Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Jolie petite maison ds un très GD terrain clos avec une belle maison en face avec plusieurs locations. Fonctionnel, de quoi cuisiner niveau ustensiles. Prévoir des serviettes de bain en plus pr la piscine. Rien est clos ou fermés à l'extérieur entre les locations (lieu idéal pour organiser un séjour familal, cousinade ou entre amis, le cadre si prête) avec cette belle piscine (totalement clôturée par sécurité) bcp de place autour, ce n'est pas dérangeant si on est plusieurs, transat, elle est nettoyé ts les jours. Cadre très verdoyant avec les bêtes de la ferme ( poneys, ânes, cochons, vache et son veau, etc...) aux alentours et les sangliers. Juste pr info c'est encaissé , pas de vue mais ressourcant car ds la nature. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giancarlo qui est très réactif au message mais ns avons rencontré son fils avec sa petite famille qui sont très sympathiques, donnent des conseils et renseignements, ilsi aiment les échangent. Villa poggetto was a beautiful and quiet retreat. Our family used it as a base for seeing other parts of Tuscany and hired a car so it was perfect. It has basic amenities and the pool is in great condition. Only critique is the doors don’t lock well (not really a concern as the area is quiet) and as it is rural there are animals around such as mice and cute local cats. Gastone was a great host who allowed us to check in at 11pm when we were running late. He is very responsive and kind.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

La vue est magnifique. Quartier paisible. Toutefois, la cuisine manque plusieurs articles pour cuisiner.

wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ich empfehle unbedingt etwas gegen die Stechmücken mitzunehmen. einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Stühle auf der Terrasse, da haben 2 stark gewackelt, es sollte hier Ersatz besorgt werden.

我要如何赞美Maria Chiara的民宿呢~这是我此次旅行中最爱的一个住宿地点，美好得有一点梦幻和不真实。房子的具体位置我描述不清，离皮恩扎不远，我们开了一路的山路，很好找。漂亮的精心打理的院子是我的第一印象，一只可爱的小猫在院子里和我们慵懒地打招呼。Maria带我们去了所有的房间，一共三间超级舒适的卧室，两个配备齐全的厕所，还有大小两间起居室以及温馨的厨房。因为到达的时候已经很晚了，我们没有来得及在路上吃饭，打开谷歌地图，附近的餐厅都显示打烊了。我们只好非常不好意思地寻求Maria的帮助。Maria和他的家人给了我们很大的帮助，他帮我们打了一堆电话，前面好几个都说今天满座了或者是我们要打烊了，但是他们丝毫没有停下来的意愿，直到找到一家开门的披萨店。我们很顺利地找到了那家当地的餐厅，简直是我吃过最好吃的意面和披萨，而且价格非常公道。夜晚，我们在院子里品尝白天从酒庄带回来的美酒，漂亮的院子和星空，气氛太好了。第二天，我们得以认真打量这漂亮的房子，它已经有104岁了，但是房屋的状态特别好，是女主人辛苦在打理。房间的家具和陈列特别有地域的特色，也有复古的年代感，配色迷人得令人挪不开眼睛。我和朋友说，感觉就是住进了一家博物馆。Maria的厨房也有很意思，大概有大大小小5只咖啡壶，非常有生活的气息。我们要离开的时候，Maria已经在打扫院子了，我们用谷歌翻译聊了一会儿，再次感谢她热情的招待。这漂亮的房子承载了我对托斯卡纳最好的回忆，和我亲爱的家人还有可爱的朋友。

Il nostro soggiorno (mio e della mia compagna) é stato molto positivo, molto del merito é stato del host Marco. Persona gentilissima, molto disponibile e sempre orientato al benessere dei suoi ospitit, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il posto poi é comodissimo per accedere alla spiaggia della feniglia, grazie anche all'uso di biciclette messe a disposizione da Marco. Ottima esperienza, considerato che questo é stato il primo anno in cui Marco ha iniziato a ricevere ospiti tramite airbnb le cose sono sicuro possano solo migliorare! 5 stelle :)

Das Haus von Matteo liegt sehr abgeschieden an einem wunderschönen Ort mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Für zwei Personen von der Grösse völlig ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Vom Haus her sind drei Zugänge zum Meer (zwei davon privat) mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Küste ist jedoch rau und der Zugang zum Meer teils erschwert, dafür ist man meist alleine. Porto Santo Stefano ist ca 20 Autominuten entfernt. Orbitello und Porto Ercole sind in 30min erreichbar (dort gibt es auch Sandstrände). Die Terrasse mit der Aussenküche war toll- kochen bei Sonnenuntergang. Insgesamt ein super Haus in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage und perfekt, wenn man eben die Ruhe auch sucht. Matteo hat innert kürzester Zeit auf Fragen reagiert und zeigte sich sehr unkompliziert. Un posto meraviglioso al di là delle aspettative. Immerso nella natura e nella quiete in un tratto di mare bellissimo, dune, macchia mediterranea, campi gialli colorati da fiori variopinti, coniglietti selvatici, tartarughe, canti di uccelli di ogni specie e non ultimo un piacevole venticello che ci ha rinfrancato per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Casa deliziosa e confortevole. Tutto molto ben curato in ogni dettaglio. Speriamo di poter tornare!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

Due sorelle super accoglienti e disponibili, pronte a dare indicazioni e consigli utili. L'appartamentino si trova al piano terra di un casale storico, un gioiellino fuori dal traffico in mezzo alla campagna. Lo si raggiunge percorrendo un viale sterrato (un pò dissestato) puntellato di cipressi (dalla posizione che invia Chiara alla stanga subito a sinistra!). L'appartamento è davvero molto curato, pulito, accogliente e confortevole. C'è tutto quello che serve, anche la lavastoviglie che è un plus non scontato. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, zona super silenziosa, al massimo si sentono versi di qualche animale. E' stata davvero un'ottima esperienza!

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.

Absolutely stunning home. I have nothing negative to say. The host was amazing, she was super nice, responsive and kind. 100% Reccomend to everybody.
