The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The house is older, but the apartment is modern and spacious. The location is quite good for visiting Ortigia and visiting the excavations. The only problem was the smell from the sewage in the bathrooms, especially in the smaller one. Dario answered our every question very quickly and gave us a lot of information.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in dem Apartment und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Superschönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und viel Platz. Sehr sauber. Altstadt und Restaurants in 10 bis 20 min locker zu Fuss erreichbar. Griechisches Amphitheater direkt um die Ecke. Es war einfach, einen Autostellplatz zu finden und später Checkin auch kein Problem. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Marco war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Während unserer Ankunft war er arbeiten, hat uns aber telefonisch den Weg zur Wohnung gelotst und hatte Tipps zum Parken. Wir haben jederzeit einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden. Der Hafen, City und auch Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Amphitheater waren fußläufig gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht den Bildern. Obwohl die Wände dünn sind, konnten wir gut schlafen (auch unser Kleinkind 22 Monate). Marco wohnt direkt nebenan.

Appartamento molto confortevole in centro a Cassibile. Molto comodo per visitare la zona ma anche per stare tranquilli a casa o in paese. Angela super disponibile e attenta agli ospiti e alle loro richieste. Appartamento accessibile e comodo anche a famiglie con neonato.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat. The terraces upstairs were so nice- the weather wasn’t quite warm enough in early April for us to enjoy them, but they are a great feature.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit vor Ort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einzig das Resort auf der Rückseite hatte stetig Ein- und Ausgang mit Bussen voller junger Menschen. Nichts was jetzt massiv gestört hat, aber wenn Sie dort jung, rennend, feiernd Ihr Leben genossen haben, war es doch wie ein naher Schulhof manchmal Abends und man könnte sich gestört von fühlen. Aber wir sind entspannt und waren eh meist mehr unterwegs, sodass wir es wenig mitbekommen haben. Eine tolle Lage und Noto Stadt ist wundervoll zum Entdecken und Essen gehen. Tolle gegend! Ende März war es so herrlich leer noch überall und man hat fast nur Einheimische getroffen. Die Wetterlage war wechselhaft und mit wenig wind und sonne war es fast wie im sommer. Wir waren sogar im Wasser. ;-)

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The views are absolutely stunning, and just made the whole stay so memorable. Waking up and walking outside to see Mt Etna every day never got boring! Some of the internal spaces are a bit tired but that was no issue for us with 3 small children, and just made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Toni was super helpful and responsive, and sent us a pack of local recommendations, lots of which we tried and really enjoyed. He met us to show us the house and was always available on the phone. There is so much to do locally! We went snorkelling in the sea just underneath the house (in wetsuits, it was March!) and visited lots of places nearby, including Syraceuse, Mt Etna (where we did a quad biking trip - the walk wasn't possible with the weather), Catania, Agrigento (Valley of the Temples) and the Scala dei Turchi and Taormina. Lots of brilliant trips mostly within an hour of the house and so many unique experiences. A fantastic week! Thank you!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Vendicari. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist exzellent. Es ist alles vorhanden - top Küchenausstattung. Die Villa ist sehr sehr sauber. Und Guglielmo ist jederzeit erreichbar und hatte sehr viele tolle Tipps für uns. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa gibt es traumhafte Strände. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Danke lieber Guglielmo für die traumhafte Zeit, die wir in deiner Villa verbringen durften. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen.

Sehr originelle kleine Wohnung, umgebautes kleines Haus in einer Häuserzeile; moderne Einrichtung aus dem alten Bestand heraus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, einzig der Zugang zur Dachterrasse könnte für ältere Leut schwierig sein. Gerne wieder …

We had a wonderful stay in Tenuta San Calogero. The house is beautiful, we loved the interior design, old wooden furniture and some local details. The kitchen was small but in our opinion equipped really well, it was comfortable to prepare simple dishes. Garden is also marvelous and the swimming pool clean and refreshing. We were surrounded by orange trees and olive groves, usually the only sounds were those made by horses and birds. However, last night was a disaster- it was a big party nearby and we couldn't sleep until 02:30 am. We also heard our neighbors when they were talking but they were rather calm so we weren't much disturbed by them. Our grade is high though, because except that one night our stay was really good.

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Zu Fuß war einiges schnell zu erreichen. Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Die Dame war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat mir einige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Beste Grüße Kevin

Très bel appartement bien situé. Extrêmement fonctionnel, bel espace, équipé, agréable, prês de la cathédrale. Communication facile avec Paolo. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We loved our stay here and we really felt at home immediately. The apartment is wonderful with a balcony overlooking the Tempel of Apollo, the market square and you can see the ocean. Every room is tastefully decorated and next to the lovely kitchen is a beautiful large terrace, you can also use for outdoor meals. A perfect place to stay in Ortigia. Thank you so much Sara for everything.
