We stayed for 2 months, and it was by far the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The house was relatively new and very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including a coffee bar, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality, fenced in backyard with patio and outdoor furniture. The house is located in a newer community with a Community Center with pool, playground, pickleball; it was quiet, and we felt very safe during our daily walks. Located approximately 10 min. from Historic St. Augustine and 20 min. from the beach. Michaela was very responsive and would check in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Great host and property! The house was equipped with new appliances and had sufficient supplies including laundry and dish detergent pods. The house had sufficient utensils, pots, and dinnerware for our family of 9 and everything was clean and well organized. Jonathan was very responsive to issues reported and able to coordinate the needed assistance on the priority maintenance issues. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

Clean place that had everything that we needed. It is about 5 min walk to the beach, bikes were a great touch. Caroline was very responsive and offered great recommendations for places to eat and places to go. It was our first time in Jacsonville and It looks like the area is up and coming, lots of new construction, condos and housing, this propery was in a bit older area, but still felt safe and propery owners were nice. It was close to Atlantic beach, which had good restaurants and St Augustine, which we also visited. Overall a good stay. Thank you Caroline.

Cozy place, clean and quiet. A carport with an outlet, convenient for an EV. I’ll be staying there again the next time I visit my grandkids, who live close by.

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Nikki was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, and the little touches really made it feel like home. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. I would definitely book again!

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

This was my first time in Jacksonville Florida. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It wasn’t that far from the beach also most of the night clubs were only like 8 minutes away for those who love to go out at night like me. My kids absolutely loved the pool that’s where they spent majority of their time. They were also able to swim at night as well while I was in the jacuzzi because of the lights in the pool. All of the main essentials were provided that were needed for my stay. This was my first Airbnb stay and it was a really smooth process. The property owners were very responsive and polite. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Jacksonville again..

This house was exceptionally clean & we had everything we needed. Really nice backyard area where we enjoyed meals because the weather was nice.

So happy I found this Airbnb! The location was perfect. Neighborhood was walkable and close to everything you needed. Ryan providing bikes was also a huge bonus to get around the area. The space was very welcoming and your own private retreat. Communication was great and the check in process was easy. We will definitely rebook this space next time we visit Jax!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Jenny was awesome the house has a large fenced backyard for our fur baby. We love the south side so we knew our way around.

Kristiyan’s place was everything the pictures showed it to be. The beds were absolutely comfortable, slept like a baby. The location was ABSOLUTELY perfect for what I was there for. The Walmart is like 7mins away so it was very very convenient. Kristiyan was very responsive and very helpful. They definitely get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!! HIGHLY recommend them for your stay in Duval (Jacksonville).

Place was exactly as described, clean and well worth the cost. Very accessible of the highway. Loved the amenities - AC, hot water and space. Would definitely go back.

Josh was a fantastic host and loved staying at his Airbnb again! Love the location as it’s close to all the great restaurants and shops of Avondale and Boone Park is right down the street, which was nice for walking the dogs.

I booked David’s AirBNB on the same day of arrival. He was very responsive and easy with work with in spite of the short notice.

This little place was great for the four of us. We used it a a base for a regatta at Fort Walton Yacht Club. Yard wouldn’t great if we weren’t out on the water all the time. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Queen bed and linens were great. Appreciated starter coffee and tea, and paper towels and toilet paper. The pullout couch is a bit tired and uncomfortable as a bed, but fine as a couch. A sponge for kitchen sink would be great,

Perfectly located between JAX Airport and Ponte Vedra, which was a key for our stay. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating to our need to extend our stay a couple of days. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. We enjoyed our stay.
