We have stayed at Karen’s place once a year for the past four years. The back porch over looking the sea is our favorite place to be. We enjoy coffee in the mornings there, afternoon massages and evening night caps. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable. The condo property has excellent security. It is a short drive to restaurants and activities in town. The fish sanctuary beach just steps from the condo has spectacular snorkeling and the beach itself is never crowded. If a pool is more to your liking, the beautiful infinity pool at the club house is always refreshing and impeccable clean.

A great place to stay, spacious, good amenities, super comfy bed, lovely views of mountains, peaceful neighbourhood, some disturbance from dogs at night time which is common in Kingston (only on 2 nights during my week's stay, good location & wi-fi, Garrick and his mum are available when you need help to find out something.

Great place to stay when visiting JA. Had a wonderful stay in Jamaica! The host was incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again—highly recommend!

My stay was absolutely amazing. And the hosts were incredible with responding to me and communicating effectively. They connected me with a driver (Hartley) who accommodated all of our transportation needs and was so helpful and kind. If you want a peaceful, private vacation but also want to be close to hip strip (20 minutes away) you must stay here. A GREAT stay!

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at Stephan's villa. It is clean, comfortable and possess all the necessary amenities for a home away from home. It is a 2 minutes walk from an excellent private beach. The hospitality was excellent as usual. We were well taken care of by Ms. Linneth who prepared our scrumptious meals. We will definitely be returing.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the village. Barrington was a great host. I will definitely recommend the stay.

The place was excellent as far as price, service and privacy! Staff was friendly and helpful. There are neighbors who partied until 4 am one night of the 9 nights we stayed there.

To loved my stay. The house is exactly as pictured, clean, quiet and safe environment. Terron was very responsive and provided anything we needed upon request. I highly recommend. The bonus was the house manager that was able to get us breakfast every morning and take us out upon request. Again, I highly recommend ❤️

This Ocho Rios gem truly felt like a home away from home. The space was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The board games were a delightful treat for the kids, keeping them entertained. I especially loved the kitchen—it was a joy to cook in, and the coffee and tea were thoughtful additions. The home was just as pictured: clean, airy, and incredibly spacious, with nice big bedrooms. Steph was a fantastic host who made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Steph! Highly recommended. We will be back !

ONeil and his team were very responsive during our stay and very helpful hosts! The property is exactly as listed on the pictures (if not better) and we were given plenty of recs for things to do, places to eat, etc. would recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to Jamaica!

Our host was so gracious with our requests and really worked with us to make the best of our stay. The townhome is beautiful and had everything there to make us feel right at home! Pristine clean everywhere and the beds were so comfy! I would stay here again!

What can I say about this location??!! First, our driver Lee was extremely kind. He drove us to get groceries and dropped us at the house. Nick, is such a pleasant person. He welcomed us at the home, showed us around, and made sure we understood how to work appliances, hot water, lights, etc. Marie checked on us to make sure we were comfortable ❤️. We were welcomed with Jamaican patties, juice, and water. The home was amazing: with appliances, washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi throughout and spacious. I especially loved the breeze blowing through the downstairs back windows and master bedroom. Slight issue with the water, but that was quickly taken care of. My family had an absolutely wonderful time at this location and we will definitely return!!! Blessing to Nick and Marie for making us feel right at home!!

Since my 9 day trip to Jamaica I have stayed at 3 air bnb's and 1 five star resort. Out of all of them Owen's home was the best! His home is a total vibe! I was comfortable and happy. The bed was so nice and soft that if I didn't have an early flight I would have stayed in it all day! We enjoyed family time in the living room and sitting on the screened balcony. The Hip Strip was only a 5 minute Taxi ride making the home conveniently located near to gift shops, supermarkets, and delicious foods. We were not stalked by our host or had a curfew to return as we did at the other air bnb's. Plus the home was cleaner than the 5star resort we stayed in. Overall had a great stay and will be returning to this home when I come back to Montego Bay!

Loved loved loved staying here! Host is very friendly! I locked myself out 😂 she was very proactive in getting me back inside!! Beautiful home beautiful surroundings! Loved it! They have lots of games so lots of fun things to do on a down day! highly recommend staying here!

Stephaine is very wonderful the place was very nice the only thing i was confused about was the pool, i thought the pool was connected to the hone we were staying in but it was actually the community private pool, the washer was broken but she had someone pick up me and my family of 5 clothing and was them and brought them back to us that was very nice … 10/10 i recommend her place!

We loved our stay here! We felt very safe and comfortable. Being on the Bay was lovely. We’d have our morning coffee at the gazebo/pool area, (about 20 seconds from the townhouse) and we’d watch as the cruise ships pulled in. We mostly had the pool to ourselves when using it. The private beach was fantastic! A short walking distance about 7 mins or so. Anytime we went, there would hardly be anyone there. Super clean as well and a security guard who’s there the entire time. There wasn’t any locals on the beach trying to sell you something. The local restaurants were great and some are within walking distance. Everything else is a 10-15 minute drive. The townhouse was fantastic! Lots of space inside, comfortable beds and couches. There’s a small backyard for each unit and they’re quite private. It seemed as if we were the only ones sitting outside in the evenings as it was super quiet. Great communication with the hosts who were also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!
