Had a great birthday weekend at Gudrun's place. Appreciated her responsiveness and flexibility. Place was exactly as described - nice that it has a central area and then three distinct, private sleeping spaces. We loved the front porch and walking to coffee shops in the neighborhood.

I booked this Airbnb for my sister’s bachelorette getaway weekend and we had the absolute best time here. We arrived and had no problems with the self check in, it was a very easy process. The Airbnb was beautifully clean when we arrived, making it feel comfortable and nice. I truly have nothing bad to say about our stay here. Kari was wonderful to communicate with and easy to understand. If we ever find ourselves needing a place to stay in the KC area again, this will for sure be my first option. I 100% recommend this beautiful home for your next KC excursion!!

Great location- clean and no issues.

This was just as advertised, Jantina was a great host and the house fit great for our group. Jantina even reached out to wish our group good luck with our tournament. I just wish the weather would have cooperated better so we could have enjoyed the back patio and yard. The propane fire pit was a hit though! Thank you for the great stay!

This is a great stay. Quiet area very close to downtown KC. House is beautiful and cool. lots of great decor and styling in the house. The only down sides are the creaky floors from the age of the home. plus, there are rooms with not window coverings, or window coverings that do not fully block the windows. All in all a great stay with zero problems. Would definitely recommend, and stay again in the future.

Came into town with a group of friends and family for a two day event and this property was the perfect fit for us. The host was right on top of communicating back to me when I had questions. The teenagers especially enjoyed the outdoor deck which was extremely spacious. The coffee was supplied and the host had provided more than enough supplies for the adults that stayed.

Super cute craftsman style home, nestled on a quiet street. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the porch swing and rocking chairs! Very clean and comfortable linens. Host was very welcoming and we would definitely recommend!

Katrin was extremely responsive, and incredibly kind. We drove 12 hours to Kansas City for a weekend getaway and concert, and was very understanding and flexible with the checkin and check out time(s). Garage loft is very beautiful, so is the neighborhood. Tried a couple of places on her guidebook recommendation and they all were delicious and great vibes. The only "negative" I have to say is the bed wasn't very comfortable, but thats understandable for a mattress that would need to be on the second story loft. We also normally sleep with fluffy pillows and a tend to shy away from firm mattresses so if you do enjoy firm mattresses then you'll be fine haha. Definitely a great stay and we will be back!

Chris was an excellent host. Was in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and he went above and beyond. Beautiful place in a perfect area.

I had a great stay at this location for a month. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions, and the security staff was very helpful. One small challenge was getting to level 2 with all my belongings, but I later discovered that parking on level 7 near the skybridge made unloading much easier. The unit had everything I needed for remote work, and I had very few distractions. Though there is some construction happening, it wasn’t loud enough to disrupt my stay. The bed was super soft but surprisingly comfortable. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants and other places. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

This place is exactly like described! We are so glad we chose this place. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient to Science City, LegoLand, Crown Center and the Plaza. Casey was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful.

The home was welcoming and thoughtfully decorated (cutest kitchen). Jayme’s recommendations were spot on. My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Westport Cafe & will for sure stay here again. ✨✨✨Thanks for the stay✨✨✨

Great area, perfect spot downtown and clean apartment!

The experience was exactly what I needed and was located within walking distance to restaurants, her cafe, and a local wine shop. The cafe was the highlight with fresh from scratch items, high quality tea and espresso, and fresh squeezed juices. Planning on rebooking in the future.

Denise's place was the perfect spot for us while in town for the Big 12 basketball tournament. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The location offered nice, easy parking, and Denise's directions for arriving were very clear and easy to follow. Denise was very friendly and communicated very proactively, even taking time to give us a quick tour as we arrived. The space was perfect for what we needed; two comfy beds, a very tidy bathroom and kitchen, a living room area and very neat decor throughout. What more could you need! We will definitely look to stay again when in Kansas City.

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

I would 100% book with Sage again! Her home is spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Perfect location and very affordable! Can’t say enough good things!

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.
