The Airbnb looks even prettier in person than on the pictures. All the information given by Ann-Sofie was very accurate and helpful. She even helped me organize a taxi from and back to the airport that has a fair price. If I had a question or an issue she was available asap and her responses were always swift and helpful. The accommodation is amazing and beautiful. I will definitely visit again! The compound also has a reception area and little coffee area for breakfast. The pool is always available and very nice to cool off even after a Long Beach day. (Hopefully next time they will have some umbrellas- the delivery is delayed) but apart from that it is beautiful. You can reach a lot of restaurants and the beach by foot and Ann-Sofie also provides information on how to find your way around the area. All in all 10/10

Verdient 6 sterren ⭐️ Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad op deze heerlijke en gezellige plek. Zeer gemakkelijk te vinden! schone en nette plek. Zeer aan te bevelen voor korte of lange verblijf. De host reageert snel en is heel vriendelijk. Wifi werkt ook goed en het is een beveiligde accomodatie.

Loved my stay here. Very friendly and respectful staff. Cleaned, colorful and peaceful. The beach here is mesmerizing. Loved the delicious food. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Ms. Ivanka's place is just as described: a peaceful guest room in a decent spot. From the moment I arrived, I loved it. There's a nice lil pool if you want to cool off in the Paje heat. The room itself is quite spacious and homey. The beach is about a 10 minute walk which I didn't mind cause it made me get more familiar with Paje and even get to talk to and get acquainted with some locals! The hostess herself, Ms. Ivanka, is nothing short of amazing. Super friendly, helpful, patient, and on top of everything. I've already promised her I'll be back when next I'm around!

A nice cozy place in Jambiani Very private and has all the facilities you might need,just 3 minutes walk from the beach and to nice local restaurants and little grocery stores. Lisa and her husband will give you all the directions and suggestions to enjoy your visit of the South of Zanzibar. Highly recommended!

Ich fühlte mich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Nadja ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, ein richtiger Herzensmensch. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und eine richtige Oase zum erholen. Die Lage ist optimal. Zum Strand sind es gerade mal 2 Minuten zu laufen, wie auch zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ich möchte auch ihrem ganzen Team meinen Dank aussprechen. Ich fühlte mich bei meiner „zanzibarischen Family“ herzlichst aufgenommen. Asante sana 🙏 Ich freu mich schon auf unser nächstes Wiedersehen 🫶

Ovi à été très réactif avant notre arrivée, il a prévu le taxi pour nous amener de l’aéroport à Zebra House, il a payé le transport comme ça on le remboursait à lui. Nous avons pris auprès de lui une voiture de location, il nous as donné de très bon conseils par rapport à la police locale, ainsi que de nombreux endroits à visiter. La voiture était un vrai plus lors de ce séjour un petit 4x4 très pratique pour pouvoir découvrir n’importe quel endroit. Zamda quant à elle, était sur place et à été très disponible, à l’écoute et de très bons conseils également. L’emplacement de Zebra House est idéal, à quelques pas de la plage, il y a de nombreux restaurants le long de la plage. En marchant sur la plage on croise beaucoup de vendeurs de souvenirs, de personne locale qui viennent vous voir pour faire des excursions avec eux, des vendeurs de noix de cocos etc.. Le gros point c’est que vous avez une super vue sur le lever du soleil. En résumé, foncez à Zebra House on le recommande à 200%!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, en famille ! Le logement proposé est très fidèle à l'annonce. Il est situé dans un ensemble où se trouvent d'autres petites villas du même type. L'atmosphère est fort paisible, le jardin est vert et fleuri, la piscine est très agréable. On rejoint la plage en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Le logement était propre et très accueillant, bien amenagé et équipé. Il y avait même le nécessaire pour un petit déjeuner à notre arrivée ! Juli s'est montré accueillante et très reactive, soucieuse de notre confort et de notre bien-être. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L’alloggio di Manuela è incantevole, un’oasi di tranquillità , pace e privacy in un sei luoghi più belli di Zanzibar. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e Othman , il collaboratore di Manuela e’ sempre disponibile a fornirti consigli e indicazioni. Peccato solo che la casa fosse disponibile soltanto 2 giorni altrimenti ci saremmo fermati per sempre…

Centre ville accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied, logement fidèle à la description. Diana et Omary ont été très flexibles quant à nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ, en plus d’être toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci à eux !

Regina war eine super freundliche Gastgeberin und macht alles möglich für die großen und kleinen Gäste. Sie ist eine liebevolle Persönlichkeit. Sie gibt gute Tipps und organisiert Touren und kann diese speziell auf die eigenen Wünsche ausrichten. Bei ihr fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Wir als kleinen Familie fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden jederzeit wieder kommen um bei Regina zu wohnen. Zum Strand sind es nur 5Minuten zu Fuss und dort gibt es jede Menge kleine Hotels mit Restaurants oder auch eine kleine Abkühlung in einem Pool als Tagesgast. Der Ort ist total schön und ruhig und nicht so überlaufen. Es gibt viele kleine Stände um Obst und Gemüse zu kaufen. Liebe Regina herzlichen Dank für alles, auch das du uns das richtige Leben dort gezeigt hast. Es war uns eine Ehre deine Gäste gewesen zu sein und wir kommen dich wieder einmal besuchen.

Our stay in Uroa was wonderful. Emanuele put us in touch with his property manager who helped us with everything from airport transfers, setting up tours and even getting some medicine when some of our family came down with the flu. Uroa is a little bit remote in terms of amenities but that is what we were looking for. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance on the beach but not much more than that. We enjoyed walking the beach every day, swimming and wading out to the sand bar at low tide. There are also people/companies on the beach if you want to setup snorkeling tours or watersports. The caretaker and the housekeeper do a wonderful job keeping up the property and the housekeeper even made a few meals for us with the groceries we bought in Stonetown! The house was beautiful and in good repair. Beds were good and the pool was great to relax in. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, just what we needed at the end of our trip to Tanzania!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Resort. Die Villa ist hervorragend, sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Lage wunderbar zur Meerseite und den Pools. Ania und Ali waren stets erreichbar und halfen sofort bei etwaigen Problemen, wie den bekannten Stromausfällen. Die Touren, die Ali anbot waren auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant Vorort bot eine tolle, abwechslungsreiche Küche und hohe Professionalität. Lediglich das Baden im Meer war etwas schwierig, da den Großteil des Tages Ebbe herrschte. Dafür waren die Pools eine gute Ausweichmöglichkeit und stets sehr sauber. Der Aufenthalt war eine großartige Erfahrung und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wir waren als Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern für eine Woche im Beachhouse. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und die Betten mit frischen Blüten für uns dekoriert. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgeschieden mit einem bombastischen Meerblick, was für uns perfekt war. Auf dem Grundstück nebenan werden allerdings gerade mehrere Ferienhäuser gebaut, dann wird es sicher belebter werden. Wir brauchten in der Woche keinen Mietwagen, da es sogar einen Einkaufsservice gibt. Ausflüge haben wir keine unternommen, das kam in der Woche danach. Die Kommunikation mit Nathalie war super, sie ist jederzeit mit Rat und Tat für ihre Gäste da. Man kann sich sogar Frühstück und Abendessen bestellen, wird alles frisch zubereitet geliefert. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns mit 5 Personen etwas knapp bemessen, und es gab keine scharfen Messer, wir hatten zum Glück eins dabei. Alles in allem läd diese Unterkunft zum Abschalten und entspannen ein im Paradies

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

The place matched the description and photos in every way. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with amenities that made my stay pleasant and smooth. The surrounding complex was serene and well-run. The host was responsive and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay.

Wonderful spot!

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.

A good place for a one-night stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Walkable to go to the beach and go eat. Nice house manager Mr Jerry. The place doesn’t have WiFi (even though it is advertised), which is tough if you don’t have a local SIM card, and are depending on WiFi for coordinating your trip. Remember to bring bath towels, soap, and toilet paper, as there are no essentials included in this listing. Also the area is prone to electricity blackouts, so if you’re used to staying in hotels with generators, be prepared when staying in any AirBnB in Zanzibar, for blackouts.

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay at the apartment. We were well informed from the start, and communication during our stay was very easy and friendly. Sheila was very kind and always cleaned our apartment perfectly. The location is excellent for accessing shopping options or the beach. The complex is clean, safe, and beautiful, with a great pool area. We will definitely come back again.
