We had a fabulous long weekend at Jo’s place. Beautiful set up, great location, all amenities you could want and more. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spacious property in a great location! Everything was clean and well organised and check in and check out were both very easy - Sara even reached out to us to let us know that we could check in early as the property was ready if we wanted to :)

We were a multigenerational family group , including young grandchildren, wanting a nice relaxing holiday by the seaside, with things to do for everyone. The Gate House was exactly what we needed, with lots of room and excellent facilities! We had shared time and privacy with large communal living and dining space and a lovely enclosed safe garden and outdoor dining facilities. We knew the area but the recommended dining options were excellent. Great beers from The Bus, excellent wood fire pizzas from the beach pop up, great burgers by Fat Shaun and a Greek takeaway from the Piano bar.,with Sunset drinks in The Albion. An easy short walk to the beach, which though a bit pebbly was an ideal location on the sunny days for family fun, with Sandcastles. The sea was good for paddling, jumping and swimming and easy access to the cafe for drinks and ice creams. Sam and Simon were excellent hosts and we have no problem in recommending this fantastic holiday venue and hosts!

Our third visit to this very comfortable and immaculately kept house. The location is very peaceful and quiet with splendid views over the Solent: a constantly changing seascape. Yarmouth, and its ferry terminal, is only 5 minutes away, Tesco in Freshwater less than 10, and since the island is a major holiday destination eateries of all description abound. Many of them are dog-friendly too. The property itself is on four levels, with stairs to each, and there are also steps in the garden which cannot easily be avoided in order to access the house, so anyone with significant mobility issues could find it challenging.

Beautiful house inside and out. Excellent attention to detail (quality finishes, linen, fresh flowers on arrival). Really helpful welcome pack and welcoming/accessible communications from host/local contact. Great utilities: aga, double dishwasher/fridge freezers, utility room, integrated speakers, log fire. Thank you, we made some lovely memories here.

Kate was a fantastc host from start to finish. She responded quickly to any questions asked and sent clear instructions regarding access to the property prior to our visit. She was also very quick to respond when we contacted her about something we were unable to locate upon arrival. This was sorted quickly and efficiently. The property was incredibly well equiped and very comfortable and spacious. It was also lovely and peaceful with a view of the sea. We were a family group of 8 our ages ranging from 7 months to mid 60's. This property worked well for all of us and we had the most amazing stay there. We would thoroughly recommend this property and would like to thank Kate and her team for making sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful house, the large dining table and upstairs sitting room meant it was great for spending time with family. Thoughtful little extras like fresh milk in the fridge, and useful things like dishwasher tablets in the kitchen meant we didn’t have to go out and get everything for a 3-night stay. We felt like we were staying with friends!

St Joseph’s is incredibly comfortable and spacious. Even though there was 8 of us we never felt on top of each other. We really enjoyed waking up to sea views and had the chance to sit on the balcony with a cup of tea to really make the most of it. On a couple of occasions we took a stroll from the house to Ventnor and enjoyed fish and chips and ice cream by the sea. It is very steep and worth noting that if walking is a problem, it is worth driving down to the sea front. Our stay felt easy and a home from home experience, the house was fully equipped with everything you’d expect. Thank you Mark and Isle of Wight for a great family holiday making memories.

We have stayed on the Hoburne site before which was excellent and this time it was even better due to the extra space in all the rooms. It was a home from home, great location and very good response to requests. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 3 with our dog. The accommodation was comfortable and had every we needed. The site was all we needed and used the onsite bar/restaurant, swimming pool and shop. The site staff recommended a woodland walk and provided directions which took us in Milford on Sea and was a lovely walk. Samantha was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a fab stay at Marks static home, It is located in a nice spot on the campsite with parking right outside, Lovely large decking area, good quality furniture, the home is nicely decorated with good quality soft furnishings and bedding, the kitchen is well equipped and spacious, Mark was very good at communicating and happy to answer any of our questions , the campsite Was nice and quiet and well kept grounds, well enclosed dog exercising field, great child and adult evening entertainment would definitely recommend Mark static home 😁.

Our stay at Nina and Max’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing, with beautiful decor and top-quality facilities. Our children especially loved the heated pool and games room, which kept them entertained for hours. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The views looking out at sea from the hot tub on the balcony were absolutely amazing, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Even the weather was on our side for the weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking to book again for later in the spring/summer. Highly recommend… thank you, Nina and Max, for a wonderful experience!

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

We had a fantastic stay at Whitecliff Bay, the caravan was exactly as described/pictured on the Air BnB site. It was very clean and tidy, and had all the essential items there that we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfy and the Wifi worked well. The location of the caravan is very handy for the facilities on site, and so easy to get to all the various days out on the island. Crystal was very quick to respond to any messages before and after booking. Overall extremely happy and would definitely recommend the caravan to anyone else looking to book.

We had a lovely long weekend at the house. Great space and well equipped. Comfy beds, relaxing environment. Stella was very welcoming and responsive. As out of season, Sandown was no doubt quieter than usual, but the children really enjoyed visiting the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary and walks along the beach, Fins beach cafe was a great find.

I definitely recommend this place! It's absolutely lovely, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The home is equipped with everything from A to Z, catering to all ages. Tom has been the best just by far! Thank you Tom for everything.

Our second visit to the cottage. We enjoyed our stay again and hope to return for a third time. Ideally placed for walking into Ryde, the beach and Appley Park. We were lucky enough to watch the carnival processions from the end of the street during our stay. We were always able to park on Melville Street during our stay and this was during the school holidays. Super comfortable beds and private courtyard area which was a great sun trap during our stay.

Such a beautiful home. From the minute we walked in we felt at home. This was our first trip traveling abroad with three children under the age of five and we could not ask for a better experience. Mike greeted us and made us feel comfortable. The house was incredible. Very well equipped. Extremely clean. The space was great. The added bonus was the playset and trampoline in the yard. We had a local photographer visit and she said it was the nicest home rental she had seen on the island. Do not hesitate to rent this house. You will not regret it. Thank you Mike for a wonderful vacation.

Jo was an excellent host, provided plenty of information and clear instructions. Very quick to respond to a question I had. The accommodation is exactly as described, kept in pristine condition and very welcoming. Nothing can beat sitting at the dining table with the wonderful view across the Solent. Highly recommend, situated in a great location. Fast responding hosts. Accomodation looks exactly like the photo's. The finishing touches and attention to detail for our christmas stay were lovely, from the table decorations to the mince pies and procesco in the fridge ☺️

Chris was always responsive to messages during the booking process and throughout our stay, which made the whole experience easy and fuss free. We arrived the house and it was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The house is in a quiet street and is conveniently located, literally a two minute walk away from the local shops, bars and restaurants. My friend and I had the most amazing stay at the property and would thoroughly recommend it. We’d love to visit again sometime.

Nicholas’s cottage is well located and quiet, being a few minutes walk from all of Cowes’ many attractions. Nicholas is a most perfect and extremely helpful host, offering advice and providing thoughtful items to enhance our stay. Can recommend his place without hesitation.
