This was our first experience with Airbnb. We booked at the last minute and were approved quickly. The instructions on how to get in were sent right away and we were so surprised at how easy it was! This property is a nicely decorated, newer 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and we especially loved the comfortable bed and fluffy duvet. Other special touches included 3 nesting tables in the living room (easy to move around), a hamper basket in the closet, and a makeup mirror (close-up) in the bathroom. Also, we had plenty of nice thick white towels. We were very happy to find this because we had so much more room than we would have had in a nearby hotel and the cost was less! It was also very close to our daughter and convenient to Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. We enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time we come! Solace Escape's communication with us was great and we really appreciated that since we were new to Airbnb and had many questions! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This apartment was a great place to stay! The welcome basket was a nice surprise to see. The whole unit was very clean, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed! There were several air freshener plug-ins, so for those with asthma/sensitive lungs, be aware :)

I had a fantastic stay at Eboni's! The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxation. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was the patio by the water, the view was simply breathtaking and added to the overall comfort. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Great place to stay. The bed in the master bedroom really needs replacing. Master closet was clean but smelled. But in general it was great. We needed to ship several things for our project but had to ship elsewhere b/c no shipping allowed.

Michelle was very kind to respond to our requests and questions. Her house was so close to the beach! We loved the 5-minute walk. The home was in excellent condition with newer furniture, lots of sitting areas and the bathrooms were updated very nicely. We also enjoyed the fenced in private backyard with patio furniture. We were also very close to stores and restaurants so the location was really a gem. We are so happy we chose this beachhouse!

Cottontail Manor was a beautiful home away from home! We had plenty of space for our family and it was well stocked. We loved the proximity to TCC so we rented a golf cart to get around. We hope to stay again!

Great location and space. The yard access and gazebo was a plus. Well equipped and cozy like being at home. Highly recommend this location and will return.

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

We spent 5 nights at this apartment and it was just what we were looking for. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything in the historic district of St. Augustine. The apartment is very spacious and the balcony was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen had nice appliances, pots and pans and dishes for 4 people. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to bring all condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc as none were provided plus a mixing bowl. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This house was awesome and exactly what we were looking for. Great location as well. Dusty was a fantastic host - communicated very well and ensured the place was clean.

This is the PERFECT Villa for 2 adult couples!! Very roomy!!!! Love that it has two king rooms. We didn't cook other than bagels for breakfast but the kitchen is very well Stocked with everything you could imagine! The host has thought of everything down to beach toys, chairs and towels! Books to read and games etc. We love the coffee/cocktail bar!! Great for biking or walking! We were disappointed that the golf course was closed due to renovations as well as the Falcon sports bar. We usually go to Amelia Island a couple of times a year, This villa will be my first choice again if its available on our dates!!!!!!

Luxe Amelia could not have been nicer. It was exactly like it was in the description. SUPER clean!! Probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and I’m very OCD and picky. Owner was very responsive and even brought over the bathroom key for the pool bathroom from HOA the second or third day we were there. Everything was first class from the espresso machine down to the toilet paper. We loved Amelia Island and I’m definitely bookmarking this property and our family will return.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The price is unbeatable for the location. Walking out of the condo to the sand on the beach really sets this place apart from others. The condo was easy to find and easy to check in. They offered a guest portal that was convenient for locking/unlocking your door right from your phone. The condo was clean, comfortable, and decorated very cute. A few beach items are provided outside which was nice. The only problem we ran into was that there was no grill at this unit. We were under the impression it had a grill from the photos and ordered groceries on the way it. It was disappointing when it was time to grill and realized the grill was no longer there. Overall, it was great and we would stay again!

We loved our days at Shoreline. The view out the windows is amazing. We spent time at the beach and also enjoyed exploring the town. But our favorite thing to do was to relax and look out the windows at the ocean or sit at the beach or walk the beach. Amazing Sunrises. Fabulous stay. Thank you.

Stayed in apartment 17 early March 2025. The view I was exactly what I was looking for.Front door with deck, kitchen and one of the bedrooms faces the ocean. Pros: very clean and tidy,ample parking and that VIEW! Cons:minor repairs needed. Faucet in the bunkbed bathroom sink is loose, shower faucet in common bathroom is loose, slow leak in the common bathroom toilet,suggest repairing and adding more solar lights to the outside stairs. We visit Jacksonville several times a year and plan on making this apartment our home away from home going forward.

Another great stay in Jax Beach with Nomad. We are returning guests, we always try to find a Nomad property any time we are in the area. We love the transparency of knowing exactly what to expect in their well designed, well stocked properties. This particular home was a great location to the beach, only steps away, with ample parking for our large vehicle. As always, a great experience! Thank you!
