Mathew was a great host. The condo was spacious and clean. This was our second time staying at The Phoenix and the location is perfect. Vacassa shuttle service is available, reliable, and responsive in addition to the town shuttle. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend staying at Mathew's place.

Great place to stay for a ski weekend! Ligia was a great host. We didn’t need any assistance during our stay, but she was very helpful during booking in answering all questions. Comfortable beds, clean, sauna, hot tub, pool. Short shuttle away from the base of the mountain. Great weekend!

Modest stay near all the steamboat things. Shuttle to the mountain comes right to the front door and town is a quick ride in the car (most everything was under 10 minutes with parking). Very centrally located and family friendly. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. Anne was on top of all the details and made everything smooth for us so we could just relax. It was ski season when we stayed and obviously very full, so it did get a little loud but we brought the sound machine for the kids and they did just fine. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would absolutely come back again. Thank you!

Great space, and close to the hill. We walked to the gondola in full gear a couple times and it took about 10 mins. It's uphill, so my kids didn't love the walk, but it was doable. The purple line picks up directly in front every 20 mins, which we used a lot. Be aware heat is via gas fireplace and space heaters, so takes a bit to warm back up after being out and about.

This listing was very convenient as it was in close proximity to the ski resort & other essential places. The host was very responsive when I reached out about the check-in issues we had, which was handled quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during the week of Christmas! The loft and upstairs bedroom were an absolute hit with our children, giving them their own space to enjoy, while the downstairs bedroom provided us, as parents, a much-appreciated retreat in the evenings. The layout was perfect for balancing family time and relaxation. The condo was incredibly cozy, with a stunning view from the balcony that allowed us to easily watch the kids play in the snow below. The fireplace quickly became the heart of our stay, providing warmth for both our toes and our outdoor gear after fun-filled days in the snow. The location was unbeatable—just a short hike away from the slopes and less than a mile from grocery stores and gas stations, making everything we needed incredibly convenient. The decor was simple yet functional, meeting all of our needs. This space made our holiday week truly memorable, and we can’t wait to return!

Comfortable condo. Easy 10 minute walk up to Gondola. Location was kind of a process to get into town and back using the free buses. Easier to use Uber instead.

The condo was in a perfect place. We were able to walk down to the gondola and to restaurants. We had to drive to town but we preferred to be on the mountain.

What a fabulous place to stay while skiing at Steamboat! We loved the five minute walk to the gondola that took us up to the base! Carter was available to answer any questions we had and was able to accommodate an early arrival! The bedroom was roomy and really comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of lovely towels, soap and shampoo. The kitchen had coffee and sugar available. We've stayed at lots of airbnbs and this one really stands out as one of the cleanest, most comfortable and really convenient condos. We can't wait to return!

Kristin’s place was perfect for our trip, we really appreciated the ski in ski out factor to avoid parking/shuttle headaches. Clean clean CLEAN and she has plenty of things stocked to close gaps on most anything we were missing. Amenities are very easy to use and right across the parking lot here, we skied too hard to make it out to them. Don’t think twice about booking, it’s the ideal skier’s location for Steamboat and Howelsen. Thank you Kristin for providing a great location, and helping us out whenever we needed it!!

The condo was nicely furnished, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. Healthy supply of towels as well. The setting with the view of the mountain through the sliding doors was very pleasant and the building was quiet. Garage parking in the building also a major plus.

We had a great stay. The condo is right on the shuttle line, so it is easy to get around town and to the ski resort. The condo is well equipped and there is plenty of space to relax. We had kids and really appreciated the toys and kids activities that are stocked here. Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vacasa Steamboat. The home is STUNNING - spacious, clean and very well decorated. We really enjoyed time on the patio and in the hot tub - both with incredible views. The home is very close to the gondola and everything is walkable from the house. I would highly recommend this place and we cannot wait to come back next ski season.

We had a great family ski trip in steamboat thanks to this wonderful house and host. The house was perfect for our family to be spread out and have personal space but also come together. We love the style of the house which matched the pictures perfectly. the location was great too. best of all was the view of steamboat Mountain from the living room view.

The Walden House is a great place to stay with a group. There is plenty of space and plenty of things to do on the property. We stayed here while skiing in Steamboat and it was pretty convenient. Deanne is very informative and friendly. Her place was perfectly organized, clean, and she went above and beyond to personalize the experience for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location near the ski resort and excellent amenities (hot tub, pool - over the parking lot but not a big deal to access). Place was clean and well-furnished. We would stay again!

Amazing home and stay! This is a real home and I loved the convenience and extras that this provided. The mudroom is great and has plenty of space for all the gear - also right next to the washer/dryer with laundry soap and even stain remover (amazing because the toddler threw up in the car on the way up). Fully stocked, real person who cooks kitchen - notable extras: coffee grinder + great coffee machine, all the spices, oils, Tupperware, plastic bags etc. Views of the slopes from most of the house, quiet street, friendly neighbors, comfortable setting, all made for a great family getaway. The hosts were so nice and accommodating - snow removal was also provided while we were there which was so convenient. This really did have all the touches of home and all the thoughtful details that make for a great family vacation. Would definitely recommend (& come back)!
