Beautiful place, well maintained and updated. Sometimes descriptions exaggerate location, especially in a ski town. The proximity of this place to the resort is legit. So close to the gondola, and two hot tubs right out the front door. If you're skiing, it doesn't get any better than that. The place is spacious and comfortable. The second bed in the guest room is smallish, totally fine for a kid or teen but wouldn't recommend for an adult. But the master bedroom is amazing and the guest queen bed and living room sofa sleeper are very comfortable. Jana was a great host and has clearly spent a lot of time making instructions very clear, both in the app here and inside the condo. I appreciate clear and thoughtful instructions around the space. If you're skiing Steamboat, it doesn't get any better than this, and that's coming from someone who's been booking AirBnBs every year there for spring break for 10 years.

Great time with family. We had 4 adults and 4 older teens. 3 bedrooms and three baths was a little tight for the 8 of us, but the location and price made it totally worth it. Nice location, easy to schedule the shuttle to and from the Steamboat Village. Very convenient!!!

Modest stay near all the steamboat things. Shuttle to the mountain comes right to the front door and town is a quick ride in the car (most everything was under 10 minutes with parking). Very centrally located and family friendly. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. Anne was on top of all the details and made everything smooth for us so we could just relax. It was ski season when we stayed and obviously very full, so it did get a little loud but we brought the sound machine for the kids and they did just fine. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would absolutely come back again. Thank you!

Incredible location, beautiful and comfortable space in pristine condition, was perfect for my son & I for a couple days of skiing at steamboat. Truly one of the nicest airbnbs i’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend it. Thanks Nicole.

This space was very nice, new, clean and worked for our family of 4 very well. It’s a ten minute walk to the base with two shuttle lines that stop by regularly. The view is awesome and we really enjoyed our stay.

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

Had a fantastic stay. The home was well equipped, clean, spacious and really just a cool spot.

Tom was a great host- very friendly and responsive. He takes great care to ensure folks have a good stay. The house was perfect- clean, comfortable and in an absolutely adorable neighborhood. So glad we stayed, and we’ll be back again!

Look no further, this place is the perfect mountain retreat. We booked with a group of friends, we ended up canceling our dinner reservations because the house was so cozy! Some of the people in our group do not ski, so they took advantage of snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sledding on the property.

Deb and Barry were great - very responsive, helpful and flexible. The location of the house is great, just a few min drive from the steamboat springs mountain. It is good to note that the shuttle that runs is at the bottom of a fairly steep hill. The house is a bit worn but very functional and well stocked with everything you need. Nice large sitting area and kitchen is great for prepping large meals.

Charlie and Cassie’s place was perfect for our grandparents/young family gathering. Located in historic Old Town, it’s an easy and fun walk to the Main Street (Lincoln) with restaurants, shops, and the town’s ski hill while just a couple blocks from a large park with trails, creek and off leash area. Cassie and Charlie have completely remodeled the home and it has lovely original features (exposed brick, some original floors and windows) with new living room, huge kitchen/dining area, three bathrooms, and a lovely garden room. Everything was spotless and the kitchen well stocked; baby gear including a high chair and port-a-crib were much appreciated. Cassie & Charlie’s place was perfect for all of us (including the family pup) and we hope to return.

We’ve stayed at this beautiful home multiple times and always had a wonderful stay. Already planning to return!

We really enjoyed this home….it looked even better than the photos! Loved watching the snowfalls from the big windows. There was plenty of natural light, lots of space, and comfortable beds. Loved that it was just a short walk into town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kaela was very helpful with recommendations and made sure to let us know she was available and responsive if we needed anything (which we didn’t, everything about our stay went smoothly.) We hope to return again some day!

We enjoyed our stay and had Thanksgiving dinner there. The views were amazing and the deer walked right through the yard each evening around sun down. So cute! The entire town is adorable too! Very homie and comfy!

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

We loved this condo! The ski in/out slopeside location was ideal, and the locker room was great for storing our ski gear. We used the host’s suggestion for ski rental delivery, and it was smooth and easy. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend with our family. We also loved the shuttle service included with the condo. We used it several times to get downtown or to the village for dinners when we weren’t skiing. The shuttle app was easy to use, and the drivers friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Steamboat.

Excellent host. Extremely convenient location. The condo is about 100 yards from the bus stop for ski base and downtown. Brie was very helpful and responsive.

Super clear instructions, easy check-in and check-out. Great location, 10min walk to the base of Steamboat and quick 5min drive to downtown. Shuttles are free and easy to navigate as well. Two big hot tubs and warm outdoor pool was great in the winter. Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for travel with kids. The pool is basically right outside the door and Colleen keeps the place stocked with colored pencils, construction paper, post its, felt etc. There are also a ton of games for all ages. The beds were super comfy. And best of all the free shuttle to the mountain is just a few steps from the condo. All in all a great stay - we hope to be back next year!
