A wonderful 3 day stay with my husband and 17 month daughter. The house was beautiful and just as pictured. The location was great and easy walking distance to all Lymington has to offer. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were lovely and comfy too, that was a big plus. Thanks for a great stay!

Zoe's home was just as described and we felt right at home. We had everything we needed, plenty of parking and only a short walk to the high street. One thing to flag if you are going with children, the stairs and quite steep.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

Very central location, although that poses a wee parking problem if guests have more than 1 car - but not insurmountable if other local spots can be found. Very clean throughout, with comfortable beds, clean linen/towels and 2 good bathrooms. Just be aware that the stairs leading to the first floor are quite steep. Not complaints, but just a few pointers towards improving a stay; - a draining board by the sink would be beneficial, rather than having to use the wooden worktop - more than 1 dish towel would be useful - the upstairs bathroom light switch requires a bit attention, as took about 3 or 4 pulls to get the light to come on.

Great stay! The house was lovely and spacious and really well decorated. The hosts included lots of really useful items including dishwasher tablets, coffee, cereal, books and games. Parking is very sparce in this area of Isle of Wight, so it was great to have a private drive. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location especially for walking the dogs, there was a very local park area and beaches very near. Enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs and amazing sunny spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come and stay again :) thank you

Charming house well placed to explore Lymmington on foot. The accommodation was just like its description and was perfect for the four of us. The hosts were really informative and left no questions unanswered. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia's place for New Year. We hardly left site as there was so much to do on the farm, in particular making use of the really lovely pool as well as nearby mountain bike trails. The place itself had everything you can need (and more!) and was extremely well catered for young children. It was clean, tidy and with very comfy beds. We loved feeding the pigs each morning and saying hello to the donkeys. We hardly explored any nearby sites but had a lovely walk at the nearby dinosaur beach one day. We would love to come back again at some point!

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. Central location near Ryde. Very peaceful. Lucy was superb in giving us space but being on hand to answer any queries. Well provided kitchen and hamper. We were very happy with everything although for 2 people over 6 ft the bedroom ceiling took a bit of getting used to.

Just returned from a fantastic stay. The lodge was perfect, well thought out in terms of what you need on holiday and games and things to do as well. But the main high light is the swimming pool! What a gem! Fantastic size and depth pool with heaps of pool toys. Water was a lovely inviting temperature. We would love to come back.

We had a fantastic week at Caroline's house. The sun shone for us all week which meant we could make the most of the fabulous location just minutes from the beach. The house has everything we needed and there was plenty of room to dry swimming things and wetsuits outside. The attic room did get very hot but other than that the house was great for kids, parents and grandparents.

'...when can we come back' ...our daughters final comment as we locked the door after a wonderful few days in the sun A costal bolt hole with the character you wish for, understated, relaxed & considered. The small touches of crisps & biscuits on arrival, heating on and gentle music setting a calm atmosphere as you enter, make this a spot to return to another time. Located on a tidal creek, there is always something to see, an ever changing tide swamps the mud flats & lifts your spirits as it does the house , feet dangling into Solent seawater from the deck, an array of wildfowl to watch, its all good here. The highlight, if your a small person (our daughter is 6) is awakening to the sound of squelching feet trudging through the mud at low tide, up to the house for breakfast, 'swans daddy' their daily ritual of knowing where breakfast is best served, is a wonderful addition to the ambiance of this little spot on the sea. David was fast with his messaging & accommodating to our needs.

A perfect stay to explore the New Forest. We will be back!

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

The Bungalow lived up to expectations after reading the advertisement and looking at the photos attached. The Bungalow interior was very good with plenty of space and thoughtful layout. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay.

we arrived home last night after a lovely weekend at Sanaa's beautiful home. everything was great. the house was immaculate and had everything you need when away from home plus more. The massage chair is a great addition and the location was lovely with sea views from the front bedroom. with just a 3 min walk to the sea we couldn't of asked for more. we would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. many thanks.

Great stay at Seaclusion for our first holiday with a baby. Kevin was very responsive and the chalet had everything we needed, plus some thoughtful extras such as tea, coffee, milk, fudge and biscuits. Location is fab, a stone's throw from several beaches, and it was a great base from which to explore the whole island. The chalet is nice and private, being located at the back of a holiday park opposite a large communal green space.
