Our second visit to the cottage. We enjoyed our stay again and hope to return for a third time. Ideally placed for walking into Ryde, the beach and Appley Park. We were lucky enough to watch the carnival processions from the end of the street during our stay. We were always able to park on Melville Street during our stay and this was during the school holidays. Super comfortable beds and private courtyard area which was a great sun trap during our stay.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

Lovely, spacious and well equipped house near local services. Our second visit and it felt like coming home. The kitchen had everything we needed and having a proper dining table in a separate room was a big plus. Emma kept in contact with us and was very helpful with travel and check in. She had also had it decorated for Christmas which was very nice. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the West Wight

staying here was a great experience. the property is in an excellent location. The little touches made all the difference with things like bin bags and dishwasher tablets provided, great bedding, fluffy towels, it was all excellent and well worth the price. Sarah was responsive when I initially contacted her about check in and the whole air BnB experience was great. highly recommend!

we arrived home last night after a lovely weekend at Sanaa's beautiful home. everything was great. the house was immaculate and had everything you need when away from home plus more. The massage chair is a great addition and the location was lovely with sea views from the front bedroom. with just a 3 min walk to the sea we couldn't of asked for more. we would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. many thanks.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

Susan’s place was very well placed for all the amenities in the centre of Cowes. There was a mixup during my stay and Susan was immediately available and organised everything quickly and efficiently and in a friendly way. The house was very clean and a perfect size for a short stay on the IOW.

Seacliff was a beautiful apartment. Views from the front of the property overlooking ventnor beach was stunning. The apartment was a short walk from the beach and local shops. The apartment was great. Very well equipped. Really easy to find. Perfect location! Would highly recommend

Can't recommend here enough. The perfect place to stay on the Isle of Wight. Right in the heart of Shanklin, beside gorgeous thatched pubs and tea rooms and a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Also, conveniently located right beside a car park. The apartment itself is also gorgeous, nothing but good to say - really enjoyed our stay.

Once again, a delightful stay at Jill’s well-appointed and comfortable apartment. We always feel at home from the moment we arrive and Jill is instantly available to answer any queries which may arise. The sparkling wine chilling in the fridge and local shortbread is a thoughtful touch which make you feel a valued guest. We look forward to a return visit later in the year.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

Stacey could not have been a better host. We had a problem with the cooker, and Stacey was on it straight away. Those who whinged about the kitchen should have looked at the listing properly! yes, it's small, but we had no intention of opening a resturant, it's Fine, clean, and has just about all one needs. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, T.V. in all the bedrooms. We had ZERO complaints. A real gem on the island. We would definitely come again. The sun terrace was a great bonus. We know Stacey has children, but we never heard them, except when we were on the terrace and they were in the garden below. Off road parking was a real bonus. We can't praise Stacey, her family, and Seafarers Rest highly enough.

Great stay at Seaclusion for our first holiday with a baby. Kevin was very responsive and the chalet had everything we needed, plus some thoughtful extras such as tea, coffee, milk, fudge and biscuits. Location is fab, a stone's throw from several beaches, and it was a great base from which to explore the whole island. The chalet is nice and private, being located at the back of a holiday park opposite a large communal green space.

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Lovely flat in great location with excellent communication from host.

The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

We had a lovely time staying in Lymington, such a great area, so close to everything! The town is absolutely gorgeous, with lovely independent shops and cute coffee spots. It was also just a short walk to the beautiful marina and a quick drive to the breathtaking New Forest National Park. The flat was perfect and very pretty! Would defiantly like to come back x

We stayed here just one night for a Christening nearby. It's a 20-25min walk from the station and was spotlessly clean. There is not much nearby, but you can get coffee from a petrol station 2 mins away and the park out the back has a café, if like us you don't plan ahead. Things I appreciated but don't always think about: good water pressure and hot shower, loads of towels, fluffy blanket, full-length mirror, good blinds and curtains which block out lovely morning sunshine in the morning untill you're ready. Presumably the bedrooms face east as they were bathed in yellow light when we finally woke up. Sarah very communicative, would recommend.

The apartment was well situated for all the things a visitor would like to do in Lymington and surrounding areas. In one direction was the Quay and up the hill was the High Street with lots of cafes and restaurants and a convenient supermarket. The harbour and carpark were just round the corner. The apartment was nice with everything we needed and was well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed staying there and could easily go back because there was so much more to see and visit.

the flatlet was ideal . lovely and clean. great hosts. glad I took usb plugs .the private road to the property is a little ropey! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

I booked Leigh's place at very short notice and Leigh was able to get the place ready for us quickly. Alma Court was very clean, warm and comfortable and close to shops. We did a lot of walking and it was a convenient place to get back to as there are regular buses a couple of minutes walk away. We had a nice meal in The Red Lion too. Thank you Leigh.
