The place was great for the kids and I for a couple days. Full 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a great deck on the backend. Plenty for the kids to do. We received an older unit (which it can happen) but we did not mind. The outdoor pool was still close for the season and the indoor pool was great. Volleyball, Basketball, Art and crafts for the kids. Really a great spot.

Dylan was very helpful with making sure my request to be on the first floor with a ramp was met for my 87 year old grandmother. He responded back quickly and was super nice. Would definitely go back. My family loved it there it was so much to do. Everything was in walking distance.

Our stay at the Wyndham resort in Williamsburg was wonderful! We had adjoining one and two bedroom condos which suited our group perfectly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the resort activities exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of equipment available to borrow. We spent one day at Busch Gardens, one day at the resort, and one day at Water Country which made for a perfect balance of activity and relaxation! Dylan was friendly, helpful, and always responded to any questions and inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

The place was beautiful! My kids enjoyed the pool, and we loved walking around the grounds. It was close to colonial Williamsburg and lots of other fun activities. Would definitely come again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. It was a good value; we have no complaints. Thank you so much for your professionalism, everything went as planned.

Configuration was ideal for our family. We had 4 families in 4 separate suites adjacent to each other (2 on first floor, 2 on 2nd floor). It was like being in one house, where we could get together for meals and movies, but with the privacy of 4 suites. Lots of activities for kids and adults (pool, minigolf, crafts). There was a mixup at check-in and we were booked into two separate buildings. Christian was informed and was diligent in resolving the problem. We were able to move into adjacent units the next day. One annoyance was that the WiFi had to be re-connected several times a day, requiring logging in each time (quick, but still a needless annoyance). It would also have been nice to have a small manual sweeper in the unit. With 6 kids, aged 7 and under, it was hard to keep the carpet clean (broom and dust pan weren't real effective). All-in-all, these were minor problems and we enjoyed our time together and really appreciated Christian's help to resolve our check-in problem.

We greatly enjoyed our stayin Williamsburg! The condo was laid out perfectly for our family and had extra space! Our small grandson's thought their 3rd floor loft was special for them. We needed the two king beds and spacious bathrooms. Everything was exceptionally clean and the hostess was very very helpful. We will definitely stay there again. My son-in-law stayed there in high school, with my daughter about eight years ago, and this last trip with my husband and I and his wife and three children. I booked this and did not know he had stayed there before until we arrived. The restuarant was handy when we were too tired to go out. The food was very good. Alecia Wagoner

We loved the location. We could easily travel around in Yorktown, Williamsburg, and Jamestown. Restaurants and shopping were just down the road.

We had a wonderful getaway at this vacation home! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, with plenty of cute shops and charming spots to explore nearby. The house itself was very comfortable and well-suited for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Beautiful property. Wonderful host. Very quiet and the beach was perfect. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. An excellent place for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend.

This home was the perfect fit for our large group of 14. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the place was very accommodating! Larkin was very responsive and helped out immediately with any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and blankets, dishes, etc. for our entire group. The location is a small quaint town. The Blue Crab down the street had some delicious food but other than that there isn’t much around so you definitely need to hit up the store. The Food Lion is less than 10min away for groceries. Williamsburg is 30min away and Yorktown about 45min away- we visited both towns to explore. Overall a marvelous stay!
