TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

The entrance is in the mid-exterior of the car wash where the clients clean their cars. After you park, you have to walk with all of your luggage through the car wash's exterior (amidst client cleaning their cars) and go up many stairs. But when you enter the loft, you are extremely surprised by the beautiful, modern and clean space. Chandler was available every time I needed clarity on instructions. Bring your own food and beverages. There is a pool nearby which is available. Even though there are minimal eateries in the immediate community, there are places within short distance (mall, movies, restaurants) and there is always Virginia Beach.

It was great a stay. The place was clean and had a great homey atmosphere.

My partner and I loved staying at Candice’s place. It was definitely a nice peaceful getaway in downtown Richmond. The only issues I had were with trying to find the parking for the apartment but Candice was extremely helpful and gave me further instructions to find it. If you’re ever in the downtown Richmond area and would like a cute secluded spot to stay I would definitely recommend Candice’s place!

Place was just as described. We had a good stay at the host’s secure and quiet apartment. Would certainly consider staying in the future. A good place for a couple people staying for a brief trip to RVA. Host was very responsive and provided all listed amenities.

Tanishia was a great host, super responsive, flexible, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place as it has great amenities, is close to everything needed, and is very convenient. It's a beautiful place, I will definitely be returning for future trips.

We loved our stay. Mitch’s place was exactly as described. Historic home in an historic district of an awesome historic city. His place was clean, roomy and comfy. Check in and checkout both went smooth and were easy. The area around his home is very walkable, full of shops and restaurants. Overall, our stay at Mitch’s home was wonderful. I highly recommend his place to anyone who wants a great place to stay in a walkable, historic district, in a great neighborhood.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay . The place was beautiful. Relaxing, and quiet . Was great for my commute to work close by. Whenever I had a question I was always met with a quick response . Definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

I had a wonderful stay at Reagan's place. Reagan was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment is in a great location with an assigned garage parking space. The apartment was very clean; had great closet space; and easy access to the building and apt. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to Richmond.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved the accommodations both times. It’s a beautifully decorated and comfortable ‘home away from home’ for us! I can’t say enough about how comfortable the beds are as well as the living and dining areas. Michael and Sharon are very responsive hosts and we really appreciated the special treats they left to welcome us. We hope their condo is available next time we’re in the area!

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

Great stay, esp for SARA ski races. Elevators broke during our stay, which was a hassle, but not the owners fault, obviously. Would stay again... thank you!

From the moment we stepped into the condo we knew we made the right choice. I would go any time of the year just to see that view of the lake! Boat rentals are not too expensive, food on the property was nice (just Brunos open) bought alot of food from the food lion 10 miles away. liquor store next door as well. the place was stocked with alot more then I'm used to so that was nice. This place was so peaceful and comfortable. highly recommend.

Margaret is so easy to work with. There was a problem with the house that I originally booked (storm damage I believe) and she moved us to another place.

Our stay was cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. From check-in to the use of amenities, the instructions were clear and helpful.

This was a wonderful place to stay at during our trip to Lynchburg. It was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. The area was peaceful, well kept, and safe. When we arrived there was a cute welcome basket filled with snacks. Also, we appreciated the many streaming services ready to be used on the tv! There is a drive-thru coffee shop (Joe Beans) that is a very close drive—great drinks and baked goods! I would highly recommend this place and felt the host was eager to provide a great stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay close to Massanutten, that you quite honestly don’t have to leave the house to have a good time, this is your place! Jonathan has clearly worked so hard to make this house a beautiful and fun experience for his guests. He was so responsive, helpful, and proactive from start to finish! He was so accommodating to our needs without hesitation! There are so many fun things to do in that house, we didn’t even get to enjoy them all, so we most certainly want to come back for round two. There are plenty of comfortable places to sleep and don’t even get me started with how comfortable that green couch is! We were able to enjoy two separate movie nights, one in the movie theater and one upstairs, and they were both equally as comfortable! Again, I can’t suggest this house nor this host enough! You won’t regret it one bit!

This is an amazing location. Very quiet, beautiful sunrises. the home is very comfortable. Beds are warm and welcoming. the kitchen is something I SO wish I could take home.

We were thrilled with our stay and would highly recommend this booking to anyone looking to stay centrally located in Charlottesville with a large group. Andrew was incredibly responsive (I don’t think there was a single message he didn’t respond to within 20 minutes, both before and during the trip) and the place was perfect for our group of 16. The parking spots were great, we were able to walk everywhere on the downtown mall. Check out instructions were simple and clear. Would definitely book again!
