This place is really a hidden gem and a rare find in Kingston. The place is nestled in the heart of St. Andrew and is located close to all local attractions and night life but still secluded enough to provide peace and tranquillity. It’s the perfect balance. The apartment is self contained, very clean, private, quiet and has modern amenities. Ramaar is very responsive and accommodating and aided me in navigating around the first few days back on the island. It was truly a good stay and I would definitely recommend and return. Don’t hesitate on booking 🙂

Much more than I expected. shekeria went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. I had a birthday celebration with a group of us and shekeria's mom made us breakfast "real jamaican breakfast " and it was perfect, the best I had in years. This home will be my number 1 everytime. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property in Florence Hall Village, Montego Bay, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The host’s consistent assistance and. Making sure I was ok with the property and provided a great folder with all details required. The property itself was beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The living spaces were spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Montego Bay. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, but I also loved trying the nearby restaurants. One of the highlights was the location. Florence Hall Village is tranquil and secure, offering a nice retreat from the busier areas, yet it’s close enough to the action in Montego Bay. I could easily reach local beaches, attractions, and shopping areas within minutes.

I love to stay here. It’s central, there’s a nice outside space and you can have your privacy. It gets warm inside the room cause there’s no AC but if you don’t really care about that, it’s perfect!

Where do I start! I was first welcomed by the host with a hug and gift which was very sweet from the host! This home is definitely a must to book if you’re looking for a nice clean and safe home in Jamaica! This was a very good choice the home was beautiful and so was the view! The host was very responsive at all times! 10/10 for my stay! Do not hesitate to book this home you will not regret it at all.

real jamaican experience ! sitting on the balcony of the upstairs unit under the stars will stay with me for a very very long time. such a beautiful view and space. doris and her family are warm, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. i could not have asked for a better introduction to this incredible island. doris went above and beyond to ensure i enjoyed and saw jamaica. really really see it. not just visit. live it. not just consume it. the place is not modern furnishings or bells and whistles … but it’s everything you need : clean, safe and stunningly set in lush grounds with a sparkling clean pool that’s never crowded with hotel guests. ask about pool aerobics, private home cooked dinners on the terrace, transfers, local experiences and jamaican history & life in general. i’d recommend a car if you’re into floating about as it’s well situated but quiet and residential at night! thanks to doris & fam / friends… i felt like family and can’t wait to return ✨

When they say pictures don't do any justice this would be the scenario! When you come unto the grounds it gives very peaceful and tranquil. The home was immaculate! The house was beautifully decorated and so modern! The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you may need! This is a home away from home! The host has a beautiful kind spirit and her husband was very helpful and nice! We really enjoyed our stay and when we come to Mandeville again most definitely will be there!

Beautiful Tasha was a great host, a credit to her parents, polite, friendly and super professional. She responded quickly to all our enquiries and was always available to assist in every and any way necessary. The apartment is at the back of the main house, quiet, peaceful and private. We were given uninterrupted time and space and we truly felt right at home immediately. We cooked all our meals and ate alfresco on the patio, whilst basking in the glorious sunshine. There was everything we could possibly want and need within the apartment, bed linens, towels, standing fans, kitchen utensils, washing up liquid, salt, black pepper, tea bags, cooking oil, kitchen towel, bathroom products lots of consideration by the host which was greatly appreciloved. We went to Ocho Rios & St Thomas for a few days, despite us not being in the property, Tasha messaged to ensure we were safe and well. She went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you T

All I can say is I would stay here anytime I’m doing a solo trip to Jamaica. Richard was THE BEST Airbnb host I’ve ever had hands down. The price was a steal. the location was right in the middle of the fun and the adventures such as the rooftop to chill and the room itself.. chefs kiss. Simply put, stay here. Richard is respectful, professional, and overall just a kind hearted great person who truly cares.

Charle's property is well maintained, clean, with everything you need for a short stay in Mandeville. It's located to the outskirts of Mandeville, a 10 min taxi drive from the center. The area around is not interesting, but the people are friendly. Charle was very helpful and responsive to my needs.

I only spent one night for work, it was a peaceful environment and it was worth the price. The hosts were very responsive and considerate!

Me and my family had to stay there for the weekend to attend a funeral. The space was cozy and relaxing. The property was very green and beautiful. The host Keisha was very hospitable and warm. We loved it and it's definitely the place we are going to stay once we are in Clarendon.

The place was amazing it was our second time staying here and I had no regrets….. the place is clean and fresh and very welcoming the decor is very elegant all area of the house is spacious I would definitely recommend here to anyone who wants to stay at a Airbnb … Jennifer is an amazing soul she friendly and easy to communicate with …. I was welcome with a wedding gift from her and it felt nice receiving a gift from the host here will always be my go to place home away from home.

The Nook is a cosy, quiet place in a safe, muddle-class neighborhood. The location is convenient for just about anywhere in Kingston or to get out of town if you need to. Darren & Samantha were responsive to questions without being intrusive.

Relaxing stay at a beautiful property. The place was just as described and shown in the picture with beautiful beach view and a serene space. Host was proactive with helping us arrange excursions and was very responsive with general stuff. The staff on property were polite and helpful and made our stay even that more special. Definitely will be back and can recommend this listing without hesitation to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway that won’t disappoint!

Emmill was a great host, friendly and approachable. The property was just as described all the utensils you need in the home for the stay. Close to Ochi rios or Rio Nuevo which is a lively town. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Donald’s place is a must stay! Very comfortable, spacious, and close to local stores. I would stay here again on my next trip to Jamaica. The place is very clean and taken care of well. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen is nice and large to cook in with all kitchen pots/pans needed. Donald is very sweet! Helped us check in smoothly. Place was very easy to find.
