Renta de condominios vacacionales junto a la playa en Jaco

Nos alojamos en este hermoso apartamento mi esposo, mi hija y yo. Desde que reservamos la comunicación con Marcela fue fluida, muy amable y rápida. El apartamento es precioso, tal cual se ve en las fotos, la vista impresionante y está equipado con todo lo necesario. Además, tiene una decoración muy linda. El área de piscina tiene una vista privilegiada y el acceso rápido a Playa Blanca es de lo mejor. Volveremos pronto porque nos encantó!

We loved our 3 nights here. Two couples, we had plenty of space. Being steps from the pool was very convenient. Everything was just as described. Security kept a close eye on things so we felt very safe. Easy to walk to a variety of restaurants.

WoW beau séjour nous avons eu avec nos petites filles, très sécuritaire. Le logement très propre. Jean nous a bien guidé adapté pour nos besoins avec les filles. L’emplacement du condo est parfait, nous sommes près de tout à pied. Sans aucun doute on reviendra :)

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Los atardeceres desde el apartamento y la azotea son excepcionales, el lugar es limpio y acogedor, la piscina a pesar de ser pequeña no deja de lado su encanto, la buena comunicación con don Erick hicieron que todo fuera mucho mejor de lo esperado. Gracias por todo!

This place is an amazing condo, well furnished, 5th floor with amazing views of the sunset absolutely breathtaking. Completely satisfied with the stay in this magnificent place, Juan Pablo was extraordinary and very helpful, excellent service. The space was cozy and well equipped with plates utensils, pots and coffee machine, which made us feel at home. I do have to warn the guest it is a VERY PRIVATE place high security, and everyone needs an access code to get in including the cab drivers and food deliveries. The way to get a code was through the host which was easy for us because he was always available to help. when we order pizza the young man at the security booth helped us get it deliver. my suggestion is buy want you need before getting to the condo. The cab drivers charge alot. it is 7 miles from the entrance to the top where the condo is located about a 20min drive. the beach is walking distance but a bit of a hike. Condo is well worth it :-)

Staying in Jacó was amazing! The hosts were very responsive and had amazing recommendations. The excursions were super easy to book with help from the host. The place was nice and cozy and looked just like the pictures.

Really nice place, with the best stocked kitchen I've had in 5 trips to Jacó. It's pretty far from the main part of town though. Be prepared to walk a while if you don't have a car.

We really enjoyed Jeff's place from the start. It was very nice and a great place to relax by the pool. When it was time to go fishing, it could not be more convenient. I hope to comeback next year. Thank you Jeff, you're a great host.

We loved the location; it was very close to the center. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The condo was amazing and peaceful, and we really enjoyed the pool! We had a great time and will definitely return to this place.

El lugar es precioso, muy céntrico, privado y seguro. Cerca de restaurantes y la playa. El lugar se encontraba muy limpio, bien cuidado. Mejor que las fotos. 100% recomendado.

Chad and his team at Monaco went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He sent a carpenter over to install shower bars for my mom so she wouldn’t slip the day we arrived; that’s an amazing host. Thank you so much, Chad!

Very close to perfect. Nicely decorated, very comfortable and spacious. Had friends in other units but found D1 and D2 nicer. Was there 5 days but the place felt so much like home that I wish we had booked at least a whole week or two. There were so many amenities to enjoy.

Very nice views and location. The apartment is big and has all the amenities one might need for your stay!

Great views with plenty of room for the crew. All amenities were in working order. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, stores and banks. Maid service is not included but I found it not to be necessary because Brittany provided plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t wait to return.

We loved the beach facing property for the view and also primarily because it was well maintained. We would love to come back to this place again.
