The location is convenient, being close to the road, though this does come with some road noise. However, everything else about the stay was excellent. The place is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, from a fully functional kitchen to comfortable sitting rooms and bedrooms. Buda, is incredibly welcoming, cooperative, and communicative, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would choose this place again on my next visit to Zanzibar.

Very tidy, clean and lovely air bnb apartment equipped with everything you need. Jacomo and Staff are there whenever you need them and respond quickly. Jacomo is a great host. The location is good and safe. Outside space is great for kids, mine enjoyed roller skating, trampolin and football and basketball. Would absolutely reccomend staying there.

I had a pleasant time staying at Judith's place, located in Fumba Town. It was neat and the environment was Serene. Fumba Town, some 20mins drive away from Stone Town, is the place to be if you love a peaceful, calm neighborhood with a swimming pool and a sea-facing bar. The balcony view is breathtaking. Generally, it's good value for money. Did I forget to mention that Judith communicates well?

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

Gorgeous house right on the beach. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The sound of the wave is always with you. The helpers and chef are very helpful and kind. Michelle is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

The house is wonderfully private, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close enough to explore Zanzibar’s many attractions. The host is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure every need is met. Her warmth, attention to detail, and local tips made the experience unforgettable. Feels right at home. With a nice ocean facing rooftop, clean swimming pool. This is a safe lodge, location is quiet and safe with friendly staffs and secured. Responsive host and always checking if everything was ok. This is a place where you can have a perfect rest/relaxation on vacation. I will definitely book again.

Our landlord is very helpful. He helped us arrange taxis and give us a walk tour around some local places including the night market, and we tried some local street food together. The house is spacious, we had a good time with Dulla.

Najma was very responsive and helpful! She arranged our airport pick up and was even able to accommodate our late arrival. We had one problem with water pressure upon arrival which she was very responsive to & provided a quick solution. She also offered tours & recommendations for what to do in Zanzibar. Super super helpful! The space was bigger than it appeared in the photos and absolutely gorgeous. Air conditioning worked really well.

Great apartment to stay. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed including washing machine to wash our clothes. The host was friendly and responsive. What I loved the most about the apartment is that its a great location.

Riz is a gem! We absolutely loved our stay in his apartment. Very spacious various balconies and spotless clean! What stood out the most was the communication between Riz and me. Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage direkt in Stone Town, man erreicht alle Orte schnell zu Fuß. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!!

Alles bestens, die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Yolanda. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Stonetown. Ame und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt im Herzen von Stone Town mit vielen Möglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Sheila was very kind and always cleaned our apartment perfectly. The location is excellent for accessing shopping options or the beach. Simone is an amazing host, very friendly, go out of his way to assist and make you feel very informed and very welcome. The house is on an amazing location right on the beach with immaculate views. The staff are all very friendly and we had an amazing stay. Will come back for family holidays here and definitely recommend to anyone going to Zanzibar.
