This is a great family house where people normally live. it's welcoming and well equipped and benefits from a sauna and a lovely garden. The city is 20 minutes walk away and there are plenty of supermarkets around. The host communicates quickly and was helpful and caring. One thing to note if you have a dog is that the garden isn't fully secured and a medium sized dog could find a way into the neighbour's garden and upset them and obviously no one wants that. Supervise your dog if they are the curious kind 😉. A great host, a great house, a great visit. Highly recommended.

We loved our time. The view is stunning. Backyard has access to a trail that takes you to the water or up to a hill that has a view across Hafrsfjord. The place was very peaceful. Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Truly excellent experience!

Even was kind and welcoming, but what really stood out the most was just the awesome surroundings of this place, the view from the large windows in the living is simply amazing, and enjoying it from the jacuzzi was even better. What a great stay we had!

Beautiful place to stay. Gro was an exceptional host and we throughly enjoyed our stay with two kids. We especially appreciated the washing machine for the family. Very cosy and perfect house, very well set up. Everything was nearby including restaurants, night spots and play parks. Also the beautiful fjords. Best place in stavanger to stay in our opinion. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Umgebung bis Haugesund ist gut mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Es gibt vieles zu entdecken. Das Wetter war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider sehr durchwachsen, so dass wir das zur Verfügung stehende Boot wenig nutzen konnten. Das Boot an sich ist aber sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay at Espens place. The house was very clean and had more than enough space for our family. We would stay again if we get the chance.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Huset er vakkert med store og gode rom. Det romslige uteområdet med trampoline og basseng var perfekt for vår familie. Kjøkkenet er moderne og fullt utstyrt, noe som gjorde matlagingen enkel og hyggelig. Vi satte stor pris på de komfortable møblene både innendørs og utendørs. Ellers var det fantastisk vert, veldig imøtekommende og alltid tilgjengelig for spørsmål. Innsjekking og utsjekking gikk veldig greit. Vi kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet til andre 😊

Wir haben eine Woche in dem schönen Haus von Hans Åge verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute, ruhige Lage. Es ist modern eingerichtet und man hat einen tollen Blick aus jedem Raum des Hauses. Hier merkt man, dass der Architekt sich bei dem Entwurf viele Gedanken über die Umgebung, die Aussicht und das Zusammenspiel mit dem Haus gemacht hat. Hans Åge ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns hervorragende Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Natur gegeben. Obwohl wir nicht das beste Wetter erwischt hatten, konnten wir sehr viele Sachen unternehmen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch das Suldalbad in Sand. Hier findet man ein reichhaltiges Angebot inklusive Sauna, Whirlpool und Rutsche und kann so sehr gut einen verregneten Nachmittag dort verbringen. Wir fanden es dort so toll, dass wir sogar zweimal hingefahren sind. Die Umgebung von Sand ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Und bietet alles, was das norwegische Urlaubsherz begehrt: Wanderungen, Wasserfälle und Angel-Ausflüge.

It is a nice house in a wonderful surrounding. we had lots of fun in the waterfall, the river and the fjord. The conversations with Olav were always on point and fast answered. I recommend it warmly.
