최고의 숙소였어요! 고베에 오게 되면 무조건 이 숙소에 또 머물 예정입니다. 추천해주신 현지인 온천은 최고였어요. 체크인 과정 중 생긴 저희의 실수도 너그럽게 이해해주셨어요. 숙소엔 모든 것이 다 구비되어 있었습다. 덕분에 부모님과 함께 하는 가족여행을 멋지게 마무리할 수 있었어요. 감사합니다!

Has many amenities, making it suitable for a long-term stay: fresh towels and bed sheets, a washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, rice cooker, stove, kettle), and a functional layout with a sofa, dining table, and TV. The small balcony overlooking the river and mountains was a nice touch. The location is convenient, about a 10-15 min walk to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist attractions. However, finding the place was tricky as the floor and room number weren’t included in the address or check-in instructions (we eventually found them in the listing description, along with the WiFi password). The listing could also be clearer: photos are cluttered with unrelated images, the space is better suited for 2 guests rather than 5, we were disappointed that there was only 1 bicycle available, it is in an old building on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and the bed is a sofa bed. Despite these minor issues, it was great value for money!

立地がよく新大阪駅からすぐたどり着けました。また室内設備は充実しており、スマートテレビが設置されていたのも嬉しかったです。また機会がありましたら泊まりたいです。

パートナー、子ども、友人と一泊させていただきました！当日予約にも関わらず、問い合わせについてもすぐに返信していただきました。 BBQも利用させていただき、素晴らしい滞在体験ができました！ ありがとうございました😊

今回1階に泊まったので、上の階に宿泊している方の声や足音がとても気になりました。犬と一緒に泊まったので、犬がそわそわして吠えてしまったので、こちらも気になってしまいました。 連絡したら、すぐに対応してくださりとても有り難かったです。

First of all, the location is superb. Near to Tengachaya Subway Station with walkable distance less than 10minutes. Then surrounding with convenience store,drug store and local food. Meanwhile, the Host is very responsive for any request. Definitely I will come back again.

Koji was very helpful and quick to give recommendations. The place was comfortable and in a very convenient location and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay no issues love the view and awesome spots near by. For those who come just know there isnt any taxis so you must walk or find a bus. This is country side.

Logement traditionnel tenu par un couple de grands parents. Yatsuo-san est très communicatif et nous a conseillé de nombreux endroits à voir. Nous retiendrons particulièrement la gentillesse de nos hôtes, qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison. En venant, nous étions intrigués par les excellentes notes, maintenant nous les comprenons. Cela fait partie des bulles de calme et de gentillesse de notre voyage, merci.

Naoko is the best host I’ve ever experienced — she is warm-hearted, kind, talkative, knowledgeable, easygoing and very sweet. She gave us clear instructions for us to get on the right train, help us when we got lost, gave us greats tips for travelling in Kobe, provided us a traditional Japanese tea ceremony with sweets. Naoko made you feel that she truly cared about you. She is one of the reasons why I fell in love with Kobe. She helped me understand Kobe and the way Kobe is. When I come back to Japan in the future, I will definitely come back to Kobe. And when I come back to Kobe, I will definitely choose Naoko’s place again. Her place is super convenient, very close to the station, supermarkets, parks and everything. The place is clean and have everything you’ll need. I slept well and tight at her place. I highly recommend Naoko’s place. Thank you so much for having me and my family! We had a great experience and memories to remember.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de demeurer chez Maki et notre séjour fut très agréable. La maison est lumineuse, très propre et bien rangée avec tout le nécessaire dont on a besoin. Située à 15-20 minutes de la plage à pied, parfait pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Sa cuisine est équipée si l'on veut se faire à manger et l'on peut lancer notre lessive dans sa machine qui est plutôt silencieuse et qui sèche bien. De plus, malgré son emploi du temps chargé, notre hôte a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller au mieux. Notre hôte est une personne avenante et très agréable à vivre. Nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir été accueillis dans sa jolie demeure. Nous recommandons vivement.
