丁寧にご対応いただきました。 ロケーションも素晴らしく、静かでゆっくりできました。 部屋から海を一望することができ、心身共にリラックスすることができました。 また泊まりたいなと思います。

Great stay. It was even roomier and nicer than expected from the pictures. Plenty of space for 2 people to sleep in separate rooms. Has a tatami room, office/extra bedroom, separate shower room and toilet, and living room/kitchen/balcony. It's the full top floor of a house. The host was very nice. He gave us lots of recommendations, responded well, and was kind if we made a mistake. The stay was very private, and easy to come and go. The city was nice and peaceful, yet there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The large park next to the house was a great feature. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the station, but you will pass through a nice park. Once you reach the station, you can take a cheap, frequent train to Shinjuku which takes only 25 minutes. I think this is a great place, especially for a long stay. It's good for people who want to relax in a Japanese suburb with easy access to the city. Would be great for remote working too! Thank you! 目的地から近く、キッチンや冷蔵庫などの設備が充実しているので大変ありがたかったです。 お風呂が大きくて使いやすかったです。また機会ありましたら利用させていただきます。

海を眺められる最高のロケーションでした。オーナーさんの宿泊の説明も分かりやすくて素敵なかたでした。お部屋は広くて清潔で、寝具もふかふかのお布団でした。 建物はエレベーターが無く階段が多いので足の不自由な方がいるご家庭は気を付けたほうが良いと思います。それを差し引いても何日もいたくなる施設でした。また利用したいと思います。

コロナ以降久々の家族での旅行の宿泊に選ばせていただきましたが、部屋からは海が見えて、お部屋も設備も清潔でした。 案内してくれた方も親切におすすめのお店や温泉を教えてくれました（おすすめしてくれたパン屋さんとても美味しかったです！） 家族皆んなで寛げて海までも散歩がてらに行ける距離なのでホントにおすすめの宿です。 また遊びに来たいです🎵

是一間很可愛的傳統日式小屋，很溫馨，附近都很寧靜，設施也都很乾淨，大片的玻璃，早上會有陽光灑進來，很療癒，浴室的水壓非常強，洗澡起來很舒服～是個會想二訪的房源～

室内のスペースが広く、調理器具やアメニティなども一通り揃っており快適に過ごすことができました。 BBQ用のグリルもすぐに使用できました。 周囲は街灯が少ないので、移動は日が沈む前に済ませておくと安心です。

大人数で宿泊しましたが、とても広く大人も子供もゆっくり過ごせました！ 寝室がとても綺麗でした！また利用したいと思います！ありがとうございました！

Absolutely loved our stay at Olga’s place in Oceanic Villa Minami! The location is stunning, and easy access to the beach. Olga was an exceptional host, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that enhanced my experience. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway!

Spend a couple days exploring The Izu Peninsula in late March/early April & decided to spend a night in Shimoda. Naomi’s was the perfect fit. Easy to find, more than enough space to sleep our party of four & a responsive host. Because we only spent the night we weren’t able to make use of all the amenities the property had to offer, but from what we could see, it was steps away from the beach with places to eat nearby & some nice outdoor amenities perfect for the warmer months. House was immaculate with some minor issues (fridge & tv) but the positives far outweighed them, especially since we were only looking for a place to warm up and rest. Naomi’s place totally fit the bill. We would definitely come back if we’re back in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was incredible — nothing beats waking up to the stunning sight of Mt. Fuji. The hosts were super helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the bath was spacious and relaxing. Just a short drive to beautiful walking paths and scenic lookouts. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

東伊豆観光のため、3日間お世話になりました。 家は広く、子供達とのんびり楽しく滞在できました。 出発前に聞く限りでは、細い道を通るとのことで分かりづらい所にあるのかなと思いましたが、実際行ってみると坂道を上っていけばよく、道もミニバンで走るのに問題ない広さで、すぐ覚えてしまえる場所でした。 南北各所に行くのにとても便利なため、長く滞在したい人にもオススメです。 ありがとうございました。

家族4人と犬達３匹でお世話になりました！ 室内、お庭共に十分な広さがありゆっくりできました。あいにくなお天気でしたが近くには犬達も一緒に入れる飲食店(朝は散歩がてらにモーニングが出来るカフェ) や観光地があり満喫出来ました。(晴れだったらもっと遊べたな〜と思うくらい)

2階からの景色が素晴らしかった。ウッドデッキとサウナもキレイでとても良かったです。メッセージ対応も早く、安心してチェックインすることができました。

Loved our quick stay here. House is clean & spotless while having all the things we needed to feel right at home. The place has character and is decorated well, doesn't feel like some heartless airbnb unit, feels like a home. Very much appreciated that!
