Really nice hospitality as well as aesthetics. Lovely staying here

The hotel is very nice, close to the fort and the city centre, with lots of food options nearby. All the staff is very friendly and they were attentive to help us with whatever we needed, they also kept our bags and gave us advice on visiting other cities. My wife and I stayed two nights and we also went on the desert expedition with Toffu Safari, it seemed like a quiet and nice plan, a space almost just for us, the guide was very friendly, his food was delicious, spending a night in the desert is something you can't miss.

You might experience Jaisalmer Fort as a very touristic place with aggresive street hawkers, dangerous motor bike drivers on the narrow streets and touristic indian food. Waste is dumped over the walls and many houses are in ruins. Disapointed to see this on a UNESCO listed site. However our long stay at Hotel Victoria felt like a safe haven to return to and wake up at. The Nepalesi crew led by Naveen was excellent and took care of us in a very friendly and effecient way. Food was realy good, could be inproved by serving decent coffe in the morning. Highly recomended.

Highly recommended! I am so glad I selected this place for my stay in Jaisalmer. Now I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. This is a family establishment run directly by two brothers (Chimmy and Lala) and a small extremely friendly, helpful staff. They are devoted to the family hotel and go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable, enjoyable, and peaceful as possible. There are two terraces: the lower one looks out onto the narrow but bustling street; the higher one gives a view of the Jaisalmer Fort. Both are extremely comfortable for reading and, of course, dining. The breakfasts (as noted by other guests during me stay) is excellent! I also took my dinner here, four of the five nights of my stay. Lala is a devoted cook—he learned from his grandmother—and from the menu he would make recommendations based on my interests and mood. I stayed a fifth night because my flight back to Delhi was cancelled due to fog. They insisted on freshening my room, which was a welcome gesture!

If you are going to Jaisalmer, I highly recommend that you stay with Anil - if you are not going to Jaisalmer, I recommend that you do. Anil treats you like family and makes sure everything is taken care of with ease. The room was beautiful, comfortable and all amenities were provided. Everyone at Desert Boy’s is very kind and helpful and the food is delicious. I strongly suggest the desert safari they offer. We were able to do one night and it was an absolutely incredible experience all around. Himmat and Durga were amazing hosts and we learned so much during our time with them in the desert. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the time spent with Desert Boy’s and how grateful we are to them for their hospitality and friendship. Until we meet again, my friends!

I visited Fotiya home with my boyfriend. Kindly staff, Nice food and happy experience ! Fotiya can speak Korean, English, Hindi well. We don't need to prepare anything when we are go to Camel Safari due to Fotoya arrange everythings ! recomend 1000%

Lal Garh Hotel was super friendly. The staff Meru and Paramjeet were informative! They were very responsive to whatever we need. The hotel is within distance to forts and nearby Haveli and shopping! They also offered camel ride to the dessert and we were picked up by Kabir Bhai in a jeep. He showed us Bada Bagh, a cemetery monument in memory of the Jaisalmer Royal family. Then we went to the abandon Kuldhara village and stopped by Jaseri lake. We were told that even if Jaisalmer gets dry, the lake never dried out. We didn’t have time to visit Khaba fort because it was getting closer to sunset and we need to hit camel point to take camels to the dessert. When we got to camel point, we were greeted by two beautiful camels Rambo and Micheal. The guy that assist us with camel ride Chain Singh was informative telling us how nice Jaisalmer is lately because there is a lot grass so camels are happy! When we reached dessert, kabir made us dinner and it was delicious very home kind of vibes!

the host and the staff are very reliable and cooperative people, they made the stay comfortable and feel like home. the food is delicious and there are a variety of things to do at the location itself and the surroundings. thus , we recommend you to stay there.

Great location to get lost in the dunes. The food is a set menu, but the accommodations are great and the staff is more than happy to help plan experiences around Jaisalmer.
