The stay in the house from Paolo was wonderful. We loved to be in the middle of the island. We’ve enjoyed also the style of the house, the pictures, the lights, the furniture and how you’ve renovated the house. There is everything you need nearby. Paolo gave us helpful tips for restaurants and we’ve eaten fantastic during our stay. We loved the island Ortigia - the culture, the buildings , the places, so many artists in one spot, the life music! It is the best way to explore the south-east from Sicilia! We will come back to Ortigia and recommend to stay in this house.

Rigenerata e rilassata è dir poco, il giardino è bellissimo e curato la casa ha tutto quello che cercavo e molto stilizzata, al centro di diversi ristoranti, stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, mare fantastico e molto pulito, farmacie e mini market che mi hanno reso il soggiorno più facile, per non parlare della bellezza di Siracusa e la sua parte archeologica , bellissima ! Posso prenotare per l’anno prossimo?

Sicily has 2 of it's finest ambassadors in Elena and Angelo! Generous, warm, but most of all, amazing people that could not do enough for you to ensure a wonderful stay. Where else can you get amazing wine tasting, pricky pears and dolce that is world class. Without doubt a memorable stay, with memories that will last a life time with my father. Superbe séjour dans la maison et sur cette magnifique côte près de Syracuse. La maison est refaite à neuf, très fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. Elle est très Bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Les vélos sont un plus pour visiter les environs ! Le quartier était très calme car hors saison. Le jardin est magnifique avec un citronnier qui donne des fruits délicieux. Une petite épicerie à côté ou l on trouve des spécialités siciliennes faite maison délicieuses ! Tout était parfait ainsi que l accueil de Desirèe ! Hâte de revenir !

Dario fue un estupendo anfitrión. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La casa está en el corazón de Ortigia. Una zona estupenda. El alojamiento es pequeño y acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para una permanencia agradable.

This place is a dream. A great kitchen with everything you need, pans, utensils, spices, etc. A super comfy bed. The best shower I’ve had in Italy, a rain shower head. I will be back! Enza was so kind and helpful.

Ale y Paola fueron muy amables y flexibles con nuestra estadía (tanto check in como check out) su casa es hermosa, tranquila y cómoda. Hay varios espacios para descansar y compartir en familia o con amigos. El jardín es hermoso, la terraza es súper rica para tomar algo mientras ves el atardecer o comer en la mesa de afuera recibiendo un poco de brisa. Las fotos son tal cual como es la casa, tiene todo lo que se necesita y ellos como anfitriones nos ayudaron con recomendaciones muy interesantes. La casa está ubicada en un lugar estratégico desde el cual se pueden visitar varios lugares como Noto y Ortigia, en este último hicimos un paseo en barco con un amigo de Ale. También fuimos con Salvatore, recomendado también por Ale, a su enoteca a tomar unos deliciosos vinos, jamones, quesos, aceitunas y pizzas hechas por Salvo! Volveríamos sin duda alguna a casa de Ale y a seguir sus recomendaciones! Gracias por todo :)

it's nice villa divided into 4 independent flats , located in the center of the village and surrounded local citizens and houses within specific Italian atmosphere 😀. Flat is modern and very nice with the huge terasse, but pure internet. There is absolutely nothing to do around except beautiful sand beach in 10 min by car. We always used car to reach Syracuse, Ragusa or any restaurant or supermarkets in Avolla. As a summary we would highly recommend for a couple of days if you have a car.

We loved staying here. Francesco provided plenty of bottles of water, coffee, tea, milk, orange juice and a breakfast snack. Very clean and comfortable beds. The location is great and a hot spot to see Etna. Private parking and right on the beach. We would stay here again!

Nous recommandons le logement de Catherine, il est accueillant, joliment décoré, avec une douche incroyable... l'environnement est calme. Il y a un rétroprojecteur avec netflix, c'était génial. Catherine est une hôte très agréable, commucative et intentionnée. Merci pour tout

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Villa was one of our best AirBNB experiences ever! Elisa is so hospitable and kind, was always ready to advise! Elisa assisted with transfer, ordered us pizza when we arrived (flight was delayed and it was already too late to go for dinner). Villa is a large and beautiful place for stay, so clean, with everything could be needed during vacation! Location is perfect especially if you have a car- 2 minute drive or 19 minute walk from beautiful sand beach (perfect for children!), product shops also close. For fish and seafood -10 minute drive. Amazing Siracuse for evening walks -20 minute drive. If you are searching for great sea experience at Sicily - no doubts that Villa will be the right choice! Elisa, thank you ♥️

Lucia and Michele's house is truly one-of-a-kind! It's brimming with personality, boasts astonishing views, and is incredibly functional. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. Lucia greeted us with a warm smile and a delicious local wine, and she was overflowing with helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The house is beautifully designed with a tasteful interior and an abundance of natural light. As an avid cook, I was thrilled with the kitchen – it's a dream come true! We will definitely be back!

It truly was a home away from home. Beautiful furnishings. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive, when we discovered we needed additional kitchen items. It was private and conveniently located.

Die Bilder werden der Unterkunft nicht gerecht, es ist VIEL schöner. Toller Garten, tolle Terrasse, sehr vielfältig mit einigen Sitzgelegenheiten, einer Außendusche und einer Tischtennisplatte, die wir nutzen durften. Sehr ruhige Lage, man ist für sich. Wir gelangten in 5 min zu Fuß ans Meer, wo wir in einer kleinen Bucht schnorcheln gehen konnten (Felsenküste, kein Sandstrand). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 15 min mit dem Auto in Syrakus. Die Wohnung war super sauber und schön hergerichtet, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Mariuccia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und stellt proaktiv viele Informationen über Aktivitäten in der Umgebung bereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

This is a beautiful private Villa where you really feel at home. The home was very comfortable and the garden and patio areas were wonderful. We enjoyed the garden and the hammock and being able to hear the sea. Sea views from the upper level, easy walk to the water. Rocky water edge but very nearby sandy beach access. I hope to stay and visit this area again someday.

Samen met mijn vrouw en dochter van 1, verbleef ik een week in het prachtige huis van Seb. Het is een heerlijke rustige plek, met prachtige tuin en fantastisch zwembad. Sebastiano is een zeer vriendelijke en fijne host, die ons erg op ons gemak liet voelen. We zouden graag nog eens terugkomen.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is modern, clean and very well equipped. Terrace, garden and the pool are very nice, there is plenty of space outside to relax. Giuseppe is a great host, communication was very fast and friendly and we got a lot of useful hints. Everything was perfect and we already recommended the accommodation to friends.

Une maison familiale, conviviale et pratique dans un cadre naturel de toute beauté. Le panorama sur la mer et le phare est époustouflant. Le jardin est très vaste et plein de petits coins à découvrir. De grands eucalyptus fournissent leur ombre et la musique de leurs feuilles. La cuisine d'été est un vrai plaisir. Il y a aussi une merveilleuse douche extérieure et on peut s'y doucher en regardant les étoiles. La villa se trouve à proximité à pied de points d'accès à la mer sur les rochers plus ou moins faciles à emprunter. On est en zone de réserve naturelle et les fonds marins sont magnifiques. Les plages de sable sont accessibles en quelques minutes de voiture et sont très belles. L'approvisionnement en nourriture est facile. L'accueil est formidablement gentil et attentif. Merci Maria.

Marco est un hôte très intentionné , l accueil était chaleureux tout comme le départ . La villa est charmante et bien entretenue , avec un magnifique jardin privé . Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances de la Toussaint avec nos enfants et nos petits enfants . Joanna et Tadeusz

Place is a bit difficult to find as the airbnb app sends you to a different location than where it actually is. Double confirm with the host to get the right location. Lots of space. Rooms were kept well. The on site person was fun and helpful. Some of the outside furniture and umbrellas etc need replacing as there are falling apart, This is the only real criticism I have. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for a large group like us! Plenty of communal places to sit inside and outside to eat and talk. Thanks Martina for the flexible check in and check out times! You made our weekend extra special!

Eravamo in cinque. Gaetano ci ha accolti da vero signore, dolce, simpatico e disponibile. Nonostante il caldo infernale abbiamo potuto, almeno a casa, godere di un clima glaciale😅(w l’aria condizionata). La cucina attrezzatissima ci ha permesso di preparare deliziose cenette che ci siamo gustati sotto il bel portico. Casa pulita e arredata con gusto. Diversa finalmente dalle solite abitazioni standard. Lavatrice, parcheggio, lavastoviglie(super per chi ha intenzione di cucinare😊).. beh, siamo stati davvero bene. 🙏🏻
