The space was very relaxing and peaceful. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

The house was great for our family reunion. Plenty of common area to spread out, but areas for all of us to gather. Matt and Amy were very helpful and responsive.

The house is really nice. Spacious, modern, high-spec amenities and very comfortable. The main living area is huge and really good to cook, eat and relax. We only had four of us staying but more would be easy. The beach is really nice and you definitely don't need a car. Just a couple of minutes walk from the house (if that!). Beaches are great sand and very friendly and the back yard of the house is great with swing chairs, fire pit, hot tub etc. Seth is very responsive and helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Great view of the pond as well. Vera was very responsive, and it was refreshing to stay somewhere that truly matched the advertised photos. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The washer and dryer were also very spacious, which was a nice bonus. My only suggestion would be to add curtains in the living room. While there’s no neighbor directly behind the house…just the pond—in today’s world with drones and other tech, it felt a bit exposed. Because of that, we avoided using the living room at night. Maybe it was just an “us thing”…Otherwise, everything was great! The big ole TV in the bedroom made up for it. And that bed was extremely comfortable. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

Great place to stay. The bed in the master bedroom really needs replacing. Master closet was clean but smelled. But in general it was great. We needed to ship several things for our project but had to ship elsewhere b/c no shipping allowed.

The place was what is advertised. It was vey peaceful and the view from the sitting area outside of the pond. There were ducks and squirrels to watch. Sitting outside with your coffee in the morning was the best and very quiet.. Close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely come back!

Mira & Brian were great hosts, I saw some charcoal and asked if there was a grill on the property somewhere and before you know it, it was being delivered to the residence that was greatly appreciated. we will definitely be back the next time we stay in Jacksonville Florida

We really enjoyed our stay! The water was beautiful and the home was very clean and it had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Million dollar views! The home is lovely. Each of the beds is comfortable, plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen is well equipped. What more could you want? Wait a minute -- the views! The back of the living area is a wall of glass overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Waking early, I sipped my coffee as I watched the sun rise over the ocean, listening to the birds singing and the gentle sounds as the tide rolled in. The beach is a short walk away. It's a wide stretch of the beach and was mostly empty when we walked it in the early evening. Fernandina Beach is such a nice beach town and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch and afternoon of shopping. You'll enjoy your stay here!

I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay again. The place was just like the pictures and we felt right at home, my kids loved it . The complex was clean and the views were amazing. The host was super responsive and cared to all my needs in swift timeframe. The only minor thing that I would say there wasn’t much pots for cooking . So if you are looking to cook while you stay that might be a minor issue. but on the other hand I’m sure if you reach out ahead of time to let the host know you’ll be fine. I say that because she was very accommodating!

Great little place just a short walk from Colonial St. Augustine. Easily accessible, parking was a plus, and squeaky clean throughout. I highly recommend this one!

Everything was great and just as expected. The apartment was very clean and close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. It was also very close to the expressway, so really easy to get to. I would recommend it if you’re going to be in the area. Ciera, the host, was very responsive and communicated well. Exit and cleanup were also wonderful! She had her cleaning crew do everything. We just had to make sure the lights were off and the doors and windows were locked. 100% recommended.

This was our first experience with Airbnb. We booked at the last minute and were approved quickly. The instructions on how to get in were sent right away and we were so surprised at how easy it was! This property is a nicely decorated, newer 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and we especially loved the comfortable bed and fluffy duvet. Other special touches included 3 nesting tables in the living room (easy to move around), a hamper basket in the closet, and a makeup mirror (close-up) in the bathroom. Also, we had plenty of nice thick white towels. We were very happy to find this because we had so much more room than we would have had in a nearby hotel and the cost was less! It was also very close to our daughter and convenient to Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. We enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time we come! Solace Escape's communication with us was great and we really appreciated that since we were new to Airbnb and had many questions! Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Near downtown, shops and nice neighborhoods. Efficient living space for a single person.

This place was just what we needed. Kids loved the farm and the animals. We even got attached to a select few. We have been cramped up from place to place having as many people in our little troop. So being out there was extra nice. We felt very secluded, didn't feel like jacksonville. except for the weather. Definitely would go and stay again.

Julie was an amazing host! Her home, landscaping and property with river views was absolutely gorgeous!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time meeting her and walking the grounds together. Her home was well equipped and extremely clean. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect for our time and celebration during our visit. We look forward to another stay and visit with Julie!!

This estate is gorgeous, peaceful, secluded little spot, beautifully renovated, nice and quiet little location, perfect for a peaceful getaway! Allison was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The place was very clean. I love that. They are pet friendly my dog enjoyed running around in the yard. We had a great time.

Exactly as pictured! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the water.
