Very nice place to stay for bigger groups. The property is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and welcoming.

We stayed here for our annual Cousin vacation and had an amazing time. We were a party of 10, and spent lots of time downstairs playing games that were in the cabinet. The entire home was so comfortable and we all felt right at home. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving meal and were pleasantly surprised that Ken & Thomas had every kitchen item you could need.

We were in town for the winter holidays visiting family that lives in Lawrenceville. David’s house was wonderful for my family with two young boys. The air hockey table was a hit! Also loved the basement area that we used as a playroom. The backyard looked amazing but was too cold for us to enjoy. I’m sure it’s a dream in the summer. David was very friendly and responsive with questions. Highly recommend his place if you need to stay in the area.

Kevin's please is beyond what we expected. the men of our church had a men's conference there for the weekend and it was amazing even though it was winter. what a beautiful place. can't wait to visit again in the summer

The house was amazing! My family loved it and it truly felt like home, it was clean when we arrived and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The downstairs area was enjoyed by the entire family, especially the video game! Very Beautiful home and Tan was quick to respond and assist. Definitely recommend! ☺️

My uncle came in from Austria to stay with us and was very pleased with this AirBnb and the hosts. He was so grateful how well everything was thought out, the necessities offered and the small, kind, above and beyond acts such as warm cookies upon arrival. Thank you for such a great stay!

A beautifully restored historical home. Attention given to every detail. We walked to the coffee shop in the morning. A very easy stroll. There was no need for us to use our car because numerous shops and restaurants are a very short walk from the home. The backyard is private with a pool and hot tub. The front porch is wonderful to sit on the swing and watch the chickens across the street. If you have children, a very nice playground is across the street. This will be our go to place when we come down to visit our grandchildren.

Beautiful new home. Very reasonable when traveling with my family of 4 couples. This is our second stay here and won’t be our last. Our elderly parents live in Toccoa so we will be visiting often. Any questions I’ve had they have responded super fast…sometimes immediately.

The neighborhood looked a little sketchy - there are several run down or abandoned homes nearby. However, we had no issues during our stay and it was fairly quiet. The home was small but fit our group perfectly. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and had everything we needed. We were able to use the fire pit and the back yard had plenty of sticks and small logs to keep it going. The host was friendly and we were able to check in and out fl very easily. Overall very happy with our stay.

Very comfortable home. Having a bathroomattached to each room as well as another half bath was a huge benefit when all of us started getting ready for a family wedding at the same time. The accommodations were clean and even had a rollaway bed and a private space so my son wasn’t disturbed in the morning when the early risers were in the common area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could have been better was the thermostat was set at55 degrees when we arrived and it took a long time for the home to warm up.

Johnetta’s place was beautiful and in a terrific location, so close to downtown and many local restaurants. She was also very fast and helpful when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again!

Jeani's cottage is really clean with a nice back yard in an ideal location. Loved this spot! Highly recommend. One thing to note is the shower is a stall

Came up for the weekend for UGA's homecoming game, the area was nice and pleasant and the house was very clean! Would recommend this airbnb for any weekend visit to Athens!

We wanted a place to relax and rest-up while in Gainesville for a race weekend. This house was very clean and located in a great neighbourhood…. Very quiet. We will try to rent it again when we comeback next year.

It’s like staying with family! You drive down a long, private driveway with horses on either side. You’re welcomed with treats and a personal note which is a lovely touch. Carolyn and Neal were very active with all of our needs, extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay again, the property and home are absolutely beautiful!

Staying at Emma‘s place was like staying at a friend’s cozy cottage. It is such a cute, quaint, quirky little cottage, and just absolutely perfect. We stayed for a week, cooking meals, and visiting the area. Emma is an excellent host and this is an absolutely fabulous location.

We had a great stay! Convenient location, cute neighborhood, excellent space for me and my teenager, visiting for an event at the classic center. Host was friendly and responsive.

The place was perfect for our weekend in Athens. Highly recommend Kevin’s place for a family.
