Für uns ist es es ein Superhost und hätte nicht schöner sein können. Das Haus und die Anlage sind perfekt eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt und einfach nur genossen. Meerblick und der Zugang zum Meer genau so wie beschrieben. Michael ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der wenn nötig, jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Danke dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kristina was amazing as a host! We had everything and MORE that we needed. The place is super clean, easy to find and accessable. The front yard is very nice and not very hot in the morning 'cuz its lower than the ground so it's very peaceful and pleasent for a morning coffee. We also enjoyed listenting to the local Istrian radio station! Kristina gave us fresh organic tomatoes and we had a local cat visit us every morning. Just like a Studio Ghibli movie! Definitely would visit again!

We had a very good stay in the apartment. The interior is modern and in good condition. We had plenty of space even as a family of 7 with a baby. Everything was provided for washing and the dishwasher. The backyard is also nice. One concern was the parking: we had to negotiate for the apartment's spot each time the neighbors changed. There are also neighbors under the apartment and in the backyard on both sides - felt a bit crowded.

Doskonałe miejsce w przystępnej cenie, idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Istrii. Dom był zgodny z opisem, dobrze wyposażony, w bardzo miłym miasteczku - serdecznie polecamy!

1 hetet töltöttünk a szálláson gyerekekkel. Kényelmes volt, pár perc alatt elérhető autóval a gyerekbarát strand is és a város is, mégis este csönd és nyugalom volt. A közelben van egy jó étterem. A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, csak ajánlani tudom a szállást.

Alles war top. Dragan hat uns empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank stand Wein, Bier und ein sehr leckerer, selbstgemachter Likör. Das Haus ist für Individualisten geeignet. Alles funktioniert. Es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken. Einzig der Preis ist für die Nachsaison etwas hoch.

Appartamento con splendida terrazza (usata per tutto il soggiorno), in zona appena defilata, per cui abbiamo riposato benissimo pur essendo a pochi passi dal lungomare. Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa, avevamo tutto il necessario per stare bene (e siamo stati benissimo!) Daniela è una host gentilissima e presente. Io e la mia famiglia adoriamo Punat, e questa volta ancora di più. Davvero super consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Filip per una settimana e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! L’appartamento è molto molto bello, recentemente ristrutturato, arredato con gusto, in maniera moderna e fornito di tutto quanto può essere necessario per passare una settimana. È sviluppato in altezza e gli spazi sono ben distribuiti, noi essendo in 6 siamo stati molto larghi, inoltre disponendo di molti bagni è molto comodo per un gruppo di amici. È posizionato nella zona ovest dell’isola, a pochi chilometri da alcune spiagge molto belle a nord, a soli 20 minuti da Veglia e a una mezz’oretta circa dalla parte meridionale dell’isola; molto comodo il parcheggio a pochi passi dalla casa e il giardinetto con la griglia. Filip come host è stato eccezionale, ci ha fatto trovare l’appartamento perfettamente pulito e in ordine alle 10 del mattino ed è stato gentilissimo nel fornirci indicazioni e consigli per quanto riguarda spiagge e ristoranti nell’isola. Super consigliato!

Fantastic host and fantastic house! Highly recommend to everyone who wants to stay in town and walk only few mins go Arena and all the restaurants. Igor was great - very helpful, he recommended us some great places to eat. The house is what you want for family holidays. Very well stocked, kitchen basically has everything you need. You can feel there like at home. We got welcome drinks which was such a nice thing (thank you!). You have there even umbrellas, which was a life saver on one day You might need to park your car around 10mins from the house if you want to have free parking. Igor has sent us map with free parking areas, so that was very helpful. What else? We enjoyed our holidays in Pula and Igor made that experience even better. So once again Hvala!

Review: I had the pleasure of staying at Ivana’s house in Banjole during my summer vacation in Croatia, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. One of the great advantages was the availability of free parking right in front of the house, which made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The location was fantastic, with a wide array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. We had the opportunity to explore and indulge in different culinary delights each day, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whether we were in the mood for local delicacies or international cuisine, there was always something to satisfy our taste buds. Another highlight of Ivana’s house was its proximity to stunning beaches. We didn’t have to venture far to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters, and bask in the beauty of the coastline. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty.

Accolti direttamente dall’host con disponibilità e cortesia. Alloggio pulito e con tutti i comfort, si trova in una zona molto comoda per accedere a tutti i servizi della città.

Appartamento adatto per 4 persone, moderno e funzionale. Pulitissimo con balcone molto comodo. Zona molto tranquilla, a 3 km a piedi dal centro di Rovigno ma vicinissima alla spiaggia Cuvi (5 minuti). Jasmina gentilissima e sempre disponibile.

Wir waren für eine knappe Woche in dem Airbnb! Es hat uns sehr gefallen, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat auch immer gleich geantwortet :D wir würden hier wieder hinfahren!

Apartment is tidy and lovely. You will find everything you need in there, due to Olga‘s attention for detail. The location is in the heart of Izola. Also, you will receive a parking permission, which allows you to park on the public parking lots in Izola.

From the moment we arrived at the property, we loved it. It has a beautiful stone exterior which keeps the house cool. Inside is modern with a large open kitchen / diner on the ground floor which had everything you could need. There is also a small toilet. The middle floor is accessed by a spiral staircase which was an issue for our little dog but he was more than happy to be carried up and down 😊 This floor has a double bedroom and a gorgeous bathroom with large walk in shower. Also on this floor is a small lounging area which overlooks the kitchen and was perfect for sitting an reading a book. On the top floor is another double bedroom along with a larger lounging area with comfortable sofa and large screen tv. This area is flooded with sunlight from the skylights but was also a great place to relax before bed. Outside is a private courtyard which is a real sun trap. We loved spending time out here. We hope to return in the future as we loved our stay.

Marinko ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen freundlich begrüßt und die Gegend zeigt und Empfehlungen gibt. Wir mussten unerwartet unsere Pläne ändern, dennoch hat Marinko sehr menschlich und zuvorkommend reagiert. Eine super Unterkunft, schlicht und sauber und aufgrund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich das tun. Thomas und Elke sind so herzliche Menschen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es war sofort wie wenn man Urlaub bei Freunden macht. Die Unterkunft liegt herrlich ruhig und man ist zügig überall um Istrien zu erkunden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles super sauber und gepflegt. Die Kinder haben nach dem Baden im Meer jeden Tag den Pool genossen und sich auf Simon die Katze gefreut. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub hier, gerne kommen wir zurück in dieses zauberhafte Kleinod! Vielen Danke an Elke und Thomas für dieses Fleckchen Erde und den tollen Urlaub dort.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit zwei Balkone. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Kommunikation ging schnell und unkompliziert, passende Beschreibung der umgebung mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt ein bisschen abgeschieden vom Trubel, das ist aber auch genau, was wir wollten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten direkt am Hafen in Novigrad, wo man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und wenn etwas fehlt oder man mehr braucht (wie zB Toilettenpapier 😅) oder Empfehlungen für gutes Essen, dann antwortet Vlado sehr schnell über die App. Der Pool war unser Highlight. Schön erfrischend. Abends beleuchtet und schön groß. Es sind zwei kleine Häuschen nebeneinander mit insgesamt 3 ordentlich großen Betten in etwas kleineren Zimmern. Viel Platz ist nicht, aber wir waren die wenigste Zeit im Haus. 😊 Pro: Waschmaschine mit Kurzwaschgang 😅 Was besser sein könnte: die Ameisen waren manchmal sehr nervig & vllt ein kleines Nachtlicht für die Zimmer ☺️ Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, vor allem, da wir wirklich die Ruhe gefunden haben, die wir wollten! 💕 Danke an dich lieber Vlado und deine Frau

Logement calme et bien situé, à l'extérieur du centre historique et à quelques minutes à pieds d'une plage pas trop fréquentée. En s'éloignant un peu de la plage on trouve plusieurs endroits en bord de mer où l'on est entièrement seul. L'appartement est un peu sombre mais reste frais en été.

Studio propre et bien rangé. belle terrasse. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Parking à côté est un plus. Rovinj est pas loin, à 15 min en voiture Maria est très sympa et réactive aux messages. Je recommande!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sauber und die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Die Küche besitzt alle nötigen Dinge. Lediglich die Lage ist etwas "abseits" (7 min zur nächsten Stadt), was aber auch positiv ist, da kein Touristenaufkommen ist. Der kostenlose Privatparkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Erin war sehr nett und äußerst schnell. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!
