A real gem of an apartment right in the heart of Yarmouth yet very quiet. Our third stay here so that speaks volumes . It’s very deceptive from outside , but when you go through the front door and up the stairs it’s amazing …. Light and bright very clever architect design , modern and very well equipped. Bonus of two separate bedrooms , one with double bed and its own en-suite shower , the other a twin bedded room with a separate shower room next to it. Also a little mini terrace to sit outside in the fresh air . I would highly recommend and no doubt we will book again for next year. Host is responsive and very helpful.

Accomadation prepared & very clean. Great location allowing easy accesss anywhere on the Isle. Excellent communication with host. Would stay again provided price not raised in coming years.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views out to sea, ideal spot for exploring the island. unfortunately Sandown high street is run down and does not have much to offer so you need a car to access nicer restaurants etc. The beach is lovely in Sandown and great for swimming and people are extremely friendly. If you want a peaceful stay with easy access to everything on the island with uninterrupted sea views in a lovely apartment, I can recommend this one highly x

We had a wonderful time here in this great apartment. The location was perfect, and it was balm for the soul to be looking out at the gorgeous sea view with every meal time and cup of tea made! Our two boys (aged 6 and 9) had a brilliant time on the beach, at the arcades, amusement park and the chine which was specially decorated for Halloween (and even better after dark with all the different coloured lights). Our dog was in seventh heaven to be able to head down to the sea just moments after leaving the apartment! (This was after 30th Sept so dogs welcome on the beach until April I think) The apartment was lovely and clean, refurbished and decorated really nicely and had everything you could need, including some board games which were much appreciated. Admittedly we came during the off-season but it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. All in all a fantastic place to stay which gave us a fun and restorative four days!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wightplace. The annex was clean and well presented and the location was great with lots of amenities close by. Gail and John were very friendly and very helpful and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had a lovely weekend, the location means you can easily walk to restaurants, bars and shops . The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. The one tiny issue is the parking which is very tight for an average sized car but to be fair ross does mention it in his listing . Ideal location for exploring the forest and the beaches. We will return thanks 👍.

Shareena's flat was exactly as listed, it was nice and clean with some basics of tea, coffee, milk and even some croissants there when we arrived. The beds were comfortable with everyone commenting on how well the slept. We would definitely stay again if visiting the Island.

We had a lovely time staying at Tracy's and Dave's place! It was an easy walking distance to the town centre with lots of amenities close by. The hosts have also offered many recommendations for local places to try which was very helpful. The Annex was spotless, very comfortable with all the necessities. The blankets and dog biscuits were a lovely little gesture for our two girls. Tracy and Dave were also very responsive when we had any questions and made our stay really enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Isle of Wight!

Had a very restful few days away. The flat had everything you needed to relax, with thoughtful touches & we were very comfortable there.

Our stay with Greenstay was absolutely superb. On self check-in, we found the apartment was impeccably clean and just as described. It had such a great energy about it that we felt right at home. The area being away from the main town and close to the beach brought about a feeling of complete relaxation. The interiors were well thought of and the entire place decorated beautifully. The living room was well laid out even for a party of 6, with Netflix provided for entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the essentials that would be needed for a self-catering stay. Tea, coffee/coffee pods and a pint of milk (nice touch!) were provided along with cleaning up essentials for that quick start. The host, Steve, was very approachable and provided clear instructions for self check-in and answered any questions promptly. He was kind and showed a great deal of hospitability. This was much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Lovely location, close to the town centre but also very near the beach. Generously sized lounge with a great view along the coast. Bedroom had plenty of storage & comfy bed. Lots of greenery, lamps, local pictures & throws made the place feel very homely. Thank you for the welcome gift of wine & for fitting us in at short notice 😊

This beautiful apartment was a haven. We came down for a wedding and could have easily stayed in a hotel , but decided to make a break of it , and so glad we did. The space was gorgeous and elegant, beautifully decorated , and perfectly stocked with everything needed. Easily walkable into town but we tended to eat in as so cosy with wonderful sea views.Other walks of island easily accessible. Communication with host Clare was brilliant from the get go Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

Das Apartment The Palms hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Es lag sehr zentral, sowohl zur Innenstadt, als auch zu den Stränden. Der gesicherte Parkplatz war ein Plus. Wir hätten uns nur noch ein par mehr Küchenutensilien wie ein Schneidbrett oder eine Salatschleuder gewünscht. Dafür gab es eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Zu dritt war das Apartment ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war schnell und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

Matt was a great host and the apartment was spotless and very well made for our arrival. The swimming pool is also a great addition. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!
