Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

James is a lovely host, excellent and clear communication. The flat is perfect base to explore the local area. We had a lovely holiday!

Great location with fun view over the quay. Comfortable, very nicely presented and well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, etc. We appreciated the welcome biscuits and Corfe Castle card, as well as the video instructions for parking and accessing the accommodation. There was also a helpful local guide book. Charlotte very prompt in replying and we’d gladly make a return visit.

I have just spent a couple of nights at Emily's place with my daughter. The flat is really lovely. It is absolutely spotlessly clean, stylish, and homely. Lots of thought has clearly gone in to make it a comfortable place to stay. The bed and sofa bed are so comfortable. Good quality kitchen wear, bathroom, and TV make for a luxurious feel. The location is very central, with the added bonus of parking. Luke & Emily we're very communicative and very kindly allowed us to check-in early. Super hosts and highly recommendable place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Candice’s place. Candice was really flexible with checkin and allowed us to to get in a bit earlier, which was a life saver with bags and a toddler! The place itself was exactly as described, really beautiful decor and the perfect amount of space for us. The location is perfect right on the seafront but not at all noisy. Would love to stay again if we came back to Weymouth!

A perfect last minute getaway for new year tranquillity. Although the weather wasn't the best we got out still and we would definitely love to return spring/summer time as the waters /surrounding the property would be so beautiful I'm sure if it wasn't already. The bed was super comfy. The space was ideal and enough to feel comfort for our visit. Thanks for the friendly welcome... Relaxed Gestures and fresh bread too.

A great location, with great views from both front and back of the property. Stephen provided detailed information re access and parking, the latter just needs you to keep a look out for available spaces in front of the pub! Oh, and pub is great as well, with a quiz night each Thursday, questions aren't that hard!

⸻ Absolutely gorgeous flat in Poole! Spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches throughout—everything had been considered. The bedding was lovely, and both the double bed and the large comfy sofa bed made for a great night’s sleep. Loved the little extras like milk sachets, coffee pods, and a coffee machine, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect—right next to the sea. Went to Rockfish for dinner, practically next door. Carly recommended Rick Stein Sandbanks which was wonderful. Luana was a fantastic host. Highly recommend this place!

fantastic property with an amazing view which gets better with the balcony where you can walk out and take in the wonderful views of the bay. everything you could possibly need is provided in this exceptionally clean property, with the added welcoming touches of fresh flowers sweets and a bottle of fizz were the icing on the cake . Steve is a fantastic and friendly host who responded quickly when we needed a boost in heating on a chilly evening if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable get away with a magnificent sea view look no further just , we counting down the days until our next stay already in May . thank you Steve for an amazing holiday home 10/10

Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking space. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It was very well stocked with everything you could want and it's a very easy short walk to the beach. I absolutely would recommend this.

We had a lovely time at Peter and Frances's place. The house is a decent size, and well-equipped, but it's certainly its prime location (overlooking the sea, and just a few steps away from the South West Coast Path) that makes it so special. Will gladly be back for some more family hiking if in Dorset!

We had a great week, enjoying coastal walks and cycling and the local pub. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. It has the most wonderful views from the open plan living space which you can’t really appreciate from the photos. Graeme was really helpful / responsive.

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

The house is a comfy, beautifully furnished and decorated family home. As opposed to a house put together for Airbnb. Everything was just how we would have wanted it. We spent a very happy Christmas there with our family and everyone (9 of us at one point) had enough space, with a cozy lounge with fireplace and the quieter viewing lounge.The beds were comfy, the kitchen was amply equipped, we went for coastal walks - perfect.

This was our 3rd visit and it’s great to see that the house is just as pristine as when we first stayed. You can tell it’s been well looked after - we love exploring Weymouth and then coming back to the house to relax after a long day - the views from the living room are so relaxing!

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Terrific location and lovely views. Very well equipped, not only entertainment-wise but also in the kitchen. Aaron was very responsive, and even gave me recommendations based on our interests. Instructions were 100% clear and accurate.

Apartment as shown on photos, clean with a well equipped kitchen. Central location within West Bay with stunning coastal walks and variety of restaurants. Found Chris to be very friendly and provided helpful information. Look forward to stopping at apartment again.

Really enjoyed our stay, great location for exploring the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cosy. Beds were really comfortable, bathroom very small but fine for three of us for a few days. We would love to stay again if we return to West bay.

Myself my partner and our 7 yr old granddaughter stayed for 5 nights,we found the accommodation perfect for our stay, private underground car park was ideal.everything we needed was there.Scaffolding around all the apartment blocks wasn't ideal unable to use the balcony,during the morning we could see and hear workmen.late morning we were out and about so didn't affect us.we were aware of this prior to booking ,I wouldn't be put of from booking again.I would recommend this place to stay,plenty wardrobe and drawer space.a stylish and comfortable accommodation tastefully decorated.Come and see for yourself.

Jose was a wonderful host and informed me of everything needed and recommended some lovely places. The flat itself was really lovely and in a perfect location for us as it was near train station, town and the beach. Comfy furniture and the bed was comfortable and an amazing size. The kitchen has mostly everything needed in an every day kitchen. However, a couple things we did notice is that there were wet plates in the cupboard and a few food marks left on some bowls. We were only given one towel as well instead of two. For some reason the shower didn’t work one morning either but these were minor issues. Would recommend anyone to stay, great value for money and a very homely stay.

Comfortable and well equipped accommodation done to a high spec. We liked the beach feel to artworks. Good value for 4 persons, a tad expensive for 2 persons when add cleaning and fees. Fabulous view over Chesil beach, perfect to watch the sunset. Unfortunately little to do in the evening , only takeaways, unless you wanted to drive to Weymouth.
