Great location in Hilton Village! Leah was very proactive and helpful and the space was perfect! It had all the amenities we needed, and more!

The place was so clean and the location was very private. Being able to use the kayaks was amazing. The only thing was the table was still wet with paint and one of the kayak carts had a flat tire. Other than those small things we had a great experience here.

We had a great visit with family and enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of the home. I would take the sofa home with me today!

Eugene’s home is beautiful and nicer than the pictures portray. The setting is beautiful even in March. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The location was a short car ride from Yorktown and Williamsburg. Great stay would definitely recommend this home.

Dana was very communicative and accommodating. This cute little gem was within walking distance to shopping, eateries, and even a beachy area by the river. We were there to visit our son at Fort Eustis and it was only an 18 minute drive so it worked out well for us. Thank you!

We find this gem of a place for Thanksgiving with just my family of 5. The home was absolutely warm and welcoming. We all had plenty of room to spread out, relax and unwind and gather together for our meals. The home was cozy, had all the amenities you needed without clutter. The home had beautiful light all throughout and every light switch was labeled ( that is a big deal for host to do). Our host very thoughtful, responsive in her communication with us. We even had chance to utilize the hot tub n the evening and you looked to a beautiful sky. The property was very private and the neighborhood was very serene which backed to the creek.

Great place! Only one suggestion..replace the master bed frame. It’s very squeaky and the slightest bit of tossing and turning wakes you up.

we came to Elizabeth's house from South Carolina. it was a easy to get in. lots to do in that is in the surrounding area. the house was clean and very comfortable and very quiet at night. We would absolutely stay again.

Very nice place peaceful. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay wle will definitely be back. The steps where a little to much but great overall.

We visit Williamsburg often and have stayed in many different vacation properties. Gayle’s is one of the best so far! It was warm and welcoming, family friendly, she even left a cookie decorating kit for us! The kitchen had lots of extras, coffees, teas, hot chocolates, condiments, even a few snacks. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms and living room opened onto small decks with a view onto the tennis courts. The property was fun to explore and the kids had a blast on the playground and down at the small beach (a ten minute walk). I got a massage at the resort and highly recommend if you have time for some pampering during your stay. We had an issue with the dishwasher (it is a smarter/fancier appliance than I was used to) and Gayle was immediately responsive talking me through it & offered on site help if needed. Checkout was simple & easy, no long list of tasks. We just felt relaxed and welcome!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Great place to stay in a quiet area. We were traveling and simply needed a single night to sleep and relax after visiting my soldier on base in Va beach. Great location and worth the price for 2 bedrooms. Thank you!

This is one of my favorite AirBnBs by far!! The value for the price cannot be beat. Lots of little touches to make the house feel like a home and the place is immaculate! Beautiful view of a lake from the balcony and close to a number of amenities if you choose to participate. We have a child and it was nice to be across the street from the playground! Gayle's place was beautiful. The views from the back deck over the pond and the views out the front of the river are really worth mentioning. We had two small dogs, and walked the paths through the resort with more spectacular views of the golf course. Gayle's place was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. We highly recommend it for visits to Williamsburg, the theme parks or just relaxing at the Kingsmill resort.
