The apartment is beautifully decorated. Cozy, homely, in every drawer or cupboard there is a surprise. The place is better equipped than my house! There is nothing missing in the bathroom. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. A variety of pastas, legumes, grains, vegetables, fruits, spices, sauces, oils, coffee, tea, milk, juice. Just come. We celebrated a birthday and there was a bottle of wine, cake and a balloon waiting for us. The jacuzzi is large and cozy and the water is always hot. The rooms are great, there are games for all ages. Quiet neighborhood and a few minutes drive from Ramat Hanadiv. Highly recommended.

Irit is a great host! She was very helpful with setting the house ready for our 2 years old, including toys, a crib, books, and more. She was a great communicator, always fast and useful. She was warm and very welcoming to us. The house was in a great location, walking distance from a big grocery store, a bakery, a book store and more. The neighborhood is very quiet which we loves, you can hear birds and relax in the great garden. We did hear the neighbors throughout the day, especially the kindergarten school close by, when they had outdoor activities, but it was only 2/3 times (we stayed there for a week), and it was nice to hear kids and singing. The house is organized very well, all bedrooms upstairs, large living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. We loved the large space. And the great back years was a great outlet for our kid, she loved the swing and the slide. One of the bedrooms had an office which was very useful for us to work from, the WiFi there was good. The neighbors were very nice as well.

The owner is great ! His Israeli hospitality was amazing. The house is very clean and shiny . He solve any problem we had in a second. The house is 2 minutes walking from one of the best beaches in Israel. We will definitely see him next summer 🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇱

אנחנו התארחנו אצל יואב באוגוסט, שלושה מבוגרים עם שלושה פעוטות. התלהבנו מאד מהבית המיוחד, מהנוף המדהים, מהפשטות והאופי השונה של הבית שמשתקף גם מהתמונות שבאתר. הילדים נהנו מהמרחב, ומהאווירה השונה במקום, שחינו בבריכה, קפצנו בטרמפולינה ונהננו ממה שיש למקום להציע. בתקופה הזאת הג'י פי אס היה משובש באזור ויואב מאד עזר לנו גם בהגעה למקום וגם מבחינת ההתמצאות איך להגיע למקומות בתוך ומחוץ ליישוב. מעבר לכך האנשים ביודפת אדיבים ועוזרים, ביודפת העתיקה יש תצפית מדהימה, פארק הקופים מאד מומלץ, ובכלל המקום יפה ומשרה רוגע. בסה"כ היה כיף, קיבלנו תמורה נאה למחיר וגם הילדים נהנו מאד.

Issa’s place is beautiful, clean, and centrally located. Issa meets all his guests needs from stocking the home with water to laundry services. He was responsive, kind and encouraged me to come to him with any questions at any time of day. The building is located in a lovely part of Bethlehem. You will feel an amazing sense of peace in this home. Rent from Issa, you will not be disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very clean and quiet. Walking distance and convenient to the beach, good restaurants and shops. Also good access to transportation to downtown Tel Aviv and historic Jaffa. Looking forward to staying here again when we come back.

The apartment is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with absolutely everything one is used to have at home. All the photos are real. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the shade of trees, surrounded by a park with a children's playground. If you travel with a family there is no better place to stay in Tel Aviv: no parties, no loud music, no smoking neighbours, no construction places nearby, only fresh air, peace and quiet. There are a big living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a patio with a small jacuzzi where you can spend quiet evenings breathing fresh air and having rest. There is a bus stop just next to the housing with busses passing by every 10-15 minutes and you can get a taxi just in two or three minutes. Everything you might need (some food, fresh locally grown fruits, vegetables and local SIM) can be bought across the road. If you are a fussy eater, there is a large supermarket in 10 minutes by walk where you can get everything you want. The place is quite far from Tel Aviv beaches, although you can still go there by taxi (110- 120 ILS for a round trip in the evening) or by bus (much longer but cheaper, though). If you are a medical tourist, this apartment will be one of the closest to the Assuta Complex (5-7 minutes by feet). Please, note, there is a kitty living in the flat as well. She loves attention, eating, playing and sleeping with guests. The hosts, Omer and Lian are hospitable, friendly and helpful. They speak English fluently, you will not get any communication problems.

Shachar was a great host! He also had a couple of team members standing by via WA. His Father was super helpful both before and during our stay. Beautiful home. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. This place will be our first choice next time we return to Tel Aviv.

I truly couldnt have asked for anything better. Marc's apartment was gorgeous with an amazing living room and deck which we got to enjoy. The location couldn't be more perfect, in the heart of the super cool Neve Tsedek neighborhood, and very close to the beach and shuk, and also to jaffa. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. Also super fast wifi, a laundry machine and amazing kitchen. Marc was so thoughtful and accommodating. One of my favorite airbnb's ive stayed at.

After long way from south to north was one night here like a spa. Owner was very welcoming, hospitality and kind, we used jacuzzi (amazing), room was nice, clean, with nice terrase.... thank you

We had a great stay. Selene was super helpful and friendly. The room was neat and tidy and adequate for a no frills good nights rest. The grounds are peaceful and secure. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee good. We would recommend this to any pilgrims to Jerusalem or anyone looking for non nonsense accommodation at an affordable price. We also needed secure parking for our rental car, so that was great.

Es war meine bisher beste AirBnB Erfahrung. Es hat sich eher angefühlt, als würde ich einen Freund besuchen. Ich bin sehr früh morgens angekommen und das war für Eyal überhaupt kein Problem. Ich konnte einfach morgens selbstständig einchecken. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, wir haben meistens gemeinsam gegessen. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bett wirklich gemütlich. Eyal ist sehr zuvorkommend und wir haben uns hervorragend verstanden. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super gelegen, man erreicht gut die Zughaltestelle Richtung Flughafen und Jerusalem. Quasi direkt vor der Haustür ist der Levinsky Markt und das pulsierende Viertel Florentin. Der Strand ist auch nicht sehr weit entfernt. Ich habe absolut nichts auszusetzen, wirklich sehr sehr sehr gut! Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Great value for money! Cozy place, has everything you need, host is very friendly, she even bought specially for us gluten free bread. Breakfast was really good and included in the price which was totally great. Really recommend was the perfect getaway for us after 6years first night without kids ! would def. come back
