⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at this beautiful and impeccably clean home in Williamsburg! The location was perfect—close to everything, with incredible restaurants just minutes away. The house itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of the trip was an impromptu ghost-hunting tour, which made for an unforgettable weekend! With so many nearby activities and historic sites to explore, there was never a dull moment. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Williamsburg—I’ll definitely be booking again! 👻🏡✨

It is a resort community. You have a movie theater, miniature golf, indoor, outdoor and kid pools, gym, game room (free to play), restaurant and a tap room, ponds with water fountains, and benches. Wonderful place to stay. Close to Restaurants and attractions. 7 min from WM. We love it!!!

I think this was one of my favorite places to stay ever. Not only did it provide an atmosphere of home including everyone have their own space, but the site had so many free amenities! There was both an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, mini-golf, movies, tennis, pickle ball, and even a free arcade. We actually adjusted our itinerary so we could spend more time taking advantage of what was available to us.

A beautiful resort as well as the apartment

The listing accurately matched the description as far as how many beds and listed amenities. Decor was a bit worn and dated, and toiletries hadn’t been fully restocked, but it was conveniently located to major attractions Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, historic Colonial Williamsburg. The resort had several things to do between the pools, arcade, min golf, and tap house so overall it was a good value.

The price was right, the accommodations were very good, and the location was right where you want it to be. Whenever we stay at Williamsburg in the future, this will be our first option.

My ratings review is based on a “Plan B” rental unit. I will mention there was an owner issue during check-in at our originally reserved property. We were informed that in addition to this issue, the facility was overbooked and could not accommodate. Brooke was able to rectify what could have been a horrible situation (we traveled most of the day with 3 now highly restless kids under 6) and place us at a comparable location, completely resolving the issue in 20 minutes time. Pretty commendable!

This place was amazing! Brooke was very welcoming and the front desk staff was very helpful. Very clean and family friendly! My family and I had a wonderful time!!

The place was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay. Elizabeth was most responsive, helpful, and always kind. I will be back!

Looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was in top condition and spotless. The Hosts made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time so getting in and out was a breeze and absolutely zero problems finding as it was right at the beginning of the development. So, so much better than a couple of rooms at a hotel for our blended family getaway with plenty of space for the 7 of us and a very short drive to Busch Gardens. A+ all around. The place was awesome. It’s actually more like two separate, adjoined apartments- which worked out perfectly for us. Our boys got to stay in their own apartment and could just walk through into ours. I was impressed with the quality of the cookware. We prefer to cook in rather than eat out, and it was very easy. It’s on the second floor, but that wasn’t really an issue. Great mattress and pillows, which is a big deal to us and something that is easily over looked. Overall, we’re very happy with went with Ahmet than a hotel.

We just returned home from a trip. We booked the 3BR lock-off, we were in building 11. It was a fantastic location, easy walk to pool and amenities. Brooke was a great host, supplied us with all necessary information for a smooth check in. Rooms were great! It is actually a 2 BR unit, with a walkthrough to a 1 BR unit. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Each unit had a washer and dryer and stocked kitchen. Easy 10 minute drive to Busch Gardens and Water Country. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! As other reviews state this property is a bit dated with older furniture. This was fine for us! We didn’t spend much time in the room as we mainly came to go to Busch gardens. The amenities at the resort are nice, the only thing I would say is the pool and hot tub were a bit too crowded for us to enjoy. Our kids loved the arcade. The location was fantastic to go to colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens. We would definitely stay again! They did try to talk us into attending a timeshare presentation but they were not too pushy about it.

Beautiful place that has everything you need. Brooke was very responsive, kind and provided all necessary instructions. Resort has daily activities for adults and or kids. Great place to stay with family.

Great place to stay with more than one family. We had 2 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our unit had a full kitchen and a kitchenette in the separate unit. We'll definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend and stay there again. It is located close to shopping and dining as well as Busch Gardens and other attractions.

I failed to ask what floor we would be on and it turns out, the third floor. The up and down the stairs wasn't easy for 2 women in their 60s and my mom who is 84 and on oxygen. Totally my fault for not asking. The front desk tried to accommodate for first floor unit, but nothing was available at check-in. We managed, but it wasn't easy. However, that being said, we are going to do it again next year :) This time, I'll know to ask. We had a great time and didn't let it ruin our vacation.

Check-in was smooth. Deluxe 2 bedroom was very nice and large enough for my entire party. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the resort amenities - but had a lovely stay. Would stay again.

Our stay at the 2 bedroom apartment was great. It has a superb location with lots of shops and restaurants. It apartment definitely clean and spacious for my family. The kids enjoyed their stay. Thanks again .

clean and quaint. the stove only had 2 burners, so a full course meal may be difficult to cook. They served the purpose.

Check on was easy. We did not use any of the available facilities/activities, but it was quiet and well taken care of. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice mattresses and pillows. Even the pull out couch had a nice mattress. Showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We would stay again.

Todd was a great host, he had everything I needed and more. Would definitely stay again!
