unterkunft ist super persönlich eingerichtet. Es wurde an so vielen Dingen gedacht, die oft in unpersönlichen Airbnb fehlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kids durften täglich die Fische im Teich füttern und haben es geliebt. Jim und Ted haben uns auch für eine Nacht auf ihrer Farm eingeladen und ein Dinner und Frühstück gezaubert. Ich habe so eine Gastfreundschaft selten erlebt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir mal wieder auf Big Island sind!

Truly unforgettable stay! From breathtaking ocean views to lush surroundings, every moment was enchanting. Each morning, we were greeted by charming horses nearby, adding to the serene atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring, whether venturing across the island or enjoying local snorkeling and paddleboarding. Despite its off-the-grid feel, it’s close to excellent restaurants and cafes, offering a perfect blend of peace and convenience. Morning walks through the coffee farm to the gift shop were a delightful highlight, surrounded by coffee plants and avocado trees. The home was comfortable with stunning views, and Kelly, an amazing host, made us feel immediately at home with her attentive and caring nature. As my son and I are audhd, Kelly's place provided a relaxing escape from overwhelming hotel environments, combining home comfort with luxury. Her thoughtful communication ensured our stay was magical. . We can’t wait to return! 🌺❤️

The place was comfortable for a shirt visit to the Westside of the Island. Conveniently located near the airport yet only a short drive to Ali'i for the fun stuff in Kona.

My wife and I were celebrating 25 yrs of marriage and brought our two boys in their 20s, one with girlfriend in tow. Plenty of room, private enough on the lava coast. Walmart and Foodland weren't far away. Volcano access within the hour. Great location.

Stayed only one night before we flew out of KOA, but the gorgeous views, birdsong and greenery had us wishing we spent more time here! Kathy Jo was responsive and helpful for our check in, allowing us to maximize our last day on the island!
