I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay again. The place was just like the pictures and we felt right at home, my kids loved it . The complex was clean and the views were amazing. The host was super responsive and cared to all my needs in swift timeframe. The only minor thing that I would say there wasn’t much pots for cooking . So if you are looking to cook while you stay that might be a minor issue. but on the other hand I’m sure if you reach out ahead of time to let the host know you’ll be fine. I say that because she was very accommodating!

Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great location and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Leslie and her place are a great spot for everyone that wants to be in a safe and chill location in JAX. The area isn't too close to the beach, but has a good bus system nearby and is in relative good distance to visit the Riverside, Avondale, and Downtown area. Furthermore, Leslie is a great host. She and her family are caring and gentle people, who will give you attention and assistance. Her place is comfortable, equipped with all necessary needs, and with a beautiful back and front garden. In fact, I would say that the pictures of the place aren't capable of describing how good and comfortable the site is. There are good restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby, surrounded by houses of beautiful architecture. Unless you don't have a car, can't afford many uber rides, and your main goal is to go to the beach or the zoo, Leslie and her place are a great if not the best deal to make. I look forward to seeing them again.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

This is a great stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and each time I have loved it. The place is very clean and stocked with what you would need. The pool and gym are awesome too!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront home! From the moment we walked in, everything felt so warm and inviting. The place was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care went into making it comfortable for guests. Waking up to those gorgeous water views every morning was such a treat—it felt like a little slice of paradise. The cozy furniture and thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

My family and I shared a wonderful time at 3001 - Sea Spray. We mainly enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the birds fly overhead, or the unobstructed view of the sunrise. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. Sometimes you just need a peaceful place to unplug and this vacation home provided just that.

Everything was incredibly great. It has way more than the pictures show. You’re going to love it!! We sure did.

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants and parks for kids. 30ish minutes from Jax stadium. Fantastic view, very relaxing. House was clean and had everything you could need. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were great as well. Very comfortable beds. We had 4 young kids in our group and place was mostly kid friendly, just need to keep extra eyes on stairs while inside the house. Definetely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would most definitely return if we need another airbnb in Jax.

I really enjoyed my stay even more than my last visit,house was clean smelled so fresh when u walk in,everything was perfect, the pool table was so much fun it came with other activities witch was cool,the view was amazing especially when the sun sets,its so peaceful I will be booking again soon

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Très bel endroit pour passer quelques jours. L’appartement était propre et conforme aux photos. Quel bonheur de se lever et d’admirer le lever de soleil sur l’Ocean depuis le salon. Nous avons communiqué par message avec Staley qui a été très réactive et précise concernant l’arrivée autonome. Nous recommandons vivement cette appartement bien placé et très confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Seul petit point négatif, le débit d’eau des douches était relativement faible. Mais cela n’a pas été trop gênant. Un très beau logement bien décoré et très bien placé.

Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!

We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. William is a great host and was very proactive in answering all of our questions. We love the views and hearing the ocean while we slept. We will definitely book this property again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Mahalo nui loa Nancy & Rob 🩷

Could not have been better. Will be telling all our friends to stay here. We will definitely be back soon.
