Villa Jaco was like paradise every time we looked out the window and saw the ocean! The unit itself was very comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. We made use of the pools, barbeque areas and pool table that were always accessible and well maintained. We appreciated the security surrounding the Villa and never felt nervous about touring the streets of Jaco. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mouxh Gratis !

Alfredo’s place is beautiful, wonderful location with gorgeous amenities. He was incredibly responsive and resourceful when washer broke in the middle of our visit. He had a new one delivered within hours !! Incredible !! Cannot wait to come back !

He was there anytime I needed anything, I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s beautiful. You won’t find a better place to stay. I left Florida for the rare cold time. I loved it there, A+

Great place to stay and enjoy the country. The property is secure and offers the amenities you need for a long-term stay. It is in a residential community but close to the main street with all of the shops and restaurants.

The apartment is modern and clean in a very good location. We liked our stay in Jaco and the close proximity of the apartment to the beach. The pool and the rooftop are a nice add-on!

The Airbnb was perfect. In an up and coming area. Looks exactly like the photos, beach front access, close to many stores and restaurants. Quick access to the main road to get out of Jaco. I would highly recommend to everyone to stay here. I would definitely book again.

Super comfortable place! Great for our family of four (including two young kids)! The beach was peaceful. The whole place had a mellow vibe didn’t feel too touristy. Thanks for everything, we’d love to return!

El lugar es muy cómodo, me encantó que uno de los baños está apropiados para adultos mayores con discapacidad, que la casa no tiene gradas y es de una sola planta para aquellas personas que desean llevar a alguna persona con discapacidad. La casa está totalmente equipada, cuenta hasta con centro de lavado. No duden en pasar sus vacaciones placenteras en ese lugar

Our stay in Jaco was MADE thanks to Christian’s home. Exactly as depicted in the pictures and better - the bathrooms felt like a spa oasis with the high ceilings and outdoor feel. The complex pool was right next to the unit and most days, felt like our private pool. The complex itself felt very safe and private. While Jaco beach isn’t the star of the show, our airbnb location was ideal for accessing all the other great beaches, nature preserves, etc. in the area. And, when going out isn’t in the plans for that day (we stayed there for a month), the vacation vibes kept vibing thanks to the pool, patio, and pretty parakeets that seem to live onsite. 😉 …thanks for your recommendations (Tsunamis for sushi is a must!), above and beyond accommodations (beach chairs and towels), and prompt replies during our stay! Optimal host and stay.

Great space if you’re looking to enjoy time with family and friends. The complex pool is right behind the house. There are pool supplies inside the outside storage. The living room area was amazing as we used the TV for music and cook at the same time. We really didn’t feel the need to leave for anything as we had everything we wanted in here. The pool was a highlight! (There’s also a little cooler for ice to take into the pool. Make sure to buy plastic cups 😌) Finally I have to say that we left very happy and satisfied with how safe it felt! Definitely a 10/10

The place was perfect. We had a great time, and wished we could to stay longer. We wanted to do as much as we could so we left early, back late, wished we had more down time to explore the property grounds and amenities, as well as more time to cook on-site and enjoy the unit. Thank you for such a great time!

Pictures does not serve this house justice. This house was absolutely beautiful! I like reading reviews and that’s how I pick my place. This house didn’t have many yet. So a few things to note is for girls it isn’t one full body mirror in the home so you won’t be able to see your whole outfit. It’s very very close to Jaco maybe a 10 min drive. It’s gated and very secure. It’s new construction so they are building around there so it’s a little noisy in the mornings but some days I slept right through it.

En general todo muy bien. Las instalaciones son sencillamente hermosas, José Luis muy amable, la ubicación excelente.

This is one of the best condo buildings in jaco. Easy check in. Great location good beach and pool acces. Mostly rental units second time I have been in this building. Phillips unit has the best view in the building.

Really nice place, with the best stocked kitchen I've had in 5 trips to Jacó. It's pretty far from the main part of town though. Be prepared to walk a while if you don't have a car.

We loved the location; it was very close to the center. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The condo was amazing and peaceful, and we really enjoyed the pool! We had a great time and will definitely return to this place.

Caroline was very responsive right from the booking through until checkout and after. There were plenty of towels for shower and beach. Plenty of pillows and bedding. We enjoyed the covered outside sitting area. The location is nicely situated with pool right in back and others within Veranda to choose from if desired. We really enjoyed the Beach Club which is very close and pass was provided by Caroline. We rented a golf cart which was great. There is a dedicated parking spot right in front of the condo. It allowed us to go to different restaurants by the Marina and Marriott with ease and also to Play Herradura restaurants right outside Los Suenos. We also used Uber to a couple of different restaurants and found it easy to use. Drivers abler to come right in to pick up and drop off. Loved our stay and plan on returning. Thank you Caroline!

Montserrat’s place is a great place to stay. The condo is very modern, spotless, with great Mountain View’s, and a small ocean view..The place has 24 hr on staff security and is in a gated community. Check in is easy! Montserrat is a great Host, she goes above and beyond to assure you have a great stay. She is very responsive and is a pleasant Host. I will be looking to book again. Had a great time! The Airbnb was clean, had a lot of amenities and was spacious. Check in and checkout process was quite easy as well. Definitely would recommend!

This was one of the best rentals that we ever had. The apartment is gorgeous with great views and right at the beach. The pool is lovely as well. Thanks to other reviews, we did some grocery shopping before we arrived so that we did not have to leave during our 3 night stay. We did eat at the restaurant one afternoon and it was good. We hope to return one day soon. Thanks to Jose and his wonderful hosting.
