Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit zwei kleinen Kindern und einer 9 Jährigen. Die Unterkunft war sehr familienfreundlich und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Valentina hat uns die Unterkunft persönlich gezeigt und war immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben kostenlos Gemüse, Eier, Ziegenmilch und -Käse bekommen. Auch lässt sich in der Außenanlagen wunderbar grillen. Lediglich die Stechmücken haben etwas genervt. Die Villa war wie beschrieben und die Außenanlage ist wunderschön. Lediglich die fehlenden Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen wären bei 36 C wünschenswert gewesen. Jedoch ist das meckern auf hohem Niveau! Wir empfehlen das AirBnb wärmsten weiter.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

Wir sind so freundlich und persönlich empfangen worden. Sie ist so hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen hatten kamen Antworten zügig. Alles war so sauber. Die frische der Wohnung kam uns sofort entgegen was uns wie nach zu Hause anfühlte. Alles sauber und Pool herrlich. Wir bekamen leckereien von Ihr. Was ich so süß fande. Ich würde alles in einem sagen das wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub da sein. Bucht die Wohnung ihr macht kein fehler.

Casa semplicemente fantastica, noi eravamo in 7, 4 adulti e 3 ragazzi, i ragazzi hanno dormito sui divani letto nell’immensa sala, noi avevamo le due matrimoniali. Piscina, vasca idro, portico con tavolo. Tutto fantastico. Lavanderia a gettoni a pochi passi. Ci si sposta in macchina ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge tutto! Il proprietario ci ha aspettato e fatto vedere tutta la casa. Che dire, tutto perfetto!!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie hier und alle waren glücklich und zufrieden. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus wo den Kindern viel Aktivitäten geboten sind. Es war keine Sekunde langweilig. Die Hühner haben nicht gestört sondern waren gern gesehene Gäste. Sandra war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns tolle Tipps. Die Lage ist mehr als optimal. Egal in welche Richtung , alles ist schnell erreichbar und überall ist viel geboten. Alles in einem : eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

The villa met the expectations, I could even say that it was above the expectations. Very big and spacious, clean and with all the utilities and facilities you could wish for. Heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, grill, table outside, lounge outside, big table inside, very cozy and confortable couch + big bedrooms with one big bathroom for each bedroom. We were greeted with a welcome basket with all kinds of local sweets and stuff + a lovely white wine and one day before we left, we got again some gifts to take home, local salami and sausages, olive oil. It's true that the season was pretty much over when we went (27.09.-30.09) and the price was supposedly cheaper than I guess it is in the main season, but taking all the facilities into consideration, it is one of the best, if not the best price - quality ratio booked.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kaffeemaschine gefüllt mit Kaffeebohnen, eine Flasche Wein am Tisch und gute Kekse und Pasta. Im Haus ist ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der überdachte Pool incl. Whirlpool waren natürlich ein Hit. Wir haben auch den Billiardtisch aufgebaut und hatten dadurch auch genug Schlechtwetter Programm . Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und es gab bei Fragen sehr schnell eine hilfreiche Antwort. Wo können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, es ist für jede Altersstufe etwas dabei. (Spielplatz , Fahrräder , überdachter Pool, Whirlpool,…) Gerne wieder!

We were at this place for 4 days and the house was great. We have enjoyed the evenings after cycling the whole day. The house was a great opportunity to calm down and enjoy the sun.

This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

Unsere Zeit in Vesnas Villa war absolut fantastisch! Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern und bietet alles: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und Billardtisch. Wir haben hier eine Workation gemacht und die Kombination aus Arbeit und Urlaub war ideal. Das WLAN war schnell und die Umgebung ruhig – perfekt zum Arbeiten. Jeder hatte genügend Platz und alles war makellos sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Gemüse, eine leckere Käse/Wurstplatte und Wein, was uns direkt willkommen hieß. Zum Abschied überraschte uns Vesna mit köstlichem Palatschinken. Diese herzlichen Gesten zeigen, wie aufmerksam und zuvorkommend Vesna als Gastgeberin ist. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt und unvergesslich. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen. 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig für diese herausragende Erfahrung!

We had a great time on holiday. The villa had been sympathetically refurbished to fit the surroundings and was really clean and reflected the photos. The pool area was excellent and swimming in the evening with the pool lit up was really special. The kitchen was well stocked for cutlery, glasses and crockery, and, importantly, the pots and pans were big enough to easily cook for 5 adults. Tatjana was a great host. She met us at the property, and let us in early which was lovely. Tatjana left some really thoughtful touches, like local oil, herbs and extra towels for us. She also gave us some helpful recommendations of where to shop, things to do, and brought us local produce from her vegetable garden. A really enjoyable holiday with the family.

Die Villa von Toni und Karla ist ein Traum. Neben einer großen und geräumigen Küche findet der Gast vier wunderschöne Zimmer vor, die allesamt mit einer tollen Ausstattung einladen. Hinzu kommt ein großer Salzwasserpool und ein Whirlpool, welche die Entspannung der Gäste garantieren. Die Villa an sich liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, besticht aber durch eine exponierte Lage mit toller Sicht und einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Mit Mietautos kann die Umgebung wunderbar erkundet werden. Hierfür steht genügend Parkraum zur Verfügung. Toni und Karla sind beispiellose Gastgeber. Sie reagieren innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen der Gäste und kümmern sich um deren Anliegen. Dank Ihnen konnten wir uns im Urlaub auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren. Auf Nachfrage werden unterschiedlichste Empfehlungen hinsichtlich möglicher Aktivitäten in der Umgebung ausgesprochen. Diese Unterkunft wird uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine grossartige Woche in Meri's Haus verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr warm und Meri hat sich Zeit genommen uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend zu erklären. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wir haben den Wirlpool jeden Tag genossen. Für den Pool war es zu frisch. Der umzäunte Garten war ideal für unsere zwei Hunde und der nahe Wald bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Gassi gehen. Zum Abschied gab es noch einen feinen Wein aus der Gegend und ein Kochbuch mit lokalen Gerichten. Vielen Dank Meri, für deine Gastfreundschaft die tolle Zeit bei dir.
