Location is very convenient to the beach and the downtown. We enjoyed the golf cart and used that rather than a car To get around. Everything is nice quality (dishes, utensils, knives), kitchen has everything you need and then some. Our family’s favorite board game was there, Splendor, enjoyed playing a couple of games as well as cards. There was extra reading material and dvd’s as well. Greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was well-located, very clean, and had all the essentials. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again.

We loved Kelly's place. The bed was super comfortable and the entire unit was quiet making for very peaceful sleeping. The real standout is the outdoor space - we used the hot tub and sitting area a ton and was the main draw for us. An unexpected bonus was the little beach at the end of the road that's situated between private property making for a really secluded and peaceful experience. On top of everything Kelly was a communicative and understanding host. We were also so grateful to be able to bring our grumpy older dog with us without a pet fee - he had plenty of space to explore around their yard. The only minor thing I didn't realize when booking was that the main restaurant/beach area is about a 20 minute drive. It's completely doable and wasn't an issue, but just wasn't something I realized when I booked. We will absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area, truly no negatives.

My family and I needed a place to stay for a family funeral during a busy weekend in Biloxi. W are extremely lucky to find this place to accommodate us. Wade was extremely helpful and accommodating. The place is very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. Easy to find and close enough to everything.

This was the perfect place for my family and me to stay for our weekend away at the beach. It’s very close to the beach and the neighborhood is very walkable/bikable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet! The house itself was very clean and felt very homey! We will definitely be back!

This was a nice place to stay, we enjoyed our time here. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean. There were nice little amenities all around the place and it was well stocked. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits. Our host was very responsive and friendly.

After driving 12 hours and arriving at our FIRST BnB around 6pm and finding it completely unacceptable. I reached out to Susan to see if we could book and check in to her place that night. She contacted me back and said both her and her cleaning lady would meet us at the house to see if it met our expectations. She was welcoming and did everything she could to make us comfortable. Our dog loved the big fenced in yard.

We enjoyed our time at Coastal Charm! The house was pristine! It had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfectly positioned between downtown and the beach. Looking forward to our next visit to Ocean Springs!

Great location for me to take short walk to downtown Ocean Springs long walks along Front Beach. Unit was well decorated and appointed and in new condition. All I needed in kitchen to cook a meal. Quiet and easy access. Great brunch restaurant across the street.

The condo is immaculate. It is easy to get to and plenty of things to do. There are bikes and golf carts to rent if you don't want to walk or miss things when driving your car. I will definitely save this place to my favorites.

10/10. We had a great stay. Unit was very clean and organized. Perfect size for us and two toddlers. Check in was a breeze. Easily walkable to government street. Easy parking. Cozy, quiet, safe neighborhood. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Will stay here again soon.

I loved this place, traveling for business, and I would stay here again. Its walkable to dinner in downtown Ocean Springs and there are some nice craft cocktail places within a few blocks.

Josh’s place was awesome! My family and I could take a 10 minute walk right to the beach,park, or downtown to the restaurants/shopping. My boys enjoyed playing foosball and shuffle board since it was too cool for the pool. We had everything we needed and it felt like home right as you walked into the door. Josh was VERY responsive with any questions and made check in and out seamless. We will definitely stay here again.
