Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great location and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Leslie and her place are a great spot for everyone that wants to be in a safe and chill location in JAX. The area isn't too close to the beach, but has a good bus system nearby and is in relative good distance to visit the Riverside, Avondale, and Downtown area. Furthermore, Leslie is a great host. She and her family are caring and gentle people, who will give you attention and assistance. Her place is comfortable, equipped with all necessary needs, and with a beautiful back and front garden. In fact, I would say that the pictures of the place aren't capable of describing how good and comfortable the site is. There are good restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby, surrounded by houses of beautiful architecture. Unless you don't have a car, can't afford many uber rides, and your main goal is to go to the beach or the zoo, Leslie and her place are a great if not the best deal to make. I look forward to seeing them again.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

I have never had a harder time leaving a rental home than I did when we had to say goodbye to this one. Between the charm and comfort of the house and the beautiful setting, our family had a truly magical stay. We were mesmerized by the marsh and the wildlife, birds, etc. We had an incredible time paddleboarding the marsh right from the home's dock during times of the day of higher tide. The house has fantastic decor, space, and comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about the property is lovely. What a great location to explore St Augustine, which is our favorite town in Florida, and the surrounding area. It was so nice to have a quiet, peaceful haven to call home base for the week. Thank you again Patricia for sharing this heavenly place!

Our family of 3 (plus our dog) stayed at The Treasure Chest for 4 nights over our spring break. It was such a relaxing and pleasant trip, thanks in large part to this beautiful beach house. We loved the private and easy access to the beach. Taking in the sunrise each morning was amazing! The home itself is safe, well-stocked, clean and contained all the comforts of home (fans in the rooms, kitchen and laundry supplies etc). The porch and backyard are also clean and well-maintained. We are already dreaming of our next trip to this amazing home!

Great place with plenty of space and activities. Our favorite was the dart board. Such a great place to hang out with a large group.

Spectacular! This was our second extended visit to Davids awesome place! We spent 5 weeks and enjoyed every day! The house is so ver clean and cozy! I enjoyed taking a walk each day, shopping at Avondale shops, Five Points and mall....explored different local markets/ festivals each weekend, relaxed out by pool or river, and checked out local restaurants. Because we were there for so long, we cooked a lot!! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed! After our visit last year, I didnt see how it could be any better, but Davids landscaping additions added even more beauty and privacy to the outdoor area...already looking forward to a 3rd visit next year!

We only took a few days to enjoy family time and had a great staycation in the area. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and we enjoyed relaxing inside in the evenings. Lots to do in the area, when it isn’t super cold and St. Augustine isn’t a crazy drive either if you’re looking for a hub at a more affordable price… Plenty of space in the home and it has everything you need.

The condo is right on the beach and there is a great view of the beach from inside. The beach is great for walking. The place was clean, the bed comfortable and it is just really quiet and relaxing. Would stay again!

Perfect location. We visited with our family that included two littles and they had an absolute blast. We spent most of our time on the beach and they had a wagon with literally tons of beach toys for the kids. Also had plenty of chairs for the adults. The property description is pretty spot on,. There was plenty of space for everyone. We will absolutely be back.

This place was absolutely amazing! This was a personal vacation I took by myself. I have an emotional attachment to Amelia Island, and I haven’t been since I was a teenager. I’m thankful that this place was available for me to stay in! The pictures are just like how it is in person. Christina was also very helpful and responsive! The WiFi was down my first day there, and she responded pretty quickly to let me know I could reset the modem. It was fixed instantly! The patio is also beautiful! It was pretty private too. The sound of the beach waves was so peaceful, and the view was beautiful. The only downside for the patio was that the employees for the complex were working on fixing it. But that can’t be helped by anyone. Just bad timing! Overall, this was an amazing experience! The price is also very reasonable compared to other places listed on the island. I’ll definitely be wanting to come back!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Kristi’s beachfront condo is perfect. Private walkway over a small dune to the white sandy beach. Chairs, towel’s and boogie boards on the balcony. Sunrises from the balcony - amazing. Spotted many Dolphins and 1 whale. The bed is super comfortable and plenty of places to sit. Very quiet inside. So many restaurant options close by. The perfect beach getaway!

Waking up to the sound of the ocean surf and to the sunrise, looking directly at the beach, and being able to walk right onto the beach right from the apartment is unbeatable. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little amenities, very comfortable, and exactly like described. The personal welcome note was a lovely touch. We loved our stay and will be very happy to come back and recommend Bruce and Pamela's apartment.
