This serene home in a quiet neighborhood exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and well-organized and we almost canceled all our sight-seeing plans to just hang out in the lovely outdoor space.

Deanna was extraordinarily prompt with communication prior to and throughout the visit. The space is exactly as described and extremely well maintained. Deanna even welcomed us with fresh cookies; she missed no chance to make us feel right at home. We highly recommended her listing!

We had a wonderful stay! So many nice touches, a clean and cozy home and backyard. Many hiking trails, beaches and easy access to downtown. Enough space for a family of 5 and a dog. Just a really great experience, we will definitely be coming back!

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The setting for this home is absolutely beautiful with lush, quiet surroundings and easy access to much of Santa Barbara/Goleta. The hosts are communicative and thoughtful. The home was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The hosts even went out of their way to provide an item we needed from their own personal home. Over all, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely look for this home again next time I am in the area.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Alanna’s place. The casita was even more spacious than in the photos and super private with anytime access to the pool and hot tub. We used the amazing hot tub sometimes multiple times in a day to enjoy this incredible oasis. The bed was extremely comfortable, linens pristine and towels seemed brand new. Every detail was covered. It was also incredibly convenient to both Los Olivos and Santa Ynez. Amazing restaurants and wineries just around the corner. Alanna herself was a particularly welcoming and gracious host with great local recommendations and always responsive. You can’t go wrong staying here. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Goleta. The house is very cute and the location is great. The host was very responsive.

This house was perfect for our family. All the rooms are on the top floor and living space on the bottom floor. The beds are really firm but not terrible. The kids loved going in the Jacuzzi and having the garage space and outdoors to ride their scooters and use their toys, and we felt good about them being safe since there is a gate at the street. It is so convenient to walk to restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, bakeries, etc. That is the major plus about this house -- the location! Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I will stay here again! Why - great location, walkable to beaches and Mesa shopping and restaurants; quiet residential neighborhood close to downtown Santa Barbara; great space for two people; quiet and private backyard; easy parking.

It was an excellent, clean, cosy and very neat room. The room offer all the amenities and the bed was very soft, perfect choice for a good sleep! The excellent hosts made us feel like home and they have put a lot of effort and care to this place. there is a small fountain outside, a nice garden with armchairs, deckchairs and a small bar to relax. A combination of snall loghts makes it even prettier. The hosts offered breakfast in the morning and they were quite friendly, communicative and friendly. A great experience! I highly recommend it!
