The view is incredible 🌟 🌟🌟 Thank you for hosting us in this apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location and has everything you want. Having air conditioning and TV in all bedrooms is very good for us and for large groups ☺️ We can stay in the jacuzzi for hours and watch the sunset. You definitely don't want to stay after sitting on the terrace. Very comfortable, very beautiful and special apartment. All furniture and white goods are new. Thank you Gülşen and her team for everything🌸🌸🌸🩵🩵💛💛

This place is a stunning turquoise-colored building, perfect for hosting a large group comfortably. Everything inside is brand new, fresh, and designed with real thoughtfulness—it’s a joy to stay here. The location is fantastic, right near the heart of Balat in Istanbul, surrounded by local sights, charming streets, and just steps from the Bosphorus. Some of the rooms even have views of the water, which is absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for a group trip.

Best location behind Hagia Sophia.. Surrounded by plethora of nice restaurants for meals.. Walking distance to all major sites in sultanahemt area.. The host was very friendly and helpful giving pointers to major attractions and eating joints around.. Was personally present to welcome us to the property.. The property was very clean and nicely maintained with great view from the terrace Only drawback was that there was no lift for the upper floor and with couple of my fellow travellers being senior citizens with restricted mobility could not enjoy the upper floor and terrace Would definitely recommend the property to stay for a family of 5-7

Locație perfectă, gazdă primitoare și facilități excelente! Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută în acest apartament din Istanbul. *Locația este ideală*, fiind foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport, ceea ce a făcut ca deplasările prin oraș să fie extrem de ușoare. De asemenea, zona este foarte centrală, cu multe atracții turistice la câțiva pași. Gazda a fost foarte primitoare și atentă, asigurându-se că avem tot ce ne trebuie pentru un sejur confortabil. Apartamentul a fost exact ca în descriere, cu toate facilitățile necesare – prosoape suficiente, mașină de spălat, uscător și Wi-Fi rapid. Apreciez cu adevărat faptul că totul a fost bine întreținut și funcțional. Sauna a fost un adevărat răsfăț, iar terasa de la etajul superior a fost un bonus minunat, perfectă pentru a te relaxa după o zi lungă de explorat orașul. Este important de menționat că există 3 apartamente. Un singur mic aspect negativ ar fi *izolarea fonică*, care mi s-a părut destul de slabă. În concluzie foarte bine.

We had a wonderful time staying here, the apartment was just as described; well decorated and clean & in a perfect location. It was a great base for exploring Istanbul and near a number of local amenities. Host was very accommodating, check-in was flexible and easy, and they kept in contact to ensure all was well and even gave some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. I would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly in this beautiful AirBnb! The owner was super nice and easily accessible, and honestly the place was nicer than the pictures. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean comfortable AirBnb. If you're like us and coming from the US, let them know you're probably an A/C fiend and want it on no matter the season. They're quick to respond and super helpful

La maison est idéalement située ppur visiter et decouvrir Istanbul. Elle est tres bien meublée et équipée, literies de qualités. On sent que tout a etait réfléchi avec le soin du détails. Belle vue depuis la terrasse et joli attention avec le petit déjeuner prevu a notre intention.

We had a brilliant stay at Emir's place. It's in an excellent location near the Gelata Tower with bars/restaurants/historic sites in your front door. The apartment is huge and historic, would easily sleep 12ppl minimum. Emir was an excellent host - quick responses, friendly and flexible.

Unser Aufenthalt in Emirhans Unterkunft war großartig. Er war ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie. Im Gebäude gibt es einen kleinen Aufzug für bis zu vier Personen, allerdings sind es einige Stufen bis zum Aufzug. Das authentische Ambiente hat uns besonders gefallen, der morgendliche Gebetsruf und sogar der Hahn in der Ferne machten den Aufenthalt einzigartig. Ein Tag mit Baulärm wurde uns vorher angekündigt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Gebäude (kostenpflichtig). Alternativ gibt es einen Parkservice 200 m entfernt oder den Parkplatz des Dolmabahçe-Palasts direkt gegenüber. Ich habe meinen Holzschuhanzieher im Flur vergessen, falls er gefunden wird, wäre es toll, wenn er zur Seite gelegt werden könnte. The location of the place is amazing, beautiful area of Istanbul, stunning historical building and very stylish apartment. Our host and his team were more than friendly, the response was always quick, thet went extra mile to accomodate our requests. The apartment has 4 separate bedrooms, spacious salon and separate kitchen fully equiped with all you need to cook. Thank you, dear hosts, we'll be happy to come back.

Wonderful Stay with a Fantastic Host! I had an amazing stay at this private condo! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The host was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. While the location is about a 35-minute to an hour Uber ride to most major attractions, I didn’t mind as the condo is nestled in a great neighborhood with lots to offer. I loved having coffee shops, a grocery store, and even a farmers’ market right downstairs—it made mornings so convenient and relaxing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home base with an exceptional host. Thank you for a memorable visit!

I dont normally write reviews. But this needs a special review and a special mention. Iskender and his family were exceptional hosts and we were made to feel at home. Deniz (Iskender's son) is a polite, friendly and jovial person and made sure our trip was smooth and special. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. He was there at the end of the phone for any query or sometimes available in person to help. Both Deniz and his family have gone out of their way to make our trip smooth and memorable. Place itself is immaculate and beautiful with heated pool and fireplace. It takes at least 90 minutes to get to centre of Istanbul from this place by taxi and may be longer during peak times. But difficult to get this kind of place in particular with heated pool in winter. So we chose this and also based on excellent previous reviews. We are a group of 6 friends stayed at this place for 4 nights. We thank Iskender and his family for enhancing our memories in Istanbul.

Turgay and Ferhat were always responsive to our questions, very kind and helpful. The place is nice and quiet, the pool has been a great part of our stay. I’m a yacht captain with 6 other crew members. This place was exactly what we needed to do our jobs here in Istanbul. I would recommend this place 100%

This appartment is great for families and big groups of friends. The kitchen has everything that one may need including a dish-washer. The view from the balcony is really nice and in the simmer it will be great to eat there at the big table. It is also very quiet in the bedrooms at night.
