OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

James and Gigi were great. From check in to check out, they communicated what was needed without being intrusive. The property was just as expected and was fantastic. I can’t begin to state how helpful they were when I had a minor issue. Immediately responsive, with great resolutions and great concern for my comfort and safety. A++++

The house was a perfect fit for us and our dog. Furniture was comfortable and bed and bedding were perfect. We loved being able to walk into town the short distance and the nearby park was close enough to take the dog for walks and also walk to the dog park for some off leash time. Kitchen was clean and complete. Will do this again.

This is a quaint home in a nice neighborhood. They kitchen had great appliances, and the home was nicely decorated as a family home. The back yard could have used some attention as it was full of leaves and not able to take our dog outside the fenced area due to the debris. The beds had older mattresses, but the bathrooms were nice. Overall, a great home and I would recommend this to someone needing a dog friendly home.

It was the perfect place for our stay. We were visiting our family for Christmas week and it was only a mile and a half away. So very convenient for us. House was the perfect size for the three of us.

Great host will definitely book again when i come to the area . Nice and spacious we felt at home !

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Cristy's home! Everything was updated, super clean, so roomy and so comfortable. The kitchen is so huge and where we tend to hang out as a family so it was great. Bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. And the bathrooms were updated and had these lovely nightlights. I always bring my own but didn't need them because of this thoughtful touch. And the cats Fred, Betty and Barney were adorable and so easy to care for with just a little food, water and love. The location was great for our trips to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. It was close enough to get there quickly, but far enough away that we didn't feel like we were in a tourist trap but in a real neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is beautiful! So peaceful and serene. The water is only a short walk away. The space was very clean and welcoming. We weren’t able to turn on the heat at first, but Randy came promptly to fix it. The bathroom was my favorite part, it was very luxurious for the price. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!
