Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

Our family of 3 (plus our dog) stayed at The Treasure Chest for 4 nights over our spring break. It was such a relaxing and pleasant trip, thanks in large part to this beautiful beach house. We loved the private and easy access to the beach. Taking in the sunrise each morning was amazing! The home itself is safe, well-stocked, clean and contained all the comforts of home (fans in the rooms, kitchen and laundry supplies etc). The porch and backyard are also clean and well-maintained. We are already dreaming of our next trip to this amazing home!

We had a wonderful stay! Walking into the house and seeing the incredible ocean view out all of the windows took our breath away. The 6 of us and our dog were all very comfortable in the home and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were extremely quick to respond anytime we reached out to them and had great recommendations. Thank you Cameron and Megan!!

Beautiful home, great location, everything you could want in a beach front stay. Open plan and walls of windows make for spectacular views and sunrises. Special treats were dolphin sighting and egrets. Would love to return.

Grandeur is this home. Big kitchen, dining living rooms and a truly spacious master/ bath. Super family room for board games with their huge wide sofa for 8. The deck was comfortable too. Views yea it has nice views of the water through the trees. Lovely sunsets and sunrises are a brief walk to the beach. 2 Great restaurants in golf cart distance. It a great family.

The house was absolutely perfect for my fiancée and our two dogs. We had a lot of extra space and could have easily fit 6 people (as listed in the description) very comfortably. The dogs loved the beach. As described, the house is on the beach and you just have to walk over the sand dune to get to the very wide beach with ample space to play with the dogs. Thanks to the cold front, we were able to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard between the sand dune and the beach. Publix was a 2 minute drive down the road for groceries. We will absolutely be planning another stay at Greg’s beautiful beachfront home!!

We took a quick trip to Jacksonville! This home was absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough space for our family. There were restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. This home is a 10 out of 10!!! Justin responded in a timely manner when a minor incident occurred. We are so grateful to have secured such a wonderful stay.

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

We had a great stay. We love this quiet, walkable neighborhood that is just steps away from Cap’s on the Water and the beach. The weather didn’t cooperate during our visit for us to use the pool but it was still nice to look at. The house was exceptionally clean and organized and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at Greg and Pia’s again and would definitely recommend it.

We loved Theresa’s home. It has a lovely beach feel and was well stocked with everything that was advertised in the description. We loved the easy access to the beach as well as a few nearby restaurants. Theresa is a wonderful host with a very quick response time for any questions. We certainly hope to stay there again.

This was a great beach house stay. We have (2) teenage boys who enjoyed the outdoor pool, ping pong table, and pool table. House was clean and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in Jax Beach!

Matthew & Grayson’s home is wonderfully located in a private street with direct access to the beach. Their home was as listed, clean and spacious, perfect for our two families with kids. It had so many unexpected extras, such as a gate at the stairs (which was amazing with our 1yo), beach and pool toys, kids toys, blackout shades, various pack and plays, all which made our stay with kids a breeze. They were very friendly, so easy to communicate with, and extremely responsive when we had questions. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Such a wonderful stay! Such a beautiful home and very clean. Perfect for me and my bridesmaids during my wedding!

The house was wonderful! An absolute gem! It had everything we needed for our wedding week. Seeing the sunrise from the bedroom was a great way to start the day. There was construction going on both sides of the house rebuilding the sea wall, but the sound of the waves blocked out all the noise. And the construction crew was very considerate and even built us a set of temporary steps to help us get down to the sand. Absolutely a perfect experience!!

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

My family stayed for a long weekend at Laura and Jeremy's place. It was a lovely stay in a quiet little neighborhood. The house was well equipped and we never felt crowded, plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen had a good supply of cookware and the Publix was right around the corner. We would stay here again if we make another trip to St Augustine!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

I loved Jacksonville beach and the home is a quick bike ride to the beach and great coffee shops and restaurants. Ralph and Corey were friendly hosts.

We had a great time at Kristie's place, it had everything we needed for our stay including a well equipped kitchen and amenities. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs, and enjoyed walks to the park and the beach.

This will be my go to place to stay in Jax Beach. Spacious. Classic. Wonderful neighborhood. It has all of the amenities that you need for a family beach vacation whether you will be cooking or going out to the many great restaurants. We will be absolutely looking here first when we come back. Thank you Courtney for such great accommodations.
