Host was very kind and responsive! Condo was well appointed and modern, great view and location. Children loved it- only issue was spotty internet and they provided the actual owners WiFi log-in. Very clean and as described.

The house was in a perfect location and exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay and I know if we had, Mary would’ve addressed it immediately. She was an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation if you want a relaxing, stress free stay literally right on the beach!

Michelle was very kind to respond to our requests and questions. Her house was so close to the beach! We loved the 5-minute walk. The home was in excellent condition with newer furniture, lots of sitting areas and the bathrooms were updated very nicely. We also enjoyed the fenced in private backyard with patio furniture. We were also very close to stores and restaurants so the location was really a gem. We are so happy we chose this beachhouse!

I was very excited to be here for a long overdue visit with my son, meeting friends in Daytona & enjoying the company of my co-worker. I couldn't have chosen a better spot to land, honestly. 🤗 Very nicely appointed overall. Awesome pillows - hands down. So neat & tidy, great vibe in the kitchen. Half & half in the fridge already - you simply rock ~ period. Love that bathroom mirror! Unique & intelligent way to decorate the ceiling throughout the entire flat. Labeling light switches, etc., was very helpful. I nearly jumped for joy when I saw the designated table/desk & then the puzzles. Snacks & waters a lovely touch - we didn't arrive until 10:30pm (after catching dinner locally before heading here). The wrap around deck was an awesome and comfortable space to enjoy the weather but still be near everything we needed to relax ...And that view!! You truly thought of everything to make your guests at home. Job well done!

Beautiful house with lots of space and very open. We spent a ton of time on the balcony watching the ocean. Great location with plenty of privacy at the beach. Very convenient - 5 minutes from Vilano Beach (grocery and a couple restaurants) and about 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Wander were great hosts and very responsive. The AC had an issue and they were quick respond to get someone out to take care of it. Their app had easy to follow instructions and good local recommendations.

This place is magical! The cottage is a mix of old and new, very clean, comfortable beds, linens and pillows. The location is exceptional. The beach is very private and pristine. A great place to relax and chill. St. Augustine attractions are not far away and there is a Publix grocery and liquor just down the road. They have everything you forgot to bring! At this price point you can’t go wrong. Not fancy but ticks all the boxes. I will be back!!!

Very clean, beautiful home with fantastic views of the ocean. Loved that we could walk to restaurants. The occasional weekend late night traffic & noise from the street was a small inconvenience for the beautiful views in the daytime.

This house is amazing!! Our group of 7 had plenty of space & loved all the house had to offer. Every detail is considered, not only for practical use but it doesn't hurt that every room is beautiful & well decorated too. The home is organized & well stocked with kitchen supplies, blankets & plenty of towels. The neighborhood is walkable to coffee, restaurants & the beach. Convenient location both to Jax Beach & Ponte Vedra. The hosts were repairing the outside amenities the days before we arrived & were so apologetic they had fallen below their standards. Angie was clearly communicating to us the entire time & even came over for a friendly introduction to give us gift cards to the coffee shop down the street as a further apology. Her dedication to make sure we were being taken care of was above & beyond & amazing to know she lives just around the corner if we had any other questions or concerns. Overall would highly recommend this home to anyone!

So happy I found this Airbnb! The location was perfect. Neighborhood was walkable and close to everything you needed. Ryan providing bikes was also a huge bonus to get around the area. The space was very welcoming and your own private retreat. Communication was great and the check in process was easy. We will definitely rebook this space next time we visit Jax!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Kyles home was exactly as described and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for our group, it was nice to have a pool and hot tub to use after long days at the players. Will definitely be back!

This was a great beach house stay. We have (2) teenage boys who enjoyed the outdoor pool, ping pong table, and pool table. House was clean and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in Jax Beach!

Hands down the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Three friends and I rented this immaculate house for the weekend while we attended the Players Championship. Positives: - Squeaky clean. - Comfortable beds. - Wonderful amenities such as a heated pool, fire pit, gas grill and several games (pool table, foosball, cornhole, etc.). - Large kitchen stocked with everything you need. - Starbucks within walking distance. Negatives; - NONE!

Perfect location! The house was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable! Marty was excellent and always responded quickly when we needed him. We will definitely be back.

Airbnb was exactly like pictured. You can tell the house was remodeled recently inside and looks great! House felt very cozy from the moment we arrived. The backyard is definitely a place where you can hang all day and be entertained. Overall I have zero complaints and would visit again. Thank you to all for everything.

The house was wonderful! An absolute gem! It had everything we needed for our wedding week. Seeing the sunrise from the bedroom was a great way to start the day. There was construction going on both sides of the house rebuilding the sea wall, but the sound of the waves blocked out all the noise. And the construction crew was very considerate and even built us a set of temporary steps to help us get down to the sand. Absolutely a perfect experience!!

My family and I shared a wonderful time at 3001 - Sea Spray. We mainly enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the birds fly overhead, or the unobstructed view of the sunrise. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. Sometimes you just need a peaceful place to unplug and this vacation home provided just that.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The beach was 5 mins away and everything we had planned was 1-5 mins away so it worked out great! It’s a cute small little house, very quiet neighborhood.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Our stay at Lipsy’s home in Jacksonville Beach was fantastic! Lipsy was professional, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The home itself was beautifully appointed—perfectly suited for a beach getaway. It was spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like dish soap, hand soap, laundry supplies, coffee supplies, seasonings, a fully stocked kitchen, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning wipes, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets. The fenced backyard provided great privacy, and our two puppies loved having space to run and explore. The neighborhood itself was nice, very quiet and we felt extremely safe, making our stay even more relaxing. Having access to laundry was a huge plus as well. We’ll be traveling back to Jacksonville Beach in the near future and won’t hesitate to book with Lipsy again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this house! The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The views from the porch were lovely and the easy access to the water was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a delightful girls’ weekend away!

I loved Jacksonville beach and the home is a quick bike ride to the beach and great coffee shops and restaurants. Ralph and Corey were friendly hosts.

We had a great time at Kristie's place, it had everything we needed for our stay including a well equipped kitchen and amenities. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs, and enjoyed walks to the park and the beach.

10/10 the stay was perfect! We were so close to the beach and close to everything we could have possibly needed :) House was clean and bed was comfortable—Lisa went above and beyond! We weren’t getting in until late, and Lisa made sure to turn some lights on for our arrival! We will stay again when we come back in future!
