My friends and I had wonderful stay at Matt's home located in the Landing at Reynolds Lake Oconee. The location could not be better, very central, a very short walking distance to the Restaurant, clubhouse pool and golf course. This was my second time staying at this home and plan to make it the main lodging place as I continue to travel there for pleasure and business. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for 4-8 people. It has two levels of living space so it was nice when a few of us wanted to chill in the living room upstairs. Matt was very responsive to my emails, sent my friends their gate passes, check in and check out and was easy. I'm looking forward to booking my next stay with Matt very soon!

Great place to stay at! Pretty responsive hosts and they were very accommodating with our requests. The property is right off the street and was easy to spot. It has all amenities and is worth the price. Will stay again!

Despite hurricane craziness knocking out their power for a while, we were able to stay at Karen’s place. She was very good about communicating with us ahead of time so that we knew what to expect, but everything turned out perfectly. It was the perfect escape after a long day! The place was squeaky clean and cozy. I definitely could have stayed longer and not felt like we were lacking in anything.

This adorable home made our family feel very welcomed, we had three families and everyone had more than enough room and privacy! I would definitely stay there again!! The community dogs Kennedy and Whiskey was a big hit with the kids :)

Our week-long stay at Peaceful Wellspring Cottage was simply wonderful! The house is very cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay – comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful little details that make the experience even better. The location is perfect for a peaceful retreat – quiet, beautiful nature all around, and a serene atmosphere. We especially enjoyed spending time on the porch, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the view. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive – always available and ensuring that our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to relax and enjoy tranquility and comfort. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

House is spotless and well-appointed. Backyard is peaceful and private. Hosts were pleasant and very responsive. For long-term stays, I recommend discussing the trash management for your stay before booking, since the hosts do not use the neighborhood's trash pickup service and instead utilize a freezer in the garage; when full, the guest is expected to make a trip to the dump. Overall, however, our stay was relaxing and we appreciated the Savannah Lakes Village's and home's amenities.

Very clean, central to lots of restaurants and shops, comfortable beds & furnished with high quality items were just a few of our favorite things about our stay here. Kevin and Alexandra are quick to respond and great hosts. Highly recommend.

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.
