We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

Richard was a wonderful host. He was super accommodating to our needs, the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was by far my best AirBnB stay in all the years of my travels. Absolutely gorgeous, luxurious place and surroundings. Far exceeded our expectations. Madeleine was very responsive and was always available and proactive. Made Athens stay very comfortable at very short notice. I highly recommend this stay as the pictures don't do it justice!!!

This place was perfect for our group of 5 girls. It felt so homey and was very clean. The hosts were super kind and responsive. Overall, great stay!!! Would 100% stay again.

Great place, just as described. Very responsive hosts. Some neighbors are college students, so you'll have a more pleasant stay if you're the type who isn't bothered by late-night party noise. Note that if you like your kitchen to have paper towels, and dish soap for handwashing, you'll need to bring your own, as these items are not provided.

Check in was easy and the place was comfortable. It was very friendly for my doggo. She loved the large fenced back yard. A snack and coffee bar and dog treat box was an unexpected surprise. I would stay here for sure when I visit again.

Elva is a great communicator and provides clear instructions. As a hostess she has thought of her guest needs. The home is updated, decorated pretty, well stocked and very comfortable. As soon as we opened the front door the house smelled freshly cleaned and was spotless. The cleanest house I have ever stayed in! The location is quiet and peaceful. A short ride to downtown Athens and convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay and look forward another soon!

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Mere’s place! They were very communicative and the house was exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right next to the highway and close to downtown and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if back in the Athens area.

The place was spotless. Amazing that every room had a very nice TV; never seen that before. What a nice offering! We spent a good bit of time in the Airbnb just hanging out with family and we were very comfortable in the living room. Our host was very proactive in responding and that was very much appreciated!

This house is perfect for any family. We came to visit my Uga student and we had a great time. It was spacious to have the kids over for a home-cooked meal too. It was a great family weekend.

Love staying at Peter’s place ! This was our 2nd year in a row staying for the G-Day game ! Peter is always responsive and the place is always clean and has exactly what we need. Peaceful area without being too far from downtown Athens ! We will be back next year !

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

Great location and unit walkable to anywhere downtown, north campus and Sanford Stadium. Hostess was clear and proactive with communication, responsive, and flexible with check-in. Check out was easy and the unit was clean and comfortable!

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

We loved Katie’s place. We felt right at home and absolutely loved how the apartment was decorated.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!
