Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

Filiz e Alì sono persone straordinarie, molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno aiutato in tutti i nostri bisogni. Anche se siamo arrivati molto in ritardo a causa del volo ci hanno aspettato. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente e la posizione è ottima. La cucina è molto attrezzata, la camera da letto è molto silenziosa. Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole e consigliamo a tutti questa casa.

We had a lovely time in Balat. Ozkans place was great and close to all the lock cafes. ☺️

Perfect location. Lots of space. For guests with limited mobility there are a lot of stairs so keep This in mind. Lovely red kitchen appliances like hot water pot and toaster but I was unable to figure out how to use. Even with the instructions

Μείναμε για 15 μέρες σε αυτόν τον χώρο το λατρέψαμε…Είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο έχει μια υπέροχη φιλόξενη γειτονιά,τα πάντα είναι κοντά σου από φούρνο,σούπερ μάρκετ,κρεοπωλείο,καταστήματα,εστιατόρια,κουρεία.Ηταν μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή και το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα επιστρέψουμε.Ο ιδιοκτήτης ότι και να χρειαστήκαμε απαντούσε πάντα και οποιαδήποτε ώρα.Κανενα παράπονο!Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι φιλοξένησε 9 άτομα.Το αγαπήσαμε και σήμερα η τελευταία μέρα μας ήταν στενάχωρη.Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε.Το συνιστώ 100%.Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Asli’s place was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. The access was very easy and she was super responsive. Great place to stay if you plan on spending a few days in Istanbul. Perfect for a group with private rooms and bathrooms per rooms. Location surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and bars. The only downfall is the noise at night but you can disregard it if you are on vacation

We loved staying in this house! Was beautiful and plenty of space. The neighborhood is amazing and excellent vibes

La casa si dimostra all altezza ami gli spazi ottimo il mobilio consiglio la zona anche se inizialmente eravamo un po’ scettici si è a due minuti dal quartiere balat e il treno è praticamente difronte

we had a really pleasant stay at bige's accomodation. the surrounding Area is beautiful and has a lot of nice restaurants, Cafés and Shops to browse through. The House was nice and clean and The Host was always responsive and keen on helping.

Wir hatten einen Rundum super Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation war top, sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Best location behind Hagia Sophia.. Surrounded by plethora of nice restaurants for meals.. Walking distance to all major sites in sultanahemt area.. The host was very friendly and helpful giving pointers to major attractions and eating joints around.. Was personally present to welcome us to the property.. The property was very clean and nicely maintained with great view from the terrace Only drawback was that there was no lift for the upper floor and with couple of my fellow travellers being senior citizens with restricted mobility could not enjoy the upper floor and terrace Would definitely recommend the property to stay for a family of 5-7

One of the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in - and I have seen quite a few already. Feyhan was super kind, had many recommendations, check-in was easy and the house is just gorgeous. Amazing few from the big terrace. We can highly recommend staying here, it was an absolute pleasure. Can't wait to come back again :)

My family and I booked an extended stay at this property - we were a fairly large group of 8 who travelled a long way to visit Türkiye. It was essential for us to have a comfortable, conveniently-located place to sleep with all of the amenities - and this townhouse delivered that perfectly. Our host, Hani, was extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. We were brought to the property in a complimentary taxi and greeted warmly with snacks and drinks. Any questions were cordially answered and Hani would make sure that we had everything that we might need. On the day of check out, due to the late departure of our flight, the host offered to get some rest at a different property free of charge and a complimentary taxi to the airport when it was time to leave. We have nothing but the kindest words of appreciation for Hani and team - the approach, the communication, and the hospitality were excellent. We had a very positive experience and would certainly book again!

La maison est idéalement située ppur visiter et decouvrir Istanbul. Elle est tres bien meublée et équipée, literies de qualités. On sent que tout a etait réfléchi avec le soin du détails. Belle vue depuis la terrasse et joli attention avec le petit déjeuner prevu a notre intention.
