wir durften 3 Nächte bei Keith zu Gast sein und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das abgelegene, sehr saubere Airbnb mit vielen süssen Tieren überzeugte auch mit den tollen privaten Badepools im Fluss, dem wahnsinns Meerblick und dem sehr guten Wlan. Keith und Ashley waren jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und gaben uns tolle Tipps. Mit Allrad ist es sehr gut zu erreichen, dieser ist aber nötig! Da es bei unserer Abreise stark regnete, wären wir ohne Allrad nicht mehr weggekommen.

Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal areas. Anna and Jordy’s place makes for a good home base to explore during the days and relax at night. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning cottage in a picturesque spot on the Kona coast. Everything was as described and more! The cottage has all the odds and ends that home would have (i.e. Tupperware to hold your freshly cut pineapple, a clothesline and clothespins to hang your wet beachwear, solar lights that light up all pathways at night) and makes vacation so much more enjoyable. My wife and I loved the fantastic snorkeling just minutes away each morning, reading in the mango hut, and soaking in the amazing views. Harry was a wonderful host and genuinely cares about his guests’ experience visiting the Big Island and his cottage. Can’t wait to visit again.

You need to experience this place! It’s clean, quiet and peaceful. You can sit in the cute lanai that’s facing the ocean and hear the waves break on the shore. I felt so comfortable and at home. Best one I’ve experienced so far, since using Air BB. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We will DEFINITELY be back soon! MAHALO❤️

Hands down the most gorgeous place we have ever stayed. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful get away, this is the place to be. Yoga, meditation and even a sauna. And the view from our cottage?? Breathtaking. The most beautiful sunset you’ll ever see every evening. And spectacular ocean views every morning. Everything was 10/10 and was the best way to spend our honeymoon. Steve was amazing and super friendly! Gave us great recommendations and walked us around the retreat to make us feel right at home. Couldn’t have chose a better spot. Definitely a bang for our buck and will be returning!!

Beautiful place! So close to volcano national park! I had written the address wrong in gps and had trouble finding the place (my fault), Jeff called me right away to help. Clean, well appointed kitchen. The only think I wish I would have thought of is that it there are not many food options near by, so bring some groceries (but keep in mind fridge is mini). Overall, great stay!

Randall and Donna's place is a little piece of paradise. The property is amazing and the morning walks along the stunning Old Onomea Rd were a highlight (do visit the Shake Shack if you are out and about). The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the covered lanai where we spent a great deal of our time taking in the beautiful surroundings. Eh'u and the free roaming chickens would come and visit us each day which was so nice. Randall provided many recommendations for things to do and places to eat during our stay and also reached out on our one rainy day to offer more suggestions which was appreciated. Would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Bali cabin. It was so peaceful watching the birds bathe themselves in the fountain right off the lanai. Manini beach is a brief walk around the corner, with Two Step beach a 10 min drive down the road hosting the best snorkeling on the island. Karen and Ron were thoughtful hosts, very welcoming and a joy. Will certainly be visiting this spot again, highly recommend.

Once you get here, you won’t want to leave. It is the perfect little escape and has very peaceful vibes. I felt safe, clean, and comfortable while staying at this jungle cabin. Amenities like a coffee machine, fresh water, hot water, and a washer/dryer make it an amazing deal for the price. I would recommend this place 10/10. Good location and good communication from the host. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t second guess it! Oh, and the dog and cat that hang around are super sweet. They helped provide a homey feel, while still having my own privacy.

Awesome Airbnb - I've stayed at many Airbnb's over the years and this is one of the best I've stayed in. Maybe it's the location in the rainforest, maybe it's the fabulous breakfast prepared daily, maybe it's the hot tub/shower on the deck, maybe it's the layout and thoughtful touches - I don't know. Pick one. It's just a really great place to stay while visiting the Volcano area on the Big Island.

Incredible place! We were here for just one night, loved the decorations, the outdoor seating, the shower, and watching the stars when it got dark. It’s clear that Laura and her family have put so much effort into creating a comfortable, cozy and unique place to stay. Really felt welcomed and taken care of.

Sundara’s place is absolutely magical. The pictures don’t do it justice at all! The location is very convenient as well. Just far away enough to enjoy some quiet in the evening but close enough to everything when you want to get out. However, the best part about our stay was how accommodating and thoughtful Sundara is as a host. There were goodies and coffee waiting for us when we got there. Anything you would need for a day out at the beach could be found too. When we tried out the snorkeling set Sundara had left for us to use, we found that it had a leak. That very evening after a long day at work, Sundara went out and purchased new sets for us. We had the same issue the next day. What did Sundara do? She went and bought new sets again! Hands down the best host we have ever had. Oh! Also, her guidebook recommendations on food are amazing. Please take the time to go through it 🙏

The area was well kept very clean. Slept comfortably at night and it was very cool. The bathroom was clean had a lot of items for us if we needed. The dogs were so cute and it felt like we were right at home. Most importantly the area felt safe for our family and we will definitely look to book here again when we return to Hilo.

자동차가 아니면 들어갈 수 없으니 반드시 위치를 확인하고 가야 합니다. 하지만 먼거리만큼 들어갔다면 최고의 숙소를 볼 수 있습니다. 아카라고 하는, 사람을 엄청 좋아하는 강아지가 마중나올 겁니다. 호스트도 굉장히 친절하고, 잘 설명해줍니다. 아무도 없는 곳에서 조용하고 평화로운 밤을 보낼 수 있으며, 아침에 떠오르는 태양을 눈앞에서 볼 수 있습니다. 꼭 다시 오고싶은 숙소입니다. 오프그리드 라이프에 관심이 있는 사람이라면 추천드립니다.

Our time at Spencer's place was absolutely incredible!! It was honestly sad to leave because it was that enjoyable. The surroundings are serene and peaceful, including fruit trees, adorable gecko's and birdsongs. We stayed at the end of March with perfect 75-80 degree weather so we were worried about being too hot at night - the top layer of windows in the bedroom are open-air screens so you get a cozy night of sleep with a cross-breeze (my husband who sweats a lot was totally comfortable and slept like an angel!) There were moments where some snags happened (I.e. shower water not working momentarily) and Spencer was very responsive and corrected the issue immediately! My husband and I also got to chat with him about the history of the land and he was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and hospitable ☺️ Also the bath tub in this house is absolute magic!!! ✨ truly can't say enough good things about this home, the land, and the owners!

Eileen’s place was absolutely darling. We enjoyed the bird house with its wonderful surroundings. Everything was comfy and cozy. We listened to the rain throughout the night and in the morning the sun would shine. We came for our honeymoon and we are definitely leaving with memories. Would highly recommend her place.

we had the most amazing time at this beautiful stay in the jungle. it was perfect to get away and get off the grid. the outdoor shower and kitchen were some of the best features along with the sweet animals! the town is about 20 min out so plan accordingly. the drive in from either side is beautiful, ocean on one side and lava flows on the other. it is humid so expect a little dampness. also at night the coqui frogs are active and you can see the stars clearly from the outdoor bathroom. because things are run on solar power, we were mindful to conserve electricity and water. we will definitely be back again. we had a great vacation and a lot of it had to do with staying here.

This stay is a really special little cabin with a magical porch where you can watch the stars. The hosts were super accommodating with changing schedules and making sure that we were comfortable. I truly recommend!

The unit was exactly as described and photographed. It was clean, tidy, and the heated blanket and space heater were very appreciated. The unit was easy to find, with a smooth check-in process; having a designated parking spot was also great. It was the perfect base camp for us to go to the Volcano National Park.

Loki is an excellent host and the property is very peaceful and quiet. It is in a neighborhood with other houses close by, so I expected to hear normal neighborhood noises. This was not the case. I never heard a sound from the neighbors, except for an occasional dog barking. Loki is warm and welcoming, as are her husband and pets. I will definitely book this location in the future.

Honestly a magical experience! Great space to base yourself to explore the park and has everything you need. So close but feels so private and secluded too, well worth the visit!

This place is exactly as pictured, if not better. It was easy to find, there were guests in the lower apartment that were very friendly and quiet, we barely knew they were there. We had a slight issue with the patio doors locking on us and Debbie their local rep came by within minutes to help us! (close them gently). The place was incredibly clean and cozy, the bed is comfortable and the chocolates, coffee and welcome Prosecco were very nice touches. We will miss waking up to the beautiful views and the sounds of the birds chirping. The rooftop deck was perfect for mid-day tanning and night-time star gazing (the stars were insane). 
We did visit the nearby black sand beach, it was pretty but personally a bit too much nudity for us (haha) but if that’s your jam then it's worth checking out. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and nice to walk around in. In the future, adding a small cool-off pool would be amazing to beat the heat. We would love to come back! Thanks Jenn and Kristian.

The tree house is breathtaking. I went solo and it was amazing! I could feel the hustle and bustle of everyday life melt away in the wilderness. Great location, feels comforting inside, and sleeping when it rains, good luck waking up on time! Great experience, will do it again!
