We did a quick weekend getaway with another couple and stayed at Rachel's apartment and it was the perfect place. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and had a great time. Very close to everything we needed to get to in the city. Highly recommend!

I love how accessible the Airbnb is. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the river market just down the street. I really enjoyed this spot for how clean and welcoming it felt walking into the Airbnb. I hope to come back to this place and visit my friends again in the future.

I had a great time staying in Kansas City in part due to Francis's well kept apartment. Instructions were provided for check in and the security guards were also helpful in providing information. Also, if I had any questions Francis was fast to respond. The unit is clean along with having basic supplies. The stop for the free streetcar was nearby the complex making transportation easy. I paid for parking in the garage but rarely felt the need to drive anywhere. I was able to leave my car in a private parking garage that had security watching it. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable in a clean unit. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Jason was incredibly quick to respond to any questions, no matter the time of day. His communication and attentiveness were outstanding. The location itself was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The value for the price was exceptional—every detail was top quality. There’s truly nothing negative to say. Apart from the confusion of getting into the apartment and learning how the parking garage works, it was a great experience. The room was nice and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would recommend!

Great, convenient spot that was perfect for a short stay while I transitioned to a longer term place in Kansas City. Could easily have stayed longer though. Great living space and view over the Plaza. Adam is a great communicator and made things really easy.

This place is great. Super nice. Easy walks to the plaza and Westport and the art museums. For the transit inclined, very easy access to a bus downtown.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

Our stay was wonderful thanks to this beautiful condo! The owners were very friendly and informative. There were lots of great detailed recommendations and instructions. You could really tell that the owners put lots of thought into the property and details they left for guests to feel at home and accommodated. The home was clean and had great amenities so we didn’t have to worry. Wish the couch was a little more comfy for relaxing, but that was the ONLY thing we would change. The condo had a private parking spot which helped ease our confusion on where we were to park. Owners had helpful/detailed instructions on how to get in. Building felt super safe thanks to the multiple security features. Great view and lovely area. We loved the plaza just a few blocks away. Already recommended it to our friends and family on our way home and hope to be back sometime in the near future!

I will certainly want to stay here again. It's a beautiful space. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the things I judge a airbnb on is the quality the kitchen knives. There six very sharp knives. It looks out on Oak. It's very quiet due to the double pain windows. The main wall is 60 percent windows, so there's lot's of great light. Comfy bed--firm but soft. Great bedding. I didn't need it, but I tried the HVAC system, and it's robust. There are two ceiling fans. I had some friends over to chat about old times. They stayed six hours--I think because the place is so inviting. One friend fondly remembered buying a nickel bag in the pine trees across the street, circa 1973. The Nelson is amazing, and keeps getting better.

Great apartment, great surroundings, easy to get to anywhere in the city within 15mins. The parking garage was really helpful for loading and unloading to the apartment. Adam is very responsive and helpful!

The place was great. It was exactly where we wanted to be. Close to Country Club Plaza area. Walking distance to everything we wanted, Art Museum, good restaurants, and a short drive to the Jazz clubs.

We were in a jam to find a place quickly. Thanks to Jill's immediate response we were able to work something out and have a place to stay the next day. After a 400 plus mile drive we were very tired. Walking into Jill's place felt like a weight had been lifted. The design/layout of this home is wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. The spaciousness of the home and the fact that it was clutter free really added to the calm and made it a restful for us. The location provided easy access to fast food restaurants, shopping and for us to connect with our family in the Kansas City area. We 100% recommend booking this opportunity when you need a place in Independence Missouri and the surrounding Kansas City area.

Great location. It was close to restaurants and shopping. It had a wonderful neighborhood walking trail. The house was super clean. We will stay here again!

We loved this place. The home was clean and was fully stocked with all of the things we needed. Booked this home based on proximity to our family services. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, the lines were clean and plenty. Neighbors and neighborhood was quiet even though it is on a busy street. My family was pleased with the overall condition of the home and the responsiveness to any questions we had.

Truly enjoyed our stay. I grew up in that area and was visiting from out of state so it was a perfect location and fairly priced for the space and accommodations it provided. Rachel was also very responsive.

Working with Jeramey was great! I needed a secure and comfortable place near Crown Center that worked for our guest artists and this place delivered. We also had disabled artists who appreciated the accessibility of the place. Would definitely recommend!
