Romes s’est montré très réactif dès le début et nous a aiguillé vers les bonnes directions et de manière efficace. A essayé de nous arranger en tout temps - nous sommes très satisfaits. Surtout dans cette région qui n’est pas touristique, c’est top de connaître Romes, qui sait tout. La chambre est top mais pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain à l’extérieur. Bien placé dans le centre du village mais du coup un peu bruyant le matin tôt. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

オーストラリア人のご主人と、二人の可愛い娘さんがいるエルナさんのゲストハウスは、簡素ですが、必要なものは揃っており、また綺麗に掃除が行き届いていて快適です。 ゲストハウスからはクリンチさんを眺めることが出来ます。 ちょっと歩けば、クリンチの茶畑の風景にも出会える好立地です。 クリンチ観光の手配はエルナさんに頼めば手助けしてくれます。 またエルナさんは料理がとても得意で、盛り付けもおしゃれ。 毎回食事のたびに歓声を上げました。 朝食は宿泊料金に含まれていますが、昼食や夕食もお願いすれば作ってくれます。 （有料ですが、良心的な値段です。） 私はエルナさんにリクエストして、滞在中に料理教室を開いてもらいました。 とても良い思い出になりました。 まだ娘さんが小さいので、子育てが大変そうです。 一日中、ゲストにかまってくれる訳ではありませんが、こちらからの相談にはいつでも乗ってくれます。

The house is located on the ourskirt of the village Siulak, which is not as busy as staying in the centre. The house is clean, there is a basic bathroom in the yard and a fancy treehouse in the garden. Getting to either Mount Kerinci or jungle trekking/Tapan road takes 1-1.5 hours of driving. Rolis and his family were extremely welcoming and we experienced Indonesian family live during Ramadan. We hiked to Lake Kaco with Rolis and his friend/guide. In the evening we had dinner at his friend's home and afterwards visited his Mandarin farm. Rolis tells a lot of the local community, cinnemon and his projects together with volunteers. Having coffee in the tree house during tropic thunderstorms was one of the real relaxing moments during our journey through Sumatra. If you are interested in traditional Indonesian way of life and like to explore the wonderful Kerinci region, this is definitely a good place to stay.
